Xul'Ka's species couldn't die from old age but was still subject to wounds and disease; being very primitive they adorned themselves with many things fashioned from the local beasts and plants, bone and hide, feather and leaf, and most weapons were crafted from rocks; as they were naturally good at digging and using their claws to shape stone. There were other larger tribes, but they were settled further west near the hills and mountains. Xul'Ka grew up to be a great hunter and builder and was renowned by all his fellow tribesmen, digging trenches for water and starting farms. The tribe was becoming more industrious and learning to thrive, until one day... >The 2nd Void War had ended. The Xer'Sai, lead by Rek'Sai, had overran their village and native land; many tribesmen died in battle to defend their home but to no avail. Xul'Ka gathered a small group of survivors and fled out of Shurima; he intended to go West to the larger tribes, but the Xer'Sai were headed that direction, with nowhere left to go he followed the river East. The jungle offered new challenges to them and 20 out of the 30 survivors in his group had died in the jungle. Xul'Ka and his 10 survivors reached the end and saw a large island just over the waters; they crossed the waters into The Serpentine Delta, which at the time was one large island without name. No other sentient beings seemed present, so they called the new land home and began to reestablish their tribe. >Over the next 1,000 years the tribe grew to cover the entire island, however there also began to feuds and arguments among certain tribe members, and eventually over the course of 50 years they started to engage in warfare and bloodshed. Xul'Ka tried to bring reasoning between the new separated tribes, but whilst they might have had some respect for him they would not come to terms and grant peace. Xul'Ka then did something that came unexpected to all; Xul'Ka began to trench around the island on the borders of each tribe's proclaimed land. Then after a year had passed, water was surrounding each tribe's land and the single island had become many. The tribes were still at odds, but content with their own islands and they decided to respect the boundaries that were set. >Xul'Ka was praised for his efforts in bringing peace to the tribes, and they had all the leaders gather together to honor him; they danced and channeled the strength of their tribes into Xul'Ka who then became more powerful then any of them had ever known to be possible. Due to the ritual preformed, the tribes had become subject to age and began to grow old and die over time. After joining his tribe, participating in kills with him grants tribe points. Each tribe point grants tribesmen within 2,000-3,000 units of Xul'Ka 5% of his current Invigorated bonus, scaling up to 5 participations for 25%. >**Q: Grapple | CD 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 | Cost 50/60/70/80/90 | Range 150, 300** Xul'Ka lifts up any unit except epic monsters. Recast to throw the target 300 units in a direction, 600 for non-champions. Champions are heavy and most be thrown within 1 second slowing him by 90%, while other units can be held for 5 seconds and slow him by 20%. If an ally is picked up and not thrown he sets them back down. If an enemy is picked up and not thrown he slams them into the ground dealing 40/60/80/100/120+(10% Xul'Ka's max health) physical damage to them and surrounding enemies, rooting the target for 1 second. If the target is thrown it deals 30/45/60/75/90+(60% Attack Damage)physical damage to all enemies hit along the way. If an enemy hits a wall it is stunned for 1 second and takes 60/85/110/135/160+(100% Bonus Attack Damage) additional physical damage. Allies can be thrown over walls. >**W: Canyon | CD 18/16/14/12/10 | Cost 60/70/80/90/100** Xul'Ka creates a pathway through impassable terrain for 3 seconds. All units are grounded inside the pathway, friend and foe. When the duration expires it closes back up and deals 80/120/160/200/240+(15% Bonus Health) physical damage to enemies caught inside and pushes all champions out towards the closest side stunning them for 2 seconds. >**E: Islander's Dance | CD 15 | Cost 50/55/60/65/70 | Range 900/1,050/1,200/1,350/1,500 from any enemy champion.** Xul'Ka gains Invigorated stacks over time as he dances next to enemies for up to 5 seconds, stacks expire after 5 seconds from when he stops dancing. Taking damage interrupts the dance, but enemies leaving range does not. Up to a max of 12/14/16/18/20 stacks. For every stack of Invigorated Xul'Ka gains +1% Movement Speed (12/14/16/18/20% max) +1% Life Steal (12/14/16/18/20% max) +2% Damage Reduction. (24/28/32/36/40% max) +3% Tenacity (36/42/48/54/60% max) +3 Attack Damage (36/42/48/54/60 max) >**R:  Terra Terror | CD 230/190/150| Cost 100/110/120** Xul'Ka begins slamming his fists on the ground, for 3 seconds, at the end of the channel he causes all enemy units on the map to get knocked up for 1 second, and then enemy champions are both slowed by 40% and grounded for 2/3/4 seconds. Deals 75/150/225+(50% Bonus Attack Damage) physical damage only to champions. >Tribe points are seperate for each ally. Once they join your tribe an empty 5 part bar appears above Xul'Ka's health only on their screen, and each participation fills the bar up by 1 >Invigorate stacks at max rank for tribesmen with max tribe points offer: +5% Movement Speed +5% Life Steal +10% Damage Reduction. +15% Tenacity +15 Attack Damage(Adaptive 20 AP) 1/4th of Xul'Ka's. >Not as much as I thought it should've been, but probably balanced this way. No shields or direct heals on this champ either, so watch out. *** >STATS: TBD *** So how is he not over powered? Honestly, how CAN he be overpowered? He has no gap closer and basically no ranged attack. His 60% Tenacity basically works as his gap closer, but requires a 5 second telegraphed move to achieve. Most of his strength comes from his E which has a per-requisite of an enemy champion being nearby in order to cast, on top of being heavily telegraphed and interruptible. Though it does grant decent bonus if finished. W is great for escapes but only for non-mobile champions, such as most ADC's. However you cannot flash while inside W. Q is large part of his kit. If you can make it to the enemy then you can pick them up and toss them toward your team or a wall, leaving them very open to attacks. Alternatively you might want to sacrifice yourself and throw your buddy to safety when ganked! Or... maybe throw your buddy into the enemies if he is a tank. Allies can of course click your champion to have him put them down, if they don't wanna go flying. Not sure if Q should be able to pick up wards and traps as well... That'd be funny at the least. You are also grounded while holding units, to avoid any cheap Q flash throws. Passive? Yeah, it's pretty different having him not allow vision to your team, at the beginning, that's for sure. But it adds some character to him and makes him unique. Honestly you shouldn't trust most of the champions in League, can you blame him? R is a small Karthus style ultimate but geared more towards utility, dealing less damage than most normal abilities. Usually paired with E makes his R actually take closer to around 8 seconds to cast if you want damage. Otherwise you can just use it for the utility it offers and help an ally get a kill across the map or save them from... a deadly Kassadin!
