: New dragons -> New Shyvana rework suggestion
Did some minor clarification changes
: ngl.. this looks disgusting.. I mean right now shes pretty broken with how hard her ap scalings are.. but god just reading that R alone hurts bc u could just take CDR and then keep using the dragon form, at some point this just because a dump character for spamming human R, then dumping everything of the dragon kit onto somebody, then redoing the cycle. If shyvana were to be reworked, I'd much rather see her made into an actual semi tank/bruiser and not have her scalings be broken and able to 1 shot people.
If you go by cooldown all champions will have urf cooldowns in season 10 and scalings can be adjusted anyway.

Also generating fury and devolving is a bit too easy. Her cooldown will be about 20 seconds between swapping forms with a bit of CDR and levels. Her ult feels just as "non" epic as it does now. E feels super good, but nothing else really gives you the "holy crap it's Shyvana!" factor. Especially if her transformation is automatic. To compare, Morde E Q feels really good, and he also feels unstoppable when walking alone. Aatrox Qs especially Q3 feel very satisfying and so does his ult. Gnar has that epic ult moment. Shyvana nudges people with her nose as she flies over them and landing an non AP E is one of the "what hit me?" moments. A lot of what you have for human form works though, personally I'd remove the Ult on human form for the power she is getting and revert to 100 Fury, but have 2 ways of getting more. Fury while dead Fury from E on hits This should be plenty for her. If we are keeping twin bite, then remove the % scaling with points and keep the ATKSPD as the only thing that scales. Start at 50% and scale to 100 based on level not points. Making this the 1 point wonder it should be. >Passive : Getting hit by an enemy increases Shyvana's movement speed by 5% for 1,5 seconds stacks up to 5 times I like this a lot this maybe coupled with tenacity or increasing slow resistance instead? Burnout is iconic to Shyvana, I'm fine leaving it mostly the same as well for human form. We gonna need to nerf that 6% lol, but over all I'd opt to change this ability completely and leave the fire breathing to the Dragon form. Over All looks good, but I'd tried to make dragon form feel more Epic. >Shyvama hovers to target location Why are we talking about her sister from Alabama again? I missed that part. ;)
You actually control when to change form.Fury is only generated by using abilities and after hitting 200 you transform.And when you are in dragon form u have 200 fury and when its consumed you turn back to human. Ultimate is more of a fury generating form for human and movement in slow dragon from. Ultimate is flying in target location around 600 to 800 range and in its path breaths fire.

Indeed that's pretty accurate.My friends and I were playing some years back more TT than Rift and had many good team comps but with the time and the lacking updates we lost the interest and not forget with the current state of the game even TT is a wreck. Sadly Riot never cared for this mode and doesn't give a rats ass about its players opinions. I'm sorry but face the facts they want it dead and not even a necromancer will be able to resurrect it.

I play smite where im master rank there and heroes of newearth the more accurate successor to old dota when im currently climbing with over 70% win rate at 100 games. In those games skill and strategy matters not just nuking a bombs on your opponents face. So have a nice day Sir. I don't say they shouldn't make money.But with a good product money will flow naturally. Players leave and they have to monetize more for the rest that are left. Just look then new prestige skins. Not so extreme special yet the cost... and even with the newer skins, some have new animations, effects and grids and turn the champion into something new, and then we have the poor ones with the same price but with only just a new animation or recall or 1-2 abilities yet they cost the same. I personally haven't bough skin since season 5 I think cause game is no longer fun to play and there you have the income decline.If many don't buy skins cause the game doesn't appeal to them anymore riot cant make the big money.Heck I hardly play league anymore and when I try to play again its just depressing to see a once fun game lying in a grave.

And btw bruisers wont be destroyed they will be put in place.They will have to choose to sacrifice damage for tanking and vice versa.

yeah i had these troll items cause I was flamed in lobby in the last games and unlike victims like you who just accept anything your teams says I prefer the eye for an eye method. You hit me and I will make sure you bleed.You flame me, Enjoy your game while im just playing farming simulation. And when things like these happens ofc you will punish them cause you will be judge Jury and executioner and not riot.

what you pointed out is sure true but on the other side riot doesn't care anymore about what people think of it.Have you noticed how much league of legends has declined the last 2 years?Its not because of fornite shit or some other mainstream games.Its because the game became so frustrating to play and a lot of players left it to find something else to play and have fun.The game no longer provides deep complexity or diversity in teams/combinations. Having more champions doesn't mean you have more choices.Aside from that every release is more stuffed with kits and mechanics that mess up the whole game for some outdated by today fast action standard champions.Items and runes are a mess.All champions buy the exact same items and choose the same runes.No room for experimentation and if it happens to be something different you get a) spammed and flammed by your team for "trolling" or b)if you manage to pull off and win you get totally ignored and say we won 5v4 and troll got carried. I personally have been playing off-meta strategies for some time now that I worked to make them happen and I usually win because bring the advantage of income,lane pressure and denying farm of the enemy.That works if the team don't go afk in base or just grief instead of playing. When league of legends started there were no rules on how you play or what you play.Riot forces you to do what they want. They don't care about the playerbase. They care about selling skins only.The time and resources they dedicate to makes skins shows where their focus is.If they wanted to make a more balanced and fun to play game again they know what to do but as long as suckers buy prestige skins and every new flashy cheap skin that comes out the game will stay as it is. Why change anything if the keep making money for doing nothing requires changing the core game? They just don't have the guts to try taking a risk complete revamping their whole game.If they succeed they might get new players and earn some more with that.If they fail they lose a big portion of the playerbase(as if they didn't already have ) and having spend the resources they make a loss soooo why even bother.

thornmail does absolute nothing.Its reflect is hardly noticed,and for its stats u can get randuis or sunfire for better effects,who buys crucible when other support items are more important and someone who gets cced dies before u can even cleanse him so merc or other self activated options are better.Aside from ryze who benefits from the mana of frozen heart noone buys cause it gives no health and armor is absolute trash.You will only get for the %cooldown but u can get literally everything else.So yeah

Champions like {{champion:429}} {{champion:268}} {{champion:350}} are EXTREMELY good in pro play with premade teams but in solo queue in every rank they are pretty bad. It's much better if you find a few people to play with. Side note; you should definitely work on getting better at the game and learning the mechanics before jumping into ranked. 2. Different classes do different things based on their kit.. tanks typically offer some form of engage/cc and can take a beating. Assassins are usually either really good or really bad.. not much middle ground. They are reliant on items, and if they fall behind, they usually lose hard.. they can put out a lot of damage (1 shot most people), but if they fall behind, they go squish really easy. Dying is tricky.. you have to learn how to play safe.. not overextending.. being aware of champion power spikes. Vision helps a lot too.. if you ward, you can see incoming ganks easier. Map awareness helps a lot. 3. The game is strategic.. Champions counter each other, so even in champ select, there is strategy in picking who you're going to play.. you don't want to pick a champion that is hard countered by something the enemy has already picked, so it's good to know which ones are they are good against, and which ones they struggle against. Then as far as actual gameplay, you want to work with your team to take objectives and make good plays which.. requires strategy. 4. Can't answer this one.. If you're consistently running into bugs, you might want to reinstall. League works best in the default location.. if you installed it somewhere other than it's default place in the C drive, that could be a reason why. If you want to give the game an honest try to see if you enjoy it.. play regular matches. Find a role and champion you enjoy. Finding a champion whose playstyle and kit you enjoy can make the game a lot more enjoyable. Once you find something you like, practice with it.

: why yes, Conqueror is so superior that it was the least used Rune at MSI (for top/mid at least) Oh and it proceeded to get nerfed in 9.9, AFTER MSI. Jokes aside. Conqueror is not really that good right now, it's just the only rune that certain champions can actually benefit from to a reasonable degree. Seriously, you're only making it unusable. Its funny how you think Conqueror in it;'s current state is too powerful, but youre willing to add CC IMMUNITY to phase rush, its a bit ludicrus. Conqueror's Adaptive Force gain is a joke. It's true damage rarely comes into effect. It takes ages to stack unless youre a Riven or a Jax, and the healing is the only reasonable part of the rune. You're effectively showing your biases by saying its unfair that Tanks/Supports dont get amazing runes, whilst suggesting that gutting the only reasonable Bruiser Rune is fine. Your suggestions for Phase Rush are insanity, the gutting of Second Win ruins top lane's melee champions even harder than they already are, Diamond skin is absolutely ludicrus value for a rune thats "minor", Nullifying Orb is absolutely insane with regards to how much healing it would grant, and life flow is just random regen for free. Also, your idea for grasp is just insane for Maokai. I have no idea why you're ok with making all these runes ridiculously powerful, and then deleting the minor use of a mediocre rune, conqueror. I know this sounded harsh, but please put more thought into these kind of posts, especially when you directly call out X or Y class of champion, and then proclaim something even more ludicrus as a solution.
First I run conqueror on many adc and even mages.Its easily stacked up and i end up with 2k to 3k true damage and more each game.If you dont know how to utilize conqueror I cant blame you. Adding some extra to phase rush its fine since phase rush just gives minor movement speed and it ends fast. Second Wind is a joke.The healing is so little it makes no difference and since you get nuked it doesnt work at all.Even i top fights when you trade u might get 20 to 30 health back at most and during that time you lose even more,you wont wait till your healed.Also in late game its a wasted spot. Diamont skin is meant to be key rune also not a minor rune so its legitimate to be like this. Graps will only heal.Get an anti heal and its over. Also its only maokai.He can get nerfed many champions work extreme well with certain runes.Best example Darius or Irelia with conquerors.

No it will trigger if you get hard cc by opponent like stun,silence,fear, etc. Meaning if someone stuns you they are getting encased in ice and wont be able to run so they cant hunt or escape as freely. It can help you protecting team being chased or when you chase and they want to stop you you make it harder for them. Its only utility and no damage.

Some examples for gameplay: Noc ganks bot lane-> shows up starts with E.After teleporting to enemy adc and fears him he uses his W to slow and cut vision from support.All thats left is use Q or with the help from the team clean up. Typical team fight scenario-> your team fights with lower number.Noc uses R and shades create many trails of dusk he then choses one target teleport to him dealing damage and fears the rest of the enemy team.If the enemy tries to escape he uses his E on a running enemy in the windows of those 2 seconds he hits any other nearby enemy with his Q or just uses W before he teleports n marked target. There are many ways that noc can mess up with the enemy.
: U need to try to create a gameplay pattern or hook that really creates fear in the target. For instance: his Q - upon hitting an enemy it leaves a pool of darkness that widens over time and trails behind them, the more units of distance they move the thinner the radius of the trail/pool. Nocturn gains increased x effect based on the radius of the pool/ trail he is currently in This creates fear and a specific action in the target. They HAVE to run because if they stay still they will make Noct stronger, but if they run they will only lead Noct to them. This creates fear, because no matter what they do Noct will win in some way if they get hit. But what's important is that they will choose the "better" option out of fear. U want to play with their minds and create true genuine fear. It should also be pointed out that ur not really speccing into his nightmare theme, but this post would really benefit from some clearing up and more explanations
My reasoning is to cause fear in the player that faces noc not in fear mechanics in game.Warning the enemy messing with vision and being unable to get help from team is what will make this version of noc terrifying to face.
: Too much CC. Remove fear from E if you’re gonna be blinking to them with it. Sure it sounds balanced for teamfights, but being an immobile laner? Good luck. W doesn’t need to slow. R has the same problem as E. Instantaneous global teleport and CC? No thanks. His current E has a delayed tether effect for a reason.
its not that much cc.First his e range from a around 600 to 700 and it should have fear.The delay is to warn the enemy to have a chance to react and also to cause panic.Being a immobile laner will be his disadvantage cause lets be real you just can have only good things.Noc is more or less a ganker not a laner so why bother with lanning?With w he blinds them and nothing more.Slowing them a bit so noc can go after them is logical.R is global but its best if you wait to choose target carefully and lets dusk trail spread so you can hit and use the movement speed buff to escape if needed.

: I think the shroud idea is interesting. If you are going to make her passive require two skills to hit, remove the circle bit and just let it mark them for bonus damage/healing next auto. Just make it where that attack is only vs the marked target. So: Passive: Twin Dragon Assassin: Akali's abilities mark enemies with a Dragon Emblem lasting 6 seconds. Once two abilities hit, the mark is completed and Akali's next basic attack against that target gains bonus range and damage and heals Akali for X. Not a huge fan of the passive, but you would at LEAST need to do that much to make it anything. Requiring 2 abilities AND forcing her to stay within a certain area to proc it is a bit much. Personally, I liked the back flip on the E. It gives her some situational terrain scaling and some different options for engage/escape.
And that's why I suggested to remove the flip.Currently she has a lot of mobility with her flip and shroud combination.If her only movement abilities is shroud and ultimate players will have to decide if they want to sacrifice damage potential to escape. With her e if she hits she will rush in front of the enemy cutting him the escape. Its a win take situation to be in a stable state and not being overpowered. She can still hit her shroud with her shuriken to move back.

: Their are many issues with tanks. But my biggest concerned is how tanks have evolved over the years and how the champions as a whole changed: Back the in early days tanks used to be one of the only classes (beside supports) that have an decent amount of cc in their kit. Back in the early days. Their was cc but overal when cc was used their was a lot more downtime to it. If we would have an cc score back in 2009 the average champion would score haf of what he get's right now. The game evolved for the better but as a result this created problems for the game ballance. Cdr needed to be buffed and what used to be power semi ultimate abilities are now karthus Q's you spam with your eyes closed. If whe would have urf in 2009. We would play the game how it is today. Because cc became that common more & more defensive items had to be introduced and even non support/tank that had cc in their kit. I must say that riot managed to keep cc relative ballanced until 2012. But that year everything changed. With the release of Hecarim, (Jayce), (Zyra), Syndra, Elise, Vi. The road was open for other classes to be stacked with cc in their kit. On 2012-02-14 that Vanguard (ex Jungler, support) Nautilus was released. That claimed the title of the king of cc. This was a champion that had a Passive, Q and R that provided hard cc and a E with soft cc. Back that this was something really unique for a champion. Not a single champion could even dream about having this amount. And as a result their decreased value forces them into directions outside their own design.
Indeed that's one of the core role problem for champions. Each new champion and iteration has to be stuffed up with all kinds of cc,steroids and more important high mobility that blows up the definition of a role.Then he is only defined by his base stats/growth and his ability scaling. If riot was making champions based on roles that fell under certain criteria then you could genuinely say that's a tank,a mage, an assassin, a marksman,etc. As an example of specification for roles they will need to fall into categories. Tanks requirements:High hp/defense/magic resist, potent cc, a sort of sustain, mid to high base damage and low scaling , no mobility Mages requirements:High mana,Medium health,high burst damage or low cooldowns for poke, minor cc , low mobility , low self sustain Assassins requirements:Low health,low defenses,High Burst , high damage,high mobility, minor cc, high scaling Adc requirements:Medium health,low mana,low defenses,low damage , high scaling , medium mobility, self buffs/steroids Supports requirements:Medium health/mana,medium defenses,low damage, low scaling, low mobility,high sustain self and team,moderate cc Roles in between or mix (Bruiser, mage assassin,Tank support)share a a portion of given stats based on champion. That maybe take away multiple roles for a champion.But lets be honest here having over 100 champions means new opportunities to learn a different role.You wont have to play 1 champion for all the roles and succeed in only half of them.You will be forced to become more flexible and who knows you will maybe enjoy new champions and playstyles

Sorry to ask and no offense but what game are you playing? The Tank meta died many seasons ago.If you have noticed riot slowly changes all kind of tanks to damage dealers with a bit higher defensive stats. Current pure tanks already struggle to survive 1 single encounter.They have less cc,less regen,less health than their previous versions and more damage. For my guess your problem is certain bruisers that ditch out huge damage while having big shields or healing options and are difficult to deal with. Tanks aren't there to ditch damage they have no need to this king of thing.They need good cc,some form of sustain/shielding themselves and heavy migration.They initiate and protect the team.But currently that's hardly a ting nowadays And bork is a core item for almost all adc that melts tanks.Mages have their liaras torment.Binding % damage types to abilities just gives the option gives damage in exchange for something useful. So no i don't think that tanks need that.They only need good base damage in their damaging abilities,with very low scaling but moderate if its health/armor/magic resist.
