[ARURF Feedback] Fountain Poking/Holding Game Hostage

If you plan to do URF again, please add a fountain buff that pretty much negates poke damage and does not give incentive to harass people just wanting to wait for the game to end. There are far too many instances I've experienced where the game is being held hostage and the enemy refuses to hit the nexus to just end it so I can move onto the next game. ...Either that or make a new map for ARURF that's just a deathmatch since that's what people seem to be going for these days. (Or just reduce damage dealt overall)
