: So is draven's extreme early game ever going to be addressed?
I played a game as {{champion:127}} mid vs {{champion:119}} and he bullied me and even zoned me out of farm and xp. I had to beg my jg for help and he was even able to 1v2 us until I got to lvl 6.

: Certain dashes can be interrupted by dislocation CC. Thresh hook can hit and pull a Tristana mid jump for example. Stuns only prevent the character from taking any action, any current effect on them such as a movement ability will still resolve. Same with roots, it just prevents movement and further movement abilities. It still resolves any move ability that is already happening. True blinks, by their nature, can't really be interrupted while traveling. There is no period of time where the character is between the two locations. They are in one location, then the other.
Thresh hook is a knock up/displacement, so yes it will stop dashes, any knockup/displcement will. Acoording to riot, a stun should stop a dash, like Veigar wall, thats suppose to be universal for all stuns/roots, but its not and riot is not fixing it. Like I said, the problem is it adds hidden power to a champ with mobility. The champ can almost be immune to slows and hard CC if they use the dash at the right time

It's a super strong ultimate, even if one of the downsides makes her vulnerable towards the end of a self-cast.

Yea, I know her ult is strong, but its like her entire kit lacks the damage to 100-0 champs early to mid game because of it.

: No, it is not hard to hit enemys with that skill. You can't just randomly spam this ability hoping to hit some enemies. You use this skill for the teleport, for waveclear or for dmg AFTER you hit your stun or root so the dmg is guaranteed. I have another idea: Keep the mana cost but refund 50% if you recast it. This way Liss players can't just AFK waveclear and playing aggressive is rewarded.

It would help to execute enemies without actual damage when compared to the new dark harvest. Plus there are tones of damage options, why would another slow keystone be bad?
