Every second, they are healed by an amount equal to their health regeneration, their resource is restored by an amount based on their resource regeneration and their cooldowns are reduced by a flat amount every tick. _*Cooldown reduction affects basic abilities as well as passives, items and runes_ _*Resource regeneration does not affect resource generation (Rage, Fury, Flow, etc. is unaffected; Mana and Energy are affected)_ > COOLDOWN: 27 (-1 per level) > DAMAGE: 20 (+12 per level) (+100% AD) (+40% AP) > ATTACK SPEED INCREASE: 20% > RESOURCE RESTORATION: 50% > COOLDOWN REDUCTION PER TICK: 0.4 SECONDS (2 SECONDS TOTAL) > TIME ANOMALY RADIUS: 700 *** #**[Q] Time Bomb** Zilean lobs a sand hourglass at a target location which lands after 1 second. Enemies hit take magic damage and are afflicted by Temporal Flux for 5 seconds. Holds up to two charges and all charges are refreshed at the same time. **Temporal Flux** Slows movement speed, rapidly decaying over 1 second. Additionally, reduces attack speed, reduces cooldown reduction rate and reduces health and resource regeneration. Landing Time Bomb on an enemy with Temporal Flux inflicts Time Stop and consumes Temporal Flux. **Time Stop** Stunned. Allied champions inside gain increased movement speed and dash ability speed, and their buff tickrate is increased by 100%. Friendly projectiles inside the area move faster. _*Affects dashes, not blinks (Lucian, Akali, Vayne, etc.)_ > COOLDOWN: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 > COST: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 > SHIELD HEALTH: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 (+100% AP) > MOVEMENT SPEED INCREASE: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% (+10% per 100 AP) > ABILITY SPEED INCREASE: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% (+10% per 100 AP) > PROJECTILE SPEED INCREASE: 50% > RADIUS: 1000 > CAST TIME: 0.3 SECONDS *** #**[R] Chronoshift** (unchanged) Zilean places a protective time rune on the target ally champion or himself, lasting for 5 seconds. If the target takes fatal damage during that time, they are put in stasis for 3 seconds and then revived, regaining health. > COOLDOWN: 120 / 90 / 60 > COST: 125 / 150 / 175 > HEALING: 600 / 850 / 1100 (+200% AP) > RANGE: 900 Strengths: * Good against burst * Decent poke * Great utility Weaknesses: * Immobile and squishy * High cooldowns * Relatively weak early game Combos: Chronostasis -> Chronoshift: Buys some time for your carries and revives them right after Chronostasis ends Time Bomb -> Time Bomb: First hit of Time Bomb will slow by a large amount and inflict Temporal Flux. The second hit of Time Bomb will inflict Time Stop but consume Temporal Flux. You can either wait until Temporal Flux is almost over or use the second charge right away to guarantee the stun. Time Skip -> Distortion Field(+Chronostasis on self): After triggering Time Skip, Distortion Field can be used to further enchant your allies and amplify Time Skip's effects.
