: Playing for fun VS Playing for rank
Anybody who is asking this question is missing the point. League of Legends isn't a job. It's a game. Fun and competitive don't have to be separate. 1. Since it's a game I'm supposed to have fun, regardless of whether or not I'm playing ranked or norms. Why do people ban "anti-fun" champions in ranked? Cuz those champions don't make the game FUN for them. 2. I can play vayne support if I want to . If I find that fun, what will prevent me from playing her? I can still try my best to win and still have the competitive nature. League is a game. Not a job. Pro players have it as a job, but I'm pretty sure they have fun playing the game. Else it's their fault for doing something they find as a chore/bore.

If energy based champions used mana, we'd see zed abusing frozen heart and being to spam his abilities far worse than before. Energy champions are not "spam champions". They have energy for a reason. To gate the spammibility of their abilities. Champions that use mana has huge CDs, and that's how you gate the spamability of their skills. Talking about Riven, she can perform her whole combo two or three times while a mage have all skills in CD. How is that a disadvantage for Riven? Your whole answer is missing the point, if not blatantly distorting reality.
That's only assuming she builds cdr. But you are also missing the point. Mages CAN BUILD CDR. Mages don't have "huge CDs". Every mage builds cdr. You obviously didn't read my comment. She uses no resource because she relies mainly on combos. Wasting 2 of her q's just to get to you is a trade off for the damage she would have gotten off you if you "landed her whole combo". You can't use riven's skills alone. You must use them together. Same reason why garen doesn't have a resource. He relies so much on his QE combo just to get to a champion. I was never talking about resourceless champions spamming skills. They have no resource because they are designed to rely on combos. And no, riven doesn't perform her whole combo "2-3 times" in the time it takes for a mage to perform theirs. Then you may ask , "Uh, lee relies on combos?" Well no shit. So does Zed? Except their range of damage is much higher than riven or garen's. The energy is there to prevent them from spamming their skills at long range if they manage to use all their skills. If lee doesn't pull off a combo, then he will always be able to spam q. Key word, COMBO. He isn't much with just q, is he? Same with zed. W>Q. You can't play riven with just q. You rely 99% on combos to dish out damage. Mages (almost all of them), don't even have to use their whole skill set (or "combo") to deal damage, let alone at a ranged distance. Your whole answer is missing the point, if not blatantly distorting reality. I really don't like the usage of big words, but just to show how much effort people use to sound intelligent, when they really are not.

: I personally feel every champion that doesn't use mana is broken by definition, the most broken ones been the "I use skills for free because yes". {{champion:157}} {{champion:92}}

: It amplifies the damage, but it doesn't count as a % damage multiplier, is what I think he's saying. For example, let's imagine I had 100% armor pen. That isn't a 100% increase overall for my physical damage; if the enemy had 200 armor, it would effectively be a 200% increase, and if the enemy had 50 armor, it would be a 50% damage increase.
: How about we add on to his passive, when invisible teemo's laughs can be heard by the enemy team; however Teemo can select a shroom within x units of him and make the laugh appear to come from there instead. This would be a fun mechanic that would add more strategy to playing as teemo and against teemo. Is the laugh teemo? Is it a shroom? Should i go in? Should i bait the enemy to going toward me or my shroom near river?
genius tilting should be the theme of teemo
: activating ghost should enable a character's running animation
