No, the player did receive what they were promised when they put money into the account, RP. Everyone knows going in that you won't get anything back if sth dumb is done on the account. Reports don't lead to punishment for no reason, a clear breach of terms of service must've happened. It's not the companies fault for having to enact punishment for the better of the community. So they shouldn't be penalized aka lose profit for a player's poor decisions.

It's a soft d/c issue, which means ur internet isn't stable and will lose connection for short durations at a time. : So when is Riot going to stop punishing people for coming back to games?
Plenty of trolls and ragequitters leave the game for 5 mins then come back hoping the team will surrender. Simply put, there's no way an automated system can know why you d/ced, for all we know ur router coulda been fine. The only fact is you left the game and the system acted accordingly. The reason for coming back to play is even more straightforward. To not be an asshole and screw over the rest of your teammates who didn't do anything wrong. Regardless of why it happened, d/cing is still more or less your fault. Take the loss and move on, it makes no difference in the long run of climbing if ur good you'll get there.

As a long time top lane player (4+ years now), a core quality to climb and succeed in the lane is to be able to absorb pressure, and making yourself useful while working with less gold. It's str8 up the least ganked lane, junglers usually only bother with it at lv3 after finishing their buff and happen to path up. Each role has its general downsides.

So I come on the forums a shit ton, and spend a good amount of time in the player's behavior forums to listen to their sob stories of getting banned. I have NEVER in these years heard someone get banned specifically for troll building. It's always because they follow it up with something dumb like inting because they are getting flamed, or "defending" themselves in the chat.

: why are pros allowed to do troll builds and stuff? (yes it works)
It's extremely rare to get banned for going an off meta build since an automated system generally won't recognize all the legit builds. Players generally are a lot more forgiving when they win, and don't bother reporting. If no report then there is no chance of a ban. Also, pro players get reported all the time when their "troll build" goes wrong. I've seen plenty of challenger streamers report other pro players. A troll champ on the other hand who doesn't follow meta lane assignments gets punished far more often. That's why a lot of streamers generally play with friends when they choose to do sth straight stupid. It's usually the toxic arguing that occurs after a "troll build" that results in the ban
: Why is it so hard to get out of bronze elo?
the great thing about bronze is, mistakes are happening ALL the time on both sides. And the majority of these things are a simple fix when pointed out, Be humble and learn from your mistakes. Blaming teammates doesn't solve anything, your better off figuring out what you coulda done better to prevent the situation from arising again. Remember this, if you're exploiting enough of the enemies mistakes in bronze, dumb teammates almost can't drag u down. Capitalize on leads, make calls if your team is disorganized, don't just drag out a won game and risk the chance of an enemy comeback. To answer the main question, I was in bronze for less than a full season, I ended season 1 in silver, and got to Plat by season 3. OH! and if u run into people who just destroy the match, don't be disheartened, smurfs are generally unbeatable in that ELO :D

Committing a crime in broad daylight is obviously easier to catch than someone who attempts to conceal it, but if found guilty the punishments should be the same + it's his own choice to put his POS side on stream. Riot has historically always given popular streamers and promoters preferential treatment and only acted upon extreme cases. While they do make Riot good $$$, these streamers also represent the community, and to let this slide with 0 punishment gives the company a bad look. On a side note, I am perfectly fine with NB3 asking a Rioter to ban a "troll". Everyone asks friends for favors, so its kinda hypocritical to call him out on doing so, as long as the cause is just. Also T1 deserved the mega-ban far b4 he recieved it.

And I think it works well considering the effect of {{item:3042}} and {{item:3508}} combined on yi. League in the current form is early game focused, getting a tear (mana) over combat stats, lowers ur clear speed (getting lv6), and ability to fight for scuttle when the enemy jungler contests. This is fine in lower elo, where people dont know when to group and shot calling is a huge mess with people getting picked out left and right (giving u time to scale). But at a certain point players start pushing early advantages and forcing 4 man bot plays at 6 mins, lack of early stats will bone u in the long run.
