My game keeps on freezing

In the middle of a game, my game just stops my screen is frozen the music in the game is still playing too its kinda like when your connection stops, but theirs no trying to reconnect box and it just never comes back on have played this game for 2 years+ on this device has NEVER happened before not happened with other apps and games if this helps I haven't played LoL for a few days the ONLY way that I can fix this is signing out/restarting this device and then getting back into LoL Help Me Please I'm getting reported left and right If you don't help me, {{champion:17}} will come and haunt you in your sleep! Seriously tho, if you can, pls help
