I am one of those people who have been here since beta i have all the runes that are import even before the cost reduction. Im ok with only getting some ip back because this is not the only time riot has screwed me over. Everytime they rework a champ the game gets worse because they do something like add a skill shot to warwicks ult or make urgot complete trash. My point with how they mess up all the champs on rework is I am cautious on change in this game because it dose not always go well so for them to say you will get some ip/blue back makes me worry it will not be as good as the hype. Do not forget no mans lie had hype look were that got it.

Do you think that adcs shouldnt do any dmg there is much wrong with your post you said 3 armor items and your still taking dmg. what items are you building. if one of those is not a {{item:3076}} and the second being {{item:3143}} then your doing it wrong. you should not walk in to a team fight and expecting to take little to no dmg you should expect a lot of dmg at once. and those support changes help tanks just as much as your adc.

Ya as a person who owns all the champs it is way to grindy to get with ip. especially because they always add these new champs. I got about 60percent of the camps with ip the rest with rp. how ever there are so many more ways to get champions now with the loot crates. there is no reason for them to drop the champs in price because they have given you other means.

this all looks great, but I am kind of nervous about what will happen with the old runes. I have all the champions and get them as soon as they come out. I also have all the T3 reds, the T3 yellows i only have the energy ones to get, the t3 blues i only have 1 row left of those as well, the T3 purples there is only 3 rows left. sion was a shit rework. He went from being the only champion that had unlimited ad until they dropped atmas to being the most worthless champ ever. he has 3 things that can be easly dodged his slow is alright but that is the only thing they did alright with him. his passive was good but the new fail passive last about a second and by the time it takes to transition from alive to passive takes way to long. by the time sion is in his passive you are already to far from him to make a difference. unlike a karthus and kog maw were it is instant, even zyras passive takes a second to transition but has range to it. With all this being said you can see were people could worry about poppy. I also will say most of the time when they rework they go for champs that are sort of played not the champs that are never touched. when they changed {{champion:101}} {{champion:14}} {{champion:74}} they were played. although the xerath was more of a balance change because he was oped to then heim was clunky although i miss having my turrets get farm will i sat at base. so when they remake poppy its really just so she will be played more by other people.

: Warmogs is not really a good item (period really), simply because of how easy it is to counter (health shred is both easy to acquire and relatively cheap). It is also a terrible item on mordekaiser because mordekaiser **needs** to build damage, and if he wants to build health then he is probably going to get a rylais or liandries. He can build bruiser-ish, but none of the items that offer health regen are any good on mordekaiser. Also, with the changes to health regen, itemizing health regen for mordekaiser is even worse, as it provides him with even less return on investment.

: Yeah, they made his base HP regen comparable to Rivens, his is literally only** 0.07** higher than Rivens **0.07**. And unlike Riven, he doesn't have earlygame cheese, nor is his sustain nearly as easy to buy into (Riven can build rejuv beads at the start of the game which go towards her tiamat, and vamp scepter basically solves most of her sustain issues, whereas mord has to build a hextech to gain spellvamp, which is much more expensive than the cost of vamp scepter + 2 rejuv beads, and the sustain that hex provides is definitely not as strong as the sustain that a vamp scepter with 2 rejuv beads will provide). So basically, they made his earlygame even WORSE than before. Before, it would take him 14.9 seconds to regen back to full health from using his Q once (barring masteries and runes, and also assuming to be at level 1), now it will take him 29.6 seconds. That is almost **15** seconds longer than it was before. Here is the math: **NOTE** All calculations are assuming mordekaiser is level 1, and is not using any form of health regen masteries or runes. OLD: 8.37 / 5 = 1.675 health regen per second 25 / 1.675 = ~14.9 seconds to reach full health NEW: 3.37 / 5 = 0.674 health regen per second 20 / 0.674 = ~29.8 seconds to reach full health These costs are using the new values for his Q and W, not for his E which is generally his most used skill during the laning phase, which had its cost remain the same, which makes the base health regen nerf even WORSE. Then you have to consider the fact that not only does mords own spells hurt him, the enemy is bound to be hurting him as well, which he will have an even harder time recovering from. Mordekaiser was nerfed heavily by these changes, and will require some pretty big buffs to have a hope at being competitive.
you can do the rejuv beads on morde to just have to build something like a warmongs

Morde being such an easy champ to beat I think the bonus ad is pointless because if you have the "ghost or whatever you want to call it" you can take the tower just as easy. I love the bonus range however so many times do I cast it but lack the range to hit him or my attack speed does not match my cast speed. The base hp regen kind of hurts but then you need to keep sustain with build health regen or spellvamp/lifesteal which is how people build him anyway unless you want to bomb lane.

I meant its like another riven because of how much of a sustain she has. all though riven doesn't have sustain until you build some, her shield keeps her in lane with the high amount of damage she can pull off. this champ you have brought up has a 15 percent life steal passive, a 35% armor pen the attack speed isnt bad the mechanics make sense, but i would like a karhus like cd on that ult for how much of a unstoppable buff that would be .with all this being said I would see her out laining most top lanes and dominating jungle the abilities them self seemed fine just needed to be balance more. ps.. my spelling sucks

I never see this when I jungle. It is harder to jungle now and Im not saying its not a thing to be under leveled, but I play {{champion:20}} jungle main and have never had any jungle problems. I also play a few other jungles such as amumu, jarvan, leona, and akali. even with leona I am always up to par on level and gold. I see the gold and xp as a skill on the play rather then the game.

This idea is horrible considering the current player base is full of people who will report you just for dieing once and the says your feeding. If they were to base ip on toxicity level there would be a really unbalance of ip gain for every league player even if they are not toxic.

So you would not call being able to leave a team fight for the 8 seconds it takes for the warmogs to kick in and then go back in to the fight with full health or close to it "a usable passive". I guess its more of play style because I play to tank and sponge damage unless there is a {{champion:67}} or a {{champion:150}} any champ that does percents of health as damage I like to build up my health. especially because my rune page for most of my health regen tanks is 9%health and 55 flat health.

They have definitely made it harder to jungle, but it isn't hard to keep leveled if you know what your doing. The real part is trying to catch up if you fall behind unless your jungle with someone who already has great jungle sustain and can make it through the whole jungle with out backing.

I have been playing sense beta and Irelia was and is a rather balanced champ as of now. It is different with sona she is a highly team based champ her auras ever sense they got ride of them being persistant she has to be next to a team mate although she does have some 1v1 capabilitys, but so does taric vs an ad so nerfing sona would mean all the other supports need a nerf.
