this is actually getting fucking ridiculous that they are insisting on shutting me down without providing any real answers. i know riot doesnt have a support hot line, but if i called their office, what are the chances they'll let me get through to someone who'll actually talk to me and help me fix the issue? because trying to make support tickets or e-mailing them is gonna be a bust and they're just gonna give me the same shit over and over and over again. my thread has almost 20K views. there is NO way a rioter has not stumbled upon my post. someone has to have seen it and i am BEGGING someone to PLEASE help me. this is clearly not a ME issue, this is a RIOT issue and it's unfair that riot games is refusing to accept responsibility for their mistake and is choosing to instead punish the VICTIM in all of this.

: Honest advice? Reverse it all and go find a different game. Riot can 100% care less when it comes to the NA market. This is proven time and time again with the piss poor customer service we get, how all updates are influenced almost exclusively by what CN wants, and the fact that for over YEARS we've made valid suggestions to improve everyone's experiences and nothing has been done. If it was truly reversed it'd show in your bank statement online. If it's not there, then you need someone from their financial team. I'm willing to bet it was actually reversed for whatever reason though as a system won't randomly pick you out and "reverse" your payment on their end. It just doesn't work like that as there's a lot more going on regarding the back-end than you'd know ...

I went through a similar situation and got no resolution from them. Nothing but non answers and "We can't give you any details". I personally like the game but the customer support is very hit and miss which is why I will never spend a dime on this game. Too easy for them to just ban your account and say "Thanks for your money!".

updated the post as well but :)[ this is what riot support said to me](https://imgur.com/czVfoCq) :) once again dodged my reasonable request for proof, from THEIR end, that there was a reversal of payment. this is so ridiculous and unacceptable.

I can't do anything except tell you 2 things. 1) This is clearly nothing on your end (At least nothing I've ever seen before) 2) You need to wait a bit for Riot to get back to you, they may be having an issue on their end and don't know it yet. I've seen a few cases of game companies making a mistake but only 1 case is reported and they think it's on our end. If this happens to more people, Riot will look into it. I hope Riot can work this out and help you out. Also, did they say it was permabanned the first time? Or do they permaban if your account has 2 chargeback issues?

Or do they permaban if your account has 2 chargeback issues? the first time it happened, back in january, i genuinely owed a balance toward riot due to my parents mistakenly starting a purchase dispute. i let riot know it was a mistake, and i let my bank know it was a mistake, but it wasn't something either of them could reverse and the only thing i could do was pay the $70 that was listed as my account balance. so, i paid it and restored my account and it was fine. so there was only one chargeback issue, which was taken care of in january. the VERY first reply i received from riot support at all regarding this issue was to tell me they were permanently suspending me, and that was it. i sent more evidence, and a different person replied to me with basically the same exact message. i think it's really fishy that neither of them sent me proof, as in an image from their end to show me what they're seeing, of the payment reversal.

ok!! thread is now fixed, thanks to everyone for letting me know it got removed off reddit. all the proof is in the imgur album and if you have any questions please lmk. i just really want my account back.
: If you couldn't provide sufficient evidence to riot support you aren't going to be able to do anything on the boards. No amount of upvotes can change something like that. And to top it off, we don't know whether or not you are telling the truth. There is zero proof in this thread and your reddit thread has been closed. Could you just link the proof here instead of reddit? -It also seems odd to me that despite having the bank backing you (and they should be able to provide proof), riot is not willing to work with you.

revert IE, leave phantom dancer alone, those are my only opinions. making it 5000 gold with zeal is just an incredibly bad idea. it's overpriced and not worth it. phantom dancer is perfectly fine as it is. hexdrinker doesn't need stopwatch. adding more MR to maw, however, is a good idea. please don't ruin phantom dancer. crit has already been ruined enough and it doesn't need its attack speed nerfed too. thanks. that's probably my favorite zeal item. don't break it. if it's not broken, don't "fix" it.
