what if when insight is used to place a ward, the wards gain also gain the ability to track stealth.

: Q The heal is far too strong, 225 with a 1.5 AP scaling? If you have 600 AP, your AOE heal is healing by a total of 1125 TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE, 650 range (roughly 6 and a half teemos long), with a 10 second CD at max rank, with CDR (40%) you have 1125 healing for your team every 6 seconds. The damage on the Q would be 1070, again on a 6 second cool down. 2nd part of her Q is also pretty ridiculous, a AOE 80% slow that also grounds enemies (meaning, no dashing, blinking, etc) for 2.5 seconds, its similar to Singed W, but is much stronger because of the range (around 7 teemos). W Castle In The Air with 40% CDR is roughly a 15 second cool down, meaning if you have it max rank with your entire team around you are without that huge buff for only 1 second, as max rank it can last for a maximum of 14 seconds. Not to mention the possible 80% Tenacity, 60%ms, and the AOE armor/mr increase of 15 (at 10 teemos length) is pretty absurd. Paragon is also absurd, as the total shielding with 600 AP is 1225, this is bigger than 3 or 4 Janna shields, and it also increased her base stats! Hallucination is a Quinn vision, but on complete steroids. Roughly 300 teemos in length, and it reveals wards and enemy champions for a maximum of 2.5 seconds... That is absurd, with that range, you cover a good chunk of the map, but not only that, It reveals champs and wards! E Headtrip, 600 teemo range, 840 damage with 600 ap. Vagary, good luck anyone that has a point and click ability, you ability now basically doesnt listen to you for 3.5 seconds! Desire, its the most balanced ability here so far... and thats the sad thing... Its basically a Ezreal blink, but it gives MS and is 7 teemos long... Oh, and you can use all 3 without losing any abilities on her E! No downside of choosing one ability or the other! R Dream, all abilities are instantly refreshed? Ah, so your Syndra can now ult twice (so, 8 balls from just her ult, into a AOE stun), Lee Sin can kick two targets, Nami can now throw out two AOE knock-ups, Maokai can now throw out two AOE snares... Its completely broken, not to mention, 40% CDR?! So, now your characters now have basically 80% CDR? Is this URF? AND ITS ON A TWO MINUTE AND 20 SECOND COOL DOWN! Nightmare, garbage compared to Dream, and thats the funny thing... Nightmare is more likely to help the enemy team by putting their ultimates on a 2 second cool down if they were already used, or high impact spells that have a high CD... Why would you ever use Nightmare when you can just use Dream and instantly win pretty much any fight before they even begin? Character is completely broken, most of these spells are easily as strong as a ultimate... Not to mention, her raw damage output, and utility that she gives...

: Fizz Change v2 Heading to PBE
Alright. First off i just want to say Neuro you are the only riot dev that ever listens to us and acts on it quickly and efficiently. Thank you! However i feel the current W in patch 8.13 is amazing! Alot of people hate on it and say it sucks to have to wait to proc 3x damage! Which obviously there MUST be a negative to having such a powerful ability. I feel as if alot of people complaining about 8.13s W do not understand how to effectively play fizz. That may come from the fact they think fizz is braindead and can kill anyone they wish with ease. That is true but fizz is about timing and picking situations to go in. Like a true assasin. The combo i used was q to dash on to an enemy if they have no stuns or their stund are on cd. Btw the w starts to proc on the q dash. Then i would E on top of them instantly after negating a large portion of their damage and any cc they would use. Then once i landed i could use W at max triple proc. Profit! Against ranged you could use ur ult to initiate then e their stuns or initial damage then q then w. I have had great success with this as i played fizz one tricked for 180k mastery points in a year. Riot NeuroCat i am sincerely concerned that this new V2. Change WHICH is much better than the V1. Change will actually lower his damage output in bursts allowing enemies to kill him. Fizz is very squishy and i negated that weakness by using e to dodge most damage but by making his aas empowered and the initial w hit less impactful Fizz has become more likely to die or get cced. Especially in high elo this may be a problem as your burst is now gone u r less slippery and less impactful. People dont realise the current fizz we have is perfect! They just choose the wrong fights and expect to win when fizz is first off an assassin and they cannot expect to demolish everyone without dying if they cannot finish of an enemy. I get it, once fizzs cd are all off hes a sitting duck. But thats why u have team mates to take damage for u and take attention away so u can re engage safely perhaps even using flash to reposition if needed. Btw guys zhonyas is a powerful tool combined with E it is a crazy combo! Fizz is not a duelist! I repeat he is not a duelist! That is why you can't stay in prolonged fights without becoming a sitting duck. Instead he has been blessed with amazing burst capability 0-100 perhaps the strongest in the game early. I still feel the current W is Perfect but i look forward to ur changes in v.2 as it looks promising BUT a little dangerous for me. Perhaps consider giving the initial impact larger damage? Also i think keeping the trident mark is great as it has become iconic with fizz even though some hate it.
: When using his ultimate, does he cycle through the options like with {{champion:4}} 's W? You didn't quite say how he chooses between them. Otherwise, very nice concept. I like that his Q's passive has something of a balancing synergy with his passive; he doesn't take damage so long as he has mana, but if he kills anything he slowly starts being drained of mana. Definitely well thought-out overall. Seems pretty powerful still, but I'm sure that's part of the point anyways. Also, just making sure, Delay doesn't get cancelled by The Goal of All Life Is Death (TGoALID), right? It would make sense, further synergy by preventing escapes as he's channeling, I'm just making sure. Good luck in the contest, thanks for joining the dark side.
Yes it does. I edited it thanks for letting me know. I also added a new W. I would like to hear from you on whether it is too broken, too weak, too over bloated etc. Delay does not get cancelled by TGoALID. Rather it is recommended to use TGoALID after your buffs/debuffs etc. to ensure you get it off without dying. Another option is Zhonyas which takes 2.5 seconds off the countdown. What i thought would be nice was a full tank build of Ainz, and basically spamming his ults with the guarantee of you surviving. I'm trying to read it all, even if I don't have time to respond to it all. I'm going to try to summarize the broad themes of feedback I'm hearing from you all, and my brief thoughts: * **"Revert Fizz's W to pre-Assassin Rework"** * We aren't planning on doing this, since we believe that this model isn't particularly healthy, especially with a high AP assassin. While I agree that the deceptive damage and 'whittling-you-down' feeling around the empowered bleed do feel "tricky" and playing into Fizz's nature, we ultimately want to make Fizz's windows of power and burst more clear and consistent to Fizz players and opponents. * **"Make Melee Range Shark Viable/Revert the Shark changes"** * We aren't bringing back the old R, but we intend to make your melee range ult a bit more effective with these changes. In the case where you do land a melee range ult, you can unload your W burst immediately, which should make this case feel more powerful/give you more options. * **"Will this change make Tank or On-Hit Fizz crowd out AP Assassin Fizz?"** * We will be trying to make sure we aren't shifting too much power away from AP Assassin Fizz. You'll notice in some of the changes below we're shifting more power into his AP ratios. * **"His Damage Seems Low"** * From the PBE testing we've seen, we think his damage numbers are around where we intended, but it doesn't feel as impactful, due to the missing health execute damage on the second W. So we aren't currently planning on adding this back, but want to make sure his laning phase and ability to farm still holds up without it (even if it might be less safe to just farm with it under turret). Below I'm increasing the mana refund on his W, and I'll be looking for other ways to increase his farming ability if we find it insufficient - keep in mind, the second cast is free, so this change will effectively make it mana neutral for him to last hit with it. Here are some changes that will land on PBE tomorrow: * Mana refund on kill with W: 10/14/18/22/26 >>> 15/20/25/30/35 * W2 Damage: 35/50/65/80/95 + 50% AP (+0-100% increased damage based on enemy % health missing) >>> 35/50/65/80/95 + 90% AP Thank you again for your feedback so far. PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU DO NOT REWORK HIS W 1. His sustain is worse because you made his mana refund lower and the initial cost of w more expensive. He will run out of mana so much faster since his e is so high cost and his w too. 2. His w doesn't reset on kills now so his cs is gone. Should he cs with e? free gank and/or kill for the enemy. Also his e is so high cost that farming with e will drain your mana so fast. 3. The new w is so clunky and the 2 proc is weird for an assassin like fizz. Fights are prolonged now because you need to aa between each w cast to maximize damage. With the old w i could q get the proc of w with an aa then e and once i am down the w proc is done. Now fights are longer and it feels like jax. 4. No w reset destroys his team fights. Already he was horrible in team fights because he had no consistent damage but now once he unloads his abilities he needs to sit out even if he does kill someone waiting for his abilities to come back up. Riot, fizz was fine please don't do this to him. you destroyed his ult range and attaching. You destroyed his old w. You destroyed tank fizz. You destroyed bruiser fizz. Now you want to make him turn into a jax type? Please keep fizz as he is. Riot fizz is my main and i can't bear his w change.
