You can simply choose to not play if you don't accept their terms. Any purchase you make with Riot is also completely by choice, nothing forced you to agree to the purchase. Finally, you can leave/break the terms and leave at any point at no cost (no, the content on your account is not yours. It wasn't yours in the first place). Just because you're salty and suffering from buyers remorse doesn't mean you get to take back the agreement you made to the terms of purchase.
Lol " Any purchase you make with Riot is also completely by choice." They create the demand and obsession to purchase their goods, it is not completely by choice alone. This is how Riot operates and manipulates the consumer into going through their credit cards. You are defending the position of the very company that creates a shady TOS to hide behind and not giving a damn about the consumers who had been wronged. I don't care where your morality stands, but there needs be some transparency in protecting consumer rights, it isn't a buyer's remorse. It's about the predatory agreement that is not being challenged because of pricks like you.
: ***
You sure you are not Riot's personal lobbyist? you seem to adhere and endorse their agenda like a true patriot.
: You shouldn't encourage people to commit wire fraud. It's a felony.
Fraud, lol, as a consumer it is within his right to dispute a charge that is built on predatory practice that leaves a player with no access to the goods they have purchased, therefore he has a right to dispute it.
: I wanna know if this is worth a Perma ban?
the term masculinity is reduced to being a sensitive sheep. They are so sensitive that they have constructed social precedence which represents their sensitivity in a very meaningful way....

Move on, don't bother wasting your time, just paypal dispute your money back in your last 3 months transactions if you used any paypal to buy skins. Most of these monkies from the planet of apes who disagree with you have never lost their accounts so they have no actual conception of what you are feeling and will only attack you further. Yes, they update their ToU just like ever offer goddamned company on the internet. I got at least 5 in the past month. This is neither unique to Riot, nor a way to "perfect it from lawsuits' as you say.
I am surprised that moderator hasn't deleted your post yet, they usually do if you are voicing your opinion that negatively affects their image aka your title Lamo. They deleted my posts multiple times now too.
: There are a lot of bots playing against COOP Ai
Its because Riot pushed the punishement system into too much severity, that many people who got permabanned are looking for easy convenient way to come back to the game without grinding hours to get to level 30. And there are sellers who realize there are a huge demand for level 30 accounts so they are flooding the market with botted accounts. Which explains why there are so many bots in Coop Ai and Aram games. Riot's statistics of 0.006 permabanned players is a lie .
