Hard Reset Ranked preferable? Solo Queue actually solo?

Just seems like a good idea, considering MM is still trash. I'm pretty sure the ELO disparity is still messed up from the time of Dynamic Queue (AKA a booster's paradise), or Flex Queue. And perhaps make SoloQ actually solo so everyone has to work with eachother, and not rely on their smurf Diamond buddy to carry them.
