Why is SW vs NE orientation still forced?

The only map that balanced orientation right is Twisted Treeline. I don't get why you can't invert x and y axis for maps that have SW vs NE for people that prefer playing attacking upwards. Dragon will be flipped? So what, just check the map at the start of the game to see what side it starts on. Then your "bot lane" can switch with the "top" player.
