Here's a thought: Why not cut Ranged Crit damage down to 150% instead of 200%?

I mean seeing as how ADCs are supposed to be a DPS class it kind of seems odd how they're also able to burst so heavily thanks to {{item:3031}} {{item:3087}} hyper inflating their numbers... Burst per Second shouldn't be a thing Riot, you're supposed to have to choose between hitting hard or hitting repeatedly, not cram both into the same absurdly cheap place.
