yes, i also agree that camp respawns are absurdly too long. more over that the first spawns aren't as valuable. I distinctly remember seasons past that if you tried to gank early, you would actually fall behind, because you'd lose your other side of the jg. you would literally be 2 levels behind the other jungler if you didn't get your ass in gear. that just never happens anymore.

you nerf the impact of early game ganks by making ganking less rewarding. you do that by placing those rewards elsewhere, like in their camps.

: I hate Riven and Vayne too. Tanks skillshots are in melee range. You can't dodge them. Tank trades aren't extended trades. They're actually short. They hit minions until they have Grasp, grasp you and hit 1 ability, then get away. Bruisers are the ones who have extended trades. I think tanks, who are champions who ignore laning phase and therefore have zero interaction, should not be allowed to be viable.
The playstyle of Grasp & Old conqueror is something I've complained about too. Only recently is this concept that "lane is all that matters" sprung up. It's true, of all the roles, even more so than mid, top lane is about winning lane. But winning lane isn't about killing the other person, for a champion like GP or Jax, winning lane looks like "not feeding." Because you're just going to be stronger at later parts of the game than any other champion. Tanks do the same thing, just with less personal bravado. Tanks are a vital part of the game, but you can't have tanks that win lane hard, or they will just suffocate every champion pick. Tanks have to be balanced, somewhat, around sac'ing lane gracefully - which is **_not_** the same as ignoring it.

It's so instant that it literally went clean through an in flight J4 EQ combo in LCK. It also puts you directly behind your enemy, which is why I have to ban Irelia any time I want to play {{champion:14}}

Unpopular opinion incoming: Meta, not THE meta, is wrong. The idea that marksman have to be a certain place, or that tanks have to be a certain place, is just all around completely erroneous. The problem is solo Q teams don't want to work together, they don't want to create lane assignments. They just want to play _their_ champion in _their_ position, as if they actually own a portion of this multiplayer game. Don't stand here saying "MY TANKS DON'T WORK AGAINST TANK KILLERS REEEE" bring your tanks to the mid lane, where they take virtually zero damage after one cowl purchase, and typically have sufficient wave clear. Try the 1 - 2 lane swap, it might suit your comp match up better to get plates when you need it, and have your tank just mitigate on the other side. Nobody wants to try in this game, and the moment something comes up that works, they go right along with it as if it was their idea the whole time, or want it gone immediately.

I've played the syndra vs kat match up against somebody who had clearly played their fair share of kat, and it's basically impossible to deal damage as syndra. you can always shunpo syndra's (and other skill shots) damage because of how telegraphed it is. you'll go down on farm, but she will also always be pushing, and that's really all there is to say. dodge skill shots and farm what you can. try to punish if they over index on harassing you inside your own minion wave. stay above half hp so your jg can actually gank for you without you dying, and ofc trying to find low hp in the side lanes is really all you have going for you. she's not easy or fun if you ask me, but not much is more tilting than a fed kat.

if by mage itemization you mean just luden's echo itself being the worst thing ever invented, they literally monster mashed athene's unholy grail for all the same reasons: one item shouldn't give good AP, 20% cdr and reduce your need for mana by so much at the same time. So we made an item that has 20% cdr, good mana, and an insanely broken amount of damage. luden's echo was supposed to be the "poke item" of the LC trio, but it's the burst item, the everything item.

I don't think it's itemization, I would say it's more the fact that her auto-attack resetting and ani cancelling contribute to her feeling overpowered. Being able to use one item, four skills and three autos in the span of 1.5 seconds with no attack speed built is kind of silly.

: Darius gets shit on in high elo. In high elo though, he is the bane of everything you need to fear. Most top laners in low elo always wanna fight, but what they dont realize is that darius is a lane bully. If he doesnt have a good early game hes useless because you need to rush black cleaver. And if he hooks you all you have to do is...run, just run away, unless he flashes or does some crazy shit, then he cant catch you because his base ms is slower than a majority of top laners, and thats why I rush boots against him.

: I honestly think they should buff his W (the slow, not the damage), as 2 dashes make him not really fit the category of juggernaut. Buffing how much the W slows could give him a reliable combo in Q, W, Q2, E, Q3, auto for passive. Increasing the range on W would also help
That already is the combo, and it does work. Big problem for aatrox is how he doesn't really have good itemization outside of the obvious things like black cleaver, but other champions get more benefit out of life steal, attack speed or items like spear of shojin. I never feel like I can build enough damage OR enough hp. I always get knocked into ult resurrect in the middle of one of my Q swings, fizzling it and injecting me with the bad feels.
: I could go for a Chemtech assassin who relies on chemical traps and sneaky tactics... ...kind of like {{champion:35}} should do, but he relies too much on 1-shots from stealth because of number issues in how his power budget is distributed in his kit and interacts with current assassin itemization. It could be awesome if the new assassin had some mindgame/illusion abilities, with chemtech hallucinogenic gas attacks/traps. I want more assassins who can do something other than hop on someone and 100-0 them.
I think one of the problems with "clever" champions (the way people complain about how awkward Neeko's kit is) is that you run into problems of ideal execution being nigh impossible. Things like "a vision ward" being able to counter your entire champion, or being relegated to split-push only can really hamper cool ideas.

I can't play AP ezreal anymore, since they reworked his W. I remember I used to be a lane bully mid, able to land W whenever they went to CS. Outrange all the mages and assassins who thought they were the hotness, thought they'd just spam waveclear. Carry hard af late game by constantly W across 3 people. No more. If you can't lane, you can't play the game, that's 2019.

I've noticed that a person who has 3 kills is usually worth 2+ kills worth of gold. That seems really bullshit to me for three kills to actually be a net gain of one kill. And farm bounties, sigh... what a concept

eh, i don't see huge swings of "one team got it, now it's over" the way baron does in regular gameplay. seems to me the more detrimental things happen early in the game, if you have poor lane assignments, one or two champs just get turbo fed and make it impossible to mitigate. they're at your inhib towers so quickly.
