They aren't successful, however. In fact, their best product is an everlasting clock that relies on a piece of crystal that's not much larger than one's finger nail --- a downright embarrassment. Believing that their son can surpass themselves, Clark is sent to study under Heimerdinger, who never takes apprentices. Months later people start to joke that geniuses recognize one another. Years later it is no longer a joke, but something as true as the fact that Clark is the most brilliant scientist Piltover has ever seen... as well as being the only one who doesn't approve hextech. "Hextech? Such fools! They think machines should be enhanced by magic? In essence: average stats with slightly higher-than-normal ms to make him somewhat mobile even without using abilities ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Passives: (the following / will indicate levels 1/7/13) _Magic? or is it something else..._ : Clark cannot be silenced, and all cc's durations are halved (including suppression). Every time a hard cc ends (or the moment a soft cc is applied), Clark can become **Hyper Charged** for 4 seconds by pressing any ability keys within 1.5 seconds after the requirements are reached, the duration increases by 3/5/7 seconds temporarily if Clark gets a takedown. This effect can be activated once every 85/75/65 seconds, and will not be triggered again within 8 seconds after Clark doesn't go into Hyper Charged (meaning if you don't press any ability in that 1.5 sec, you won't be annoyed again within 8 secs) **Hyper Charged**: Clark's auto attack deals 10/30/50(+10% bonus mana) bonus magical damage and marks enemies for 2 seconds. He also gains 10% bonus ms for the duration and cannot be cc'ed. Note: well, the idea is that actions done to the machine (Clark's body) powers the magic portion... kinda? Overall Clark is a very slippery guy, and that ms bonus and immunity to cc makes him VERY ANNOYING. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Q: _Appreciate... Arcanetech_ : Cooldown: 7.5/6.5/5.5/4.5/3.5|| Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 >Passive: Clark's body is in a very unstable state. Every 4/3.75/3.5/3.25/3 - 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds (completely random, however, his chains will light up as an indication), Clark's next auto attack is empowered. When using an aa, he will fire a beam[90/100/110/120/130 \* 700] of arcane power that deals 0(+90% total AD)(+70% AP)(+40% bonus mana) magical damage to all units it passes through. During **Hyper Charged**, this charges up twice as fast. >Active: Clark "casts" his next auto attack, applying all on-hit effects, and gains mana equal to 50/75/100/125/150% of the damage dealt by the attack. Note: this ability is the core of Clark's kit. Passive is considered a laser, meaning yasuo can't wind wall it muahahahahaha. The active... well so basically auto attacks are "point and click skill shots", this active makes them "projectile skill shots". Essentially, due to the fact that his aa empowerment is a passive (making it much more predicable, which is a weak point all by itself), he won't trigger spell blade passive. The empowered aa is still an aa, so making it a spell(so making it lux's ult...) means you won't require a target anymore, allowing sniping to happen. Even if Clark doesn't have his empowered aa, an instant auto reset with such a short cd is also pretty nice. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ W: _Bring It On!/ See ya~_ : Cooldown: **tap**:14/13/12/11/10, **hold**: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14|| Cost: **tap**: 65/80/50/110/125, **hold**: 60/70/80/90/100 > Active: tapping the key will be Bring It On! holding down the key will be See ya~ (2 abilities in one) > __Bring It On__: Clark's aa range is lowered to 350/375/400/425/450 for 3 seconds, but his auto attack silences targets hit by 0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6 second and deals bonus damage equals to 5% of his total mana. Interaction with q passive: Clark will silence all enemy hit by the beam for 1 second. >__See ya~__: Clark camouflages himself with an detective range of 400 for 4 seconds and his ms is increased by 5/7.5/10/12.5/15%. He also charges his next auto attack instantly (q passive) every time he enters camouflage (but this has a static 2 seconds cooldown). *He can go back to camouflage state instantly after exiting the range, the duration doesn't end once he is seen.* Note: yup, back with my 59839387 abilities in one xD So his "tap" is more for AS focused bruiser/adc build where he can stick to mages and make them useless. This is best used when he is hyper charged because the bonus MS will help him out A LOT. His "hold" is somewhat similar to akali: you are seen, becomes "invisible" and aa gets empowered, comes out again to deliver a devastating blow. That 2 sec static cd is just so Clark wouldn't keep coming in and out of the range on an immobile target and become, well, op. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ E: _Hextech chain... wait, what did you just call it???_ : Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 || Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana > Active: Clark chucks his chain the opposite direction of his jump _after the jumps ends_. The chain's range is [50 \* 500] and will grant "chained" status too all enemy champions hit for 2/2.4/2.8/3.2/3.6 seconds. Chains will also automatically spread to marked enemies (from Hyper Charge) within 300 units of a "chained" enemy. _A "chained" enemy who is no longer "chained" cannot be "chained" again within 4 seconds_THIS WILL REFRESH THE MARK (timer starts ticking after the enemy is no longer chained) RATHER THAN CONSUME IT. >__Chained__: Clark's aa against "chained" enemies will spread to other "chained" enemies within 350 units of the main target. Clark's aa will also deal 15/20/25/30/35(+50% total AD)(+35% AP)(+8% maximum mana) magical damage (NOT as bonus damage, this replaces his original aa). Interaction with q passive: empowered autos targeted at "chained" enemies (not just hitting, this applies only if you were right clicking a chained unit) will shatter the chains, slowing enemies whose chains were broken by 40% for 1.5 second and Clark will enter __Hyper Charged__ regardless of its cooldown. Note: Chain works similar to varus's ult but happens right away and continuously. Please note that q passive only break ONE enemy's chain at a time, so technically Clark can stay Hyper Charged throughout an entire teamfight (or an prolonged trade if he's adc). A much more AP focused ability, but if he goes ad Runnan's Hurricane... well we all know how it would turn out ;) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ R: _#&@%, How Do You Pronounce That?_ : Cooldown: 120/110/100|| Cost: 140/160/180 mana > *__This ability can only be used when over half (rounds down if odd number) of enemies within 1500 units of Clark is marked by him _* Active: Clark's body can no longer hold back the arcane energy. After charging for 1 second (can move during the charging but can't cast abilities or aa), Clark will silence a maximum of 3 random champions (both allies and enemies) for 1.5 seconds. Clark then continuously absorbs mana from his surroundings, stealing 3/3.5/4% of enemies' maximum mana (or health if their mana is insufficient) every second for 7 seconds from enemies within 700 units of him. This will increase his maximum mana temporarily for 7/9/11 seconds. Mana won't be returned when the duration ends, but Clark's maximum mana will return to normal. Note: This is the reason why he has that many mana scaling in his kit. It's just 700 units, so he will need to put himself to danger in order to gain the most, unless he uses w, which only covers a portion of the absorbing duration. Originally I wanted to create something with high techs, but he turned out to be ~~iron man~~ a mage who just happens to be scientist. xD Overall I think he has two major play styles: 1. poking/control mage --- Clark has decent damage, but he needs to get in a relatively close range compared to other control mages like anivia 2. adc --- {{item:3004}} ~~enough said~~ can work wonders due to how Clark can be an ad version of ryze: {{item:3070}} {{item:1027}} early game xD Hope you enjoyed xD __________ For those of you who still remember me: I'll be relatively active over the summer now that school has ended.
