Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that I think Banner of Command is in a sustainable spot.

I do think it's really hard to know determine how much of this can be attributed to Banner, Tracker's, meta champs, etc. From my own perspective, early games have felt similar to previous patches, not significantly more action, and not significantly less. If that's the case, then perhaps it speaks to there being too few valuable things to do on the map before Baron spawns.

Getting rid of stopwatch, or atleast punishing GP for going down that tree, opens him up for the 6-7 minute dives that he is suseptable to other wise.

Thats part of the point though. with the ketchup xp, mistakes and cs leads should really hurt because it takes a while to build them but one mistake and your lead is gone.

I guess i mean mainly 30, 60, 90 cs leads. These should feel stronger. 300 gold is close to 16 minions. It takes a while to build a 30~50 cs lead that can be almost erased because he lucks out and gets a free kill and assist somewhere. Or maybe get rid of ketchup xp.

{{champion:236}} mid is to counter most of the push wave then roam mid laners. He is slippery enough to dodge damage, has okay wave clear, and is a lane bully. Varus/cog are too imobile, they cant avoide ganks while also pressureing the lane like lucian can.

I left top, its pretty harsh right now. Junglers gank early and often, but never your own jungler. You get roamed on by supports and mid laners often. Jungler demands your help when an invaid is coming, but ignors your asks for help in the lane.
I guess I would say pick champs that can 2 v 1, go ignite, look for lvl 2 all in, ward deep, farm well, dont miss any xp, sustain the lane, dont die, pressure hard enough to pull enemy jungler top and then dodge the gank. Your team probably wont help you if you get behind, youre solo so you got to do it solo.

{{item:3110}} is pretty good as a complete item, 90 armor 400 mana and 20@ cdr with the 15 aa speed reduction. plus its only 2700 gold. {{item:3087}} is 2600 35% aa speed 305 crit 5% ms and a 60-160 bones damage passive that can crit tha deals magic damage. Both items need other stas to actually be affective, frozen heart needs HP and static shiv needs AD. The reason why {{item:3035}} gets to be the way it is, is because its only affective as a 4th or 5th item. ADC's scale into the late game because of how this. Tanks get to use their stats earlier but lose out later.
Ex:{{item:3110}} {{item:3047}} {{item:3068}} hits a bigger power spike then {{item:3006}} {{item:3031}} {{item:3086}} , but {{item:3110}} {{item:3047}} {{item:3068}} {{item:3800}} {{item:1011}} gets beat by {{item:3006}} {{item:3031}} {{item:3046}}{{item:3086}} {{item:3035}}

silver players just dont think about positioning or look at the mini map, so when the mid/jg/top/adc gets fed they just run around the map getting free kills. also NA players dont group to try and stop the fed enemy player, we just let them stomp the lane then flame our team instead.
