I literally don't get it. You're nerfing to balance them out from an overpowered state. Why would you even _consider_ buffing them again?
To put it into perspective:
> Imagine every champion but Zed is at a power level of 5. Zed is chilling at a power level of 10 so we nerf him -5 power level.
That's **good!** Just what we needed, now everyone is power level 5 and we've reached a balance. Now here's where things get odd. Zed mains go: _Oh no! Now we are too weak! We cannot one-shot at level 2 anymore. We need buffs._
>Zed receives "compensation buffs" +5.
Now what the hell was the point of the nerf?
