They could always limit this to low elo. 5 people max is not a bad idea either. This could act like a reinforcement for report system. If someone gets both blocked and reported by many players it means he deserves a ban more that people who had a bad day. Keep in mind that you can only block 5 people per split/season. The limit can refresh when a summoner gets banned though.

I had this problem when the new launcher was first introduced. I thought it was my computer so I scanned it with multiple programs, got rid of cookies etc. and FPS went back to normal after a restart. When you open Task Manager there's an additional process on the list (RiotClientServices.exe) and it doesn't close when you start a game. I thought this caused these problems at first. Maybe Client is not closing properly and still runs in the background or sth. I need a proffessional opinion on this though. I just noticed that's the only thing that changed after FPS drops started :/
: While it's possible to fix her, I think I'd be happier if riot took her back to the drawing board. For me the psychic blades idea was a failure from launch largely because I think that kind of theme needs a champ to be ranged and would probably require her to be half xayah and half katarina. It's not a terrible idea, but it's too far from the diving bruiser irelia is meant to be. If it were up to me, I'd drop everything but the Q and start over on her. For her passive, I think I'd just give her a few small stats every time she AAs that last a few seconds. So basically Jax, but not AS. Maybe she could get AR, MR, and tenacity. This would be slightly better than her old passive, but would require her to work for it and she wouldn't necessarily have it up at the start of a fight. Her W I think I'd make it toss her blades out to a point, damaging stuff along the way, and disable her autos and E. If she presses W again it comes back her and if she presses Q she dashes right to it. I think this would be an interesting tool to use either as an engage, a reposition, or an escape. Give it a 20 second CD though so it's not endless mobility and that with the fact she can't auto or E while the blades are out means you'd have to be very smart about using it because you are giving up a lot of damage for a few seconds. I'd make her E a stunless version of her old E. It's a basic hit that heals her for %missing health plus a tiny bit extra and does damage based on %current health plus a small/medium amount. If her Q is a finisher, I think her E being a starter or held for the heal would make it complementary and less reliable as a killing tool as things go on. I think it would make her easier to balance in the long run. If she needs a stun, that could be moved to her ult. Not sure what to do with the ult.

That's an interesting idea. It would give her an uncoditional disengage and she could be played as a squishy assassin, which would probably be healthier in mid lane. Her current W is useful vs turrets, mitigating ad burst or managing minion wave but it's terrible in teamfights since they removed ap dmg reduction. It was a cool mechanic combined with shieldbreaker but I guess it became too powerful once they switched her dmg output to auto attacks. You don't see lv 1 and 2 champions that much towards the end of the game cause the chances to get those are pretty low at lv 8/9. So even if they do go back to the pool, your lv still prevents them from flooding your shop.
: Patiently Requesting Champion Skins
Skins would be great but being able to see all enemy champions in tab would be a life saver. We can still scan opponents one by one but we have only 30 sec between rounds so it would be cool. It would also let us use skins without confusing anyone so yeah - great ideas guys :)

I'd assume everyone wants mid in low elo and they're shocked everytime thet get something else. Or they lie. Maybe it would be a good idea to give an option to disable autofill for a week (noon-midnight) so that people see how it actually works. :/ All I know is that you wouldn't like to play in 2014 where autofill was your main role unless you called your role first, while also having first pick and you didn't have a terrorist on your team (rare case).

First win of the day and "win a game" missions from LEC pass do count - agreed. My issue was with tokens we earn via Arcade Pass - it seems like TFT is completely ignored in that aspect. Arcade missions specifically state that TFT are excluded and don't count as matchmade games. So that probably answers my question :( As to key frags - you need certain honor level (min 2) to get them but you unlock them by playing games - it doesn't matter whether people give you 1, 2 or 0 honors per game. Key frag pop up is kinda misleading. I believe TFT would count towards earning them if games were listed in match history. You don't get exp for 1st win/tokens when it's bugged so there's no reason to get them if mode is non-existent to match history (theory).

Items should probably be earned by winning so it would make sense if top player had more of them. I believe that's the idea but it's not implemented yet...

I don't think this timer is accurate. Riot said they're not increasing PBE's capacity and it's been maxed out since TFT release. 25h is based on how many people are queing up but your chances to actually log in are still pretty low. Youtubers play it cause they have some sort of vip pass. I'd wait till it hits live servers to avoid frustration. I tried Dota Auto Chess in the meantime but it assumes you know everything and puts you in ranked queue the first time you play so.. yeah. I'd rather wait for TFT.

Pretige Aatrox will be available till February 1st 2020. If you get the pass you'll get access to 5 missions that grant you 25 Prestige Points. In future events this option to get 25 PP or 100PP via tokens will be back so you have loads of time and opportunities to get Prestige Aatrox :) 800 tokens means grinding a lot though. You can combine it with buying orbs so it's less frustrating but that's only if you neeeed this skin right here right now. Otherwise you still have time to get it via passes and missions.

Same xD I've always hated ARAM, now it's my most played mode. Mainly due to MSI pass but shh. I've had hard time coming back to League after Runes Reforged were introduced. My dmg prediction was way off, I was getting one shot but wasn't able to deal real burst dmg and basically gave up. For some reason Aram helps you get reintroduced to those basic principles. My SR experience improved drastically since I started to spam Arams. Surely my rank is not impressive since I just finished my placements after 2 year gap but I'm excited to play solo q again and see how it goes this time.

You can tell them that spellthief gives them ap and mana regen too and that they can get additional gold from hitting enemy and passive income but they don't seem to care. They try to keep up by KSing adc and mid laner with Lux's ult. If they get a few kills that way and enemy has a competent assassin then it's basically gg :/ Lv difference in dmg meta cannot be cheated this way. I might try this glacial augment build. I've seen Yuumi building something similar and it seemed to work. She's so squishy that's it's probably the best she can do... Aftershock Lux is fun to play too. You take Shield Bash along with runes and items that strengten your shield, get amazing poke even from autos and temporary tankiness (invaluable in this meta) As for items you can try these : {{item:3092}} {{item:3174}} {{item:3504}} {{item:3107}} {{item:3222}} {{item:3089}} (I'm not experienced with this build so I'd treat it as an inspiration and build what works for you :) )

I can agree to an extent. For reasons stated in OP's post supports can't afford to lose any exp right now. The moment you fall behind basically means you're a shield bot. If you play Morgana you need to shield yourself in tf (not your adc) cause you'll get blown up so fast your Zhonya's or ult won't even activate. So when you want to help your teammates (United assemble!) it's probably better to queue top lane. You won't be behind with lv, you'll be more durable and then you can actually peel for your teammates especially if you buy Sterak's and Freddie Mercury.

How is that even possible? I dont have the midseason pass, but that seems like a lot more than you should possibly be able to get. I’m sitting at around 140 or so.

Normal, ranked? It looks like silver players had a losing streak so the system paired them with weaker opponents and B1 players were perhaps in or near their promos - it usually means stronger opponents cause it tests their ability to play in higher mmr bracket. I'm still in my placements atm. My prognosed rank is somewhere between B1-S4. Yet I play with SII-S1 teammates and opponents. Some games are extremely hard cause my mmr is still calibrating. After 3 hard losses I got a Gold 4 adc and S2 mid laner and all I had to do was peel for them. They were so much better than everyone else that we won the game in 20 mins. Was that fair? Yes and no. Now the system thinks that I can win in ~S1 MMR so my games will be harder especially if my division is lower than S1. I expect my games to be mismatched or at least very challenging till I drop to S4 MMR and that's ok. When I get there my games will eventually start to match my skill level (which is rusty so I'm not even mad). **All positivity aside - I do get your frustration.** The games tend to be extremely mismatched but there's not much we can do. The player base is lower than it used to and even autofill can't handle it anymore. Many people want to deactivate autofill till the timer reaches 5 or 10 minutes. It might be good in high elo where getting your role matters but I can't even imagine mmr gaps in low elo where everyone queues for mid lane :O

I think there's still enough time to get 2000 tokens. I got 1300 in 11 days while working full time and attending university so it doesn't seem impossible. Play Arams to catch up, buy a few orbs here and there and you should be fine.

Everytime I see IG play Xayah and Rakan (which is 90% of their games at MSI) I'm just sad JackeyLove can't play with his own skin. Kai'Sa is great and all but it's obvious Baloan will always pick Rakan over anything else and Xayah will always have better synergy with him. Personally I love all of these champions so I might be biased but I don't see a reason not to add IG Xayah to the roster. It could be their prize for winning MSI to justify 7 skins. Btw. Xayah is not the only one that's missing. Many people wanted to play TheShy's Riven or Rookie's Akali but they couldn't pick them cause the champion had to be played by them during main event :( For now we can only hope IG wins Worlds again cause Riot certainly doesn't want our money xD

: What to Build Against True Damage and % Health?
I remember reading a few tips on how to deal with Yi. I'll link the source if I manage to find it. Those tips were : 1. Don't buy defensive stats to counter him specifically. 2. Kill him before he kills you - it was an old post.. not sure how it works in tons of dmg meta but denying him exp and lvs will definitely slow him down. 3. Use hard CC - all slows from skills, items and summoner spells (?) are useless when he casts ult so don't even waste time and gold on those. 4. Deny him resets on his ult - use Zhonya's, suppression, airborne, Bard ult, Ryze ult, mobility spells - just stall the fight till his ult expires. Then your attack and movement speed debuffs will work and you can perform steps 1-3 successfully. => Remember I didn't come up with those tricks myself and I do realize they take a lot of practice and failed attempts to master so no hate pls. Master Yi is a common issue in lower elos so I figured this might help some of us - casual players :) Edit. I just read his W 70% dmg reduction doesn't negate true dmg at all - might be useful in certain situations.

Yeah... same thing happened to event capsules. You used to be able to buy 750 RP and get 1, now you get 670 RP for the same price like it's so hard to make 750 RP slightly more expensive instead. "Don't like it, don't buy it" argument doesn't do it for me. Frustration => Less people buying RP => Less money => HoTS treatment => dead game I stopped buying chests because I prefer to spend smaller amounts frequently than big chunks once in blue moon. How does that support Riot? I will buy RP now and then but not nearly as much as I used to. OP is right - this pricing is an insult. Manipulating someone into buying over 300 RP when they need 10 is just sad...

I got Kai'Sa cause I wanted to celebrate Worlds, liked the champion and prestige edition was meant to be **super rare and exclusive. ** Got Akali cause the grind got adjusted, the quality was way better compared to Kai'Sa and I still have hope that Riot manages to revive her. The thing is, Aatrox and Vayne don't live up to the standard set by Akali and it might get even worse. It's not prestige anymore if you can get a new skin every month and it's basically a chroma with a recolored splash art. I like buying lootboxes and these skins give you the feeling that even if you get terrible skin shards - you're still one step closer to obtaining good stuff. But these new skins aren't exciting or desirable so it ruins the fun. > Give us alternate Splash Art, give us modified particle effects and slap on that white/gold chroma coloring, and make it ACTUALLY a reward that was worked for. That's probably the only way to save this "prestige line" fantasy. Or they could recolor legendary skins with alternative voiceovers - that would more or less make them woth 120 dollars :/

They should make a champion that can steal money from his own minions so that the enemy is forced to either roam, take cleptomancy or call the police (or a hitman... depends on who's jungling) On ult he could be able to steal a scaling % of money from his enemies (to punish wandering around with 2k+ gold in your pocket and discourage extensive camping) I also thought about absorbing bounties and converting them into cash. This ability should have a long cooldown and put our thief at risk as killing him would grant absorbed bounty to the killer. If he manages to survive - he can take the money or "lend" it to his ally (this ability would probably need an individual cooldown for each ally to avoid funneling disaster) (Example : You play as support with a hypercarry adc. You absorb bounty from your mid laner, go back bot lane and try to survive till you can transfer the cash to adc. Now your mid laner is no longer at risk of giving the enemy a huge shutdown but at the same time you draw attention to bot lane. As a support you're much easier to kill than your mid laner so you have to play smart*/need jungle assistance to make this work) *meaning using your passive (stealing from minions) and ult (stealing from hoarders) to increase your survivability (durability/mobility) not damage. His kit should also revolve around staying alive via mobility, stealth or defensive skills. Crazy idea : since he's a thief he could have some smoke mechanic that would grant him or adc true stealth for a brief moment to avoid one shots. The idea is to make him hard to catch and kill but keep his own damage considerably low. I.e : he can stun a jungler and run or execute a 10% hp target (cut throat or sth) but fighting is not an option since his dmg output would be comparable to Janna, Nami or even worse (To balance true stealth which should not exist on high dmg champions :D). So basically it would be a thief version of Pyke mixed with Bard, wandering around and stealing money... I want to play him :D Unless bounties get nerfed and this guy ends up totally useless but I think that developers who worked on Orrn and Ivern could turn this **raw concept ** into a really fun support champion {{sticker:sg-jinx}} Edit. I just figured it would be broken in pro-play and utter troll tool in soloq so feel free to address those issues. For starters : absorbing bounties should probably require confirmation from a teammate cause otherwise it's a perfect troll feeding experience.

Yeah, matchmaking in NB and normals is a vicious circle... I keep telling myself that if I lose enough I'll stop getting diamonds and plats in my games - then I get them on my team, get carried, stomped, rinse, repeat :O I'm afraid we all started NB at 1200 MMR so it's gonna take some time till matchmaking fixes itself. My only concern is that low elo players might get frustrated, stop playing and Riot will conclude that we don't like the mode enough to make it permanent :(

You're not the only one. She's getting needlesly hard to play cause you just can't engage until your passive is fully stacked anymore. And it's not super easy to stack in early game when your Q does 0 dmg. I decided to watch some challengers and pro players to see how they handled the changes and it looks like she requires riddiculous amount of skill only to let her opponent live with 10 hp after you applied ignite... It happened in around 10 games and then I ran out of OTPs from my server that still played Irelia :O She was unique before 8.15 and had tools to come back after going 0/2 in lane. Now the latter is still likely to happen but the teamfight potential is gone. If Riot wants Irelia top lane so bad then maybe she should at least get her stun back so that she could throw in an extra auto and actually kill her target? Let's compare Irelia's current stun ability to other top laners : -Camille - point and click, 1 sec stun with quite impressive range, -Fiora - conditional 1 sec stun on skillshot, -Riven - 0,75 sec stun (once she's already in aa range to the target) -Irelia - 0,75 sec stun on telegraphed skillshot which is gone the moment she hits her target with Q It doesn't give her much dueling potential. It worked well as a marking skill while she still had some dmg on her abilities. Now it's a CS tool that's useful when you need to run away or jump on a jungle creep. When you actually start to land it it's even worse cause Lee Sin syndrome kicks in and more often than not you just get killed fighting 4 people and realise you should play Kled instead...
: The W changes aren't exactly a nerf. They're a small nerf (5% damage reduction) in the early game and a huge buff (15% damage reduction) late game, which I would call overall a buff. Riot does have to be a bit careful with Irelia in the state that she is in because overtuning her can make her way too powerful again, however I don't think that the small base stat buffs warrant the nerfs and think that they will probably lower her win rate by a bit.
I have only one issue with balancing Irelia. Why can't we like lower her damage and see what happens before we ruin her mobility. Irelia got hotfixed 1 day after release and it was all skills, ad and health as well. Did it fix her? Hell no. She was unplayable until next patch where her top lane weakneses made her switch to mid and bot. Old Irelia was a good top lane duelist because she had her stun. New one doesn't so the changes are quite questionable. (And no - 0,7sec micro stun in a telegraphed skillshot that can be easily dodged is not a stun. It's more like Kled's q yet it can be cleansed so it's even worse) I appreciate this buff for her passive (autoattacks) but it won't help me with most top matchups. Irelia's E duration was scaling when she was launched and we kinda need that back for this whole powershift to work. Nerf on her range is weird too... Now that her dmg is lower I need to be even more mobile to fight Darius or Renekton and not get killed for staying too long in one place. I want to believe I'm wrong and these changes will work but I doubt it. So many changes in one patch will probably make her a busted jungler or support now. Or some other unintended bs Koreans will figure out in a few days :(

Graphs are cool and all but let's get back to instant gratification, shall we? League is a game. School, work and ranked is "designed" to award you for your patience, persistence and hard work. Games are meant to be fun and engaging. Little prizes make us feel happy and you kinda replaced that happiness with frustration. That's what all the fuss is about and graphs are probably not able to fix that :/

Let me just say that I love League of Legends and over the years I spent more money on RP than I probably should. I was super excited about Hextech Crafting and I'm really sad Riot decided to destroy it. I'm starting to think they just don't understand the meaning of unboxing chests and gaining IP over time... So I'll try to make it clear in this post. Most of us players have their favourite champions. When you release awesome skin for our main (or one of many mains we rarely play but we neeeed this skin) we don't go thinking: "Hmm maybe I should wait till I get it from Hextech, it might get 2 years but I'm patient" We're more like : "Shut up and take my money!" Hextech is more like a prize for permorming well, being honorable or a treat we like to buy but we don't want any particular skin. It's a goal when we lose a lot of ranked and IP/BE is not rewarding enough (I have 96k BE but I'll get to that later) Most of the loot we get is not that great and we rarely get skins we would've bought anyway. I bought more chests to unlock some skins for champions I rarely play than I got for my mains. Orange essence nerf is just a mistake that takes all the gambling fun away and makes people question buying rp at all . Next step might be paying for playing with skins we already bought so it gets kinda scary. As to blue essence nerf. I have over 96k so it shouldn't bother me but it still sucks to finish a game and get nothing. I don't care if I get more or less. I have around 50 champions and it's enough for me to be happy. I just don't want this frustration of grinding levels. I doubt anyone needed it. Btw - Key fragments are barely dropping - I need to buy them too now?
