: The rework is going well, I will have more details on his design direction in the next Champion Roadmap which should be shortly after Swain. Current plan is to give him all new VO.

Same voice actor? or new voice to suit the new lore, kit, and personality?
: if youre going for that build, either predator or dark harvest. your goal just seems to be to get on top of someone and almost 1 shot him with your q, right? both keystones should help with that. id suggest fully committing to the build and replacing the cleaver with triforce, and the warmogs with steraks. dont be discouraged by the little bit of mana on triforce. the sheen procs are worth it, and even the attack speed can be useful. at lvl 18 with a steraks gage, that sheen proc will add just above 400 damage to your q and your auto attack weaves. when youre not up against tanks, but only fighters and squishies, there are good reasons to take triforce over cleaver. burst potential on squishies, higher movement speed, powerful damage against turrets, improved sustained damage between spins. you should only ever run this when youre up against relatively squishy teams though.

So, is Season 8 DMG Garen all about the Q then? Or does his spin still play a part? I've only tried Electrocute so far, which goes well with the classic auto-Q-E combo, but I'm intrigued as to where the strength of Dark Harvest and Predator lie with Garen.
: I always thou the star guardian skin line was paired against the mecha skin line.
The Battlecast, Mecha, and PROJECT skins are all in the same mythos. Creator Viktor was responsible for corrupting Mecha Zero Sion, and Battlecast Vel'koz can be seen in the background of PROJECT: Katarina's splash. I'd genuinely like to know where the Super Galaxy line sits in all of this... hopefully within the Dark Star/Star Guardian mythos.

: Yeah, why was {{champion:61}} made a dark star and not a star guardian?
Because her Ultimate behaves ever so reminiscently of a black hole.
: > And now I want to see what Star guardian Thresh,Varus and Kha'zix would look like.... Yes please. And of course there needs to be Dark Star and Star Guardian Urgod.
https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/b2LEHBsc-dark-star-urgot-by-slow-damn Can confirm that Dark Star Urgot would be absolutely incredible. Arguably the best Dark Star skin.

: Quick Gameplay Thoughts: September 20
A somewhat trivial request, but what happened to "Traditional" skins on the champions with full VGU's? Any chance to see a Traditional {{champion:83}} {{champion:6}} {{champion:3}} {{champion:14}} skins for example? Traditional {{champion:113}}{{champion:48}} {{champion:43}} {{champion:64}} are all great examples of paying respect to the original designs as well as the players who liked those champions before they were updated.

: @Riot, Please watch this video about Lunar Wraith Morgana. Feedback about the skin.
This skin looks absolutely awful. I cannot believe they actually released this... her tiny frame, low poly model, jagged and dated animations, crappy colour choice and just...ugh. This is like giving the old TF model a Blood moon skin or something.. hell even that would look better than this.
: Arclight Yorick and why this is a bad move by Riot
As you've acknowledged yourself, Ultimate does seem like a bit of a stretch. I think from pure observation, educated guessing (I'm a concept artist by trade) and a bit of assumption, I think Ultimate skins are on a "this idea is so good we have to make it" sort of basis, rather than "This champion needs a skin, let's make it an ultimate". It would explain the rather randomness on which champions get Ultimates, and the variety of themes said Ultimate skins represent: - {{champion:81}} Explorer turned Future Time-travelling techno vigilante - {{champion:77}} A disciplined monk achieving a primal Druidic enlightenment - {{champion:37}} Neon EDM girl - {{champion:99}} A lightmage ascending to Omni-elementalist Based off the transparency between Riot devs and the communities, It's pretty safe to say that development of all of these skins started with a cool idea that grew. Honestly, Spirit Guard Udyr is a great example of this because he was extremely unpopular at the time, too. Dyrus was the only LCS player, and Trick2G was the only streamer that ever gave any public attention to the champion. However, I do agree with you on one thing; the absence of a Yorick skin over all this time warrants some form of recognition. Which brings me to my main point; While not set in stone, It is very much safe to say that while Ultimate skins start with the concept, Legendary skins more likely start with the champion. A great example of this being Dark Star Thresh, which according to insiders at Riot, started with a simple "We want to make a legendary Thresh skin" and the concept artists went straight ahead and got to work. Because of this, and the astronomically smaller budget Legendary skins permit, Yorick could have, and should have been pitched to the Legendary skin team. A grand return from his 2000+ day hiatus. Here are some Legendary ideas I'm squatting out right now as I sip my coffee. Arclight Prime (a Legendary version of what we're getting) Warring Kingdoms (fallen soldiers, ghost of a samurai) Clockwork Tinker (little clockwork bots, a propellor-hovering hextech machine) Winter Wonder (poros, an ice-wraith/spirit of christmas) or following the SGU route (an embellishment of the classic skin), a zombie apocalypse Yorick skin, in line with the Zombie brand, Nunu, Jinx, and Pantheon skins. Normally I appreciate what Riot puts out, but I feel like they dropped the ball on this one.

: Yo Yousosmart! Star Guardian is absolutely a line that we want to explore further, skins team itself is comprised of a ton of Magical Girl super fans! We definitely want to make more SG skins in the future (TBD), so keep your eyes peeled for cuteness! :3 As far as our data goes players lovvvvveddddd her, like off the charts positive player response. lol **Question for the thread: **What other champions, aside from Lux, would make great Star Guardians?
Star Guardian {{champion:86}} . It'd be his first "joke" skin, his Sister, {{champion:99}} is a Star Guardian, also he's the ideal pretty boy/Macho Man, wielding what could be a big star-baton. His Q would have a little explosion of stars on impact His W would make his shoulders turn a very shiny metallic pink/orange with sparkles His E could have a ring of stars cosmically spin around him with energy ...and his ultimate would be visually similar to Star Guardian {{champion:99}} ultimate, but from the sky, maybe a different colour, and with a giant Star-Rod that smites the enemy rather than the usual sword graphic. Considering all of {{champion:86}}'s skins are dead serious, this would be great to really take the piss out of his Honourable demeanor. Who says just because you have tones of pink you can't still be a stalwart protector? **I BELIEVE IN STAR GUARDIAN GAREN**
