: The 1.5% stacks so becomes 4.5% after 3 autos. Also it's based on his max hp now instead of his bonus hp. Dmg wise his lv1-6 game will be stronger, lv7-15 about same, and his lv16+ game will be weaker than before. IMO it should of been at least 1.80% per stack so his end game dmg didn't change as much (just needs a little ramping up). I do really like that his ult is faster/longer though, and even though they say the shield is nerfed it seems to me like it is not so bad "6s shield that decays vs 3s shield that doesn't decay...". I guess i'll have to test it out to see if the shield change is that big of a deal or not.

For example, I bought lux a little while ago and played her for the first time in ranked and won. Turns out I like playing lux now im something like 7/3 with her. You can easily read all the champion info in the 2 minute window between entering game and the minions getting to lane and you can easily look up a guide on mobafire during the loading screen.

Ranked isnt some "all exclusive" mode you unlock once you play X number of games on X champs. Its a mode to show your skill. If you want to see how skilled you are on first time vayne adc, go for it. Not only would this dumb rule prohibit alot of people from playing ranked, it would harm one-tricks and make smurfing a waste of time (how smurfs inflate the skill level and provide a better experience is another story)

: How about you link some of the ranked games you have played where one of the champions you mentioned carried their team to victory. Since these are "viable builds" you must be seeing them all the time in your ranked games. I personally hope I see these champions in all my games because they are garbage tier compared to what is actually strong right now and it is freelo to play against them. I'd link games where I stomped these champions, but I can't remember the last time I saw any of them building tank and doing anything other than getting carried by me. ps. 77% winrate on my main champ and I'm in gold III. I get 30LP per win and I skip divisions when I win promos because my MMR is that high, but I bet if I were challenger you would still make some excuse to try and defend your point.
