i never said anything about what everyone wants to know...and i agree TFT has more skill then hearthstone..my only point was to prove there are luck based games out there that are very enjoyable and are NOT lazy game design..just because you don't like something doesn't mean some1 else wouldn't..
rng has been around since the very beginning in arcades and snes games and even into newer generations of games..despite this you would call it lazy?...you remind me of people who like to be spoon fed a {{champion:86}} tee because you can't handle something unpredictable..
oh and im good at downvoting your stuff too...does that bother you?...it doesn't me lol
oh and just to name quite a few..heres an examples of games that have some fairly heavy rng that many people play
pokemon yugioh casino games like slots poker (especially online ones) craps literally every family board game out there
hearthstone diablo 3 freaking world of warcraft...rng is heavily present in many different games out there..and usually has a huge impact on success in those games..or how long it can take you to actually succeed...pro pokemon games..where one miss or crit or lucky status effect can decide the whole game
diablo 3..where primal rng can decide wether your character can clear greater rifts of higher level or not before the season ends..
world of warcraft..where getting that lucky crit in arena allows u to one shot an enemy or at least delete 75% of his hp
yugioh..where one coin flip one dice roll and one card can decide a whole game
most of the things i listed have tournaments for them and many people who attend them...
and lets not forget having too many characters get permadeath because of that lucky 1% crit in fire emblem
literally any speedrunner can tell you how many resets have happened cause of rng lol
there are plenty of games where one can consider a game to have way too much rng..the point is its not lazy game design because of heavy rng or heavy rng moments

i think if they boosted all champion health by 25% or something similar it would help counter balance the excessive damage more so then just lowering the damage delt/burst damage..cause i do think the health totals of all champions need to go up a bit
also why not buff some minion damage for late game or even early...give the minions a greater purpose
afterall..the champions get changed all the time? even the towers have gotten a change..and even the jg minions and heck..even the wards..why not the minions..they are the same as they've always been for god only knows how long?..something fresh to the minions might be a good change in my opinion...its not like riot doesn't see them given the skin changes to the minions themselves...why not buff the minions a little or give them some new unique stuff..like caster spells or abilities..or even allow champions to upgrade them with items similar to banner of command
or the ability to even give a minion/tower an item to their inventory to buff their effectiveness

im gonna leave my yasou rework idea right here
yas loses his crit passive...to counter balance this..he gains additional damage whenever he has higher stacks of flow goin as high as 20% increased ad at max flow and upon being struck gains a shield on a 15 second cooldown based on the amount of flow he had..but loses all flow upon the passive triggering...a windy effect will be around yasou..that is stronger the more flow he has aka more wind flowing around yasou..but the rate of the flow increasing will be lowered slightly...still increasing faster however if yasou moves faster
his Q is still the same skillshot with the sword dealing slightly less damage then before and still applying on hit effects..but it now has the wind to back it up..his sword thrust causes the wind to fly outward based on the amount of flow yasou has giving it greater range...with no flow the wind doesn't help as much if at all....enemies hit by the wind suffer 25-50% of the original attacks damage based on flow or take ap damage and are knocked back..with farther knockback at higher flow..while those hit by the blade take full damage and are not knocked back(due to being stuck on the blade)...only blade hits can trigger the stacks for the tornado and the tornado is larger in size the more flow yasou has...both wind and blade can trigger onhit effects but the Q cooldown no longer scales with attack speed instead having lesser CD the more flow yasou has
W windwall same cd but now speeds up allies who pass through it and shields them based on the amount of flow yasou had before activating...still blocking all projectiles and triggers the shield passive automatically for yasou..causing him to lose all flow
e is the same and retains its scaling damage based on number of uses and maybe gains a higher stack potential of 300% more damage..and the range of the dash increased for each successive dash..but its cd between each dash is increased to 1second and if yasou doesn't dash within 3 seconds..it goes on a 10 second cooldown..the whirlwind created if yasou combos this with his Q is larger based on flow and smaller if less flow is present and Q can be activated anytime during the dash..and the dash ends with the whirlwind at the exact location Q was pressed.......if yasou uses this whirlwind at higher values of flow it can destroy enemy projectiles...or it can have higher knockup..or both?..nah that seems a bit too op in my opinion..i personally believe the projectile destruction is better
R deals 50% less damage and consumes all flow but now requiring a minimum of flow to cast and still requires target to be in the air but holds the foe in the air longer based on how much flow yasou has before activating the ability and hits multiple times 1 hit for every one second the foe is held maxing at 3 hits for a damage potential of 150% damage value and a 3second held time along with applying on hit effects for the first strike...this makes it so yasou gains more hits the longer the foe is held and afterwards causes yasou to be shielded for the amount of flow consumed as if his passive had triggered but the shield won't activate until yas is done attacking and being stunned/silenced cancels additional hits and the shield(as well as dying of course) but he is immune to all CC once he begins to move towards his target and can only be CCed during the attack...snare will not end the attack or prevent the shield from activating....the cd is reset for 5 seconds if the target dies during the ultimate and grants the minimum flow needed to cast the ability again
it also still cannot be cast to begin with if he is unable to move
im pretty sure this idea can be made a little better and im sure these exact numbers won't be used...but i figured it be something to go off of for a new idea that revolves around his flow passive giving higher range damage and cc if he stacks flow as well as still giving severe punishment if yasou leaves himself too wide open to attack or not stacking flow or goes full dumb flying pig of ham waiting to be shot chopped and devoured...but making it slightly more difficult to punish him due to him having extra protections from attacks at the cost of lowering his mobility from the increased cd on the dash ability....maybe the damage is a little high for my numbers and might need toned down?..but this idea's main purpose is to increase his damage the more flow he has..and making him weaker if he is unable to increase his flow while still maintaining the high skill requirements the yas has been known to have as well as being more of a team player giving assistance to the team with his movespeed effects and shield from windwall as well as more assistance with blocking projectiles due to E Q combo now possibly being able to block projectiles so long as yasou's flow is high enough
but this way his dash/mobility is toned down by alot and his ult being slightly more of a high risk move for more decisive plays..protections are improved to make it more difficult to punish while still perhaps having heavy effect if he is actually punished but perhaps slightly less punishing due to the shields if he is not CCed..with range and damage and cc all based on flow..but perhaps requiring higher skill
but maybe the skill requirements are a bit..too high perhaps?
some extra thoughts that come to mind about this are
make abilities cost some flow to use
his R having greater range based on flow
windwall being larger at higher skill levels
some effects possibly gaining true damage instead of extra damage at higher flow values
if his abilities cost flow can instead make his passive grant a shield that scales the shield based on current flow..that regens overtime while not taking damage..capping at a certain value

Champion Q&A: Illaoi, the Kraken Priestess
this champion is far too broken atm..being able to spawn tentacles inside of base..means u can't even enter lane without getting attacked..the tentacles are worth 0 exp..meaning no levels while she can most likely free farm
her tentacles should not be allowed to spawn inside of turret ranges....and attack except through the souless effect
in ranked she made me drop to b5 because no1 knows how to fight her and honestly i don't either..because she just came out..hasn't been on free week so i can't learn/use any of her abilitys..its already bad enough with the thousands of trolls..and i run into like 100s of them on a daily basis..this game is a team game..shouldn't hafta be a one woman/man show ive had great stats throughout the season..but my winloss rate still suffers...

am i the only one who does the blocking of summoners in severe toxicity..its basically a perma mute..i commonly find players who are beyond bad..and when it gets to that degree..i just block them...you'd be surprised how golden silence is when negativity is inbound
ive blocked many players..and i keep track of my block list..checking summoner profiles to see who's gone and who is still around
its so easy a caveman can do it..and yet..seems there are just too many kids who cannot

i still don't see the valid reason behind the purchasing of lower level runes..even if they are 1 ip..its still a waste because no matter how many runes u have your still only gonna get the same ip u get from games..increasing your stats doesn't decide how much ip u get although it makes it easier to win that means u just need to get good instead of purchase runes..anybody can go runeless and no masteries and still win all their post 30 games like a joke (course we cannot factor in the trolls and afkers but oh well maybe if your lucky you'll get a good series of games ...EXTREMELY LUCKY considering the number of trolls)
