Well she lucky she got that stop watch in hand but yea this what happen when you non stop buffing a champion just to push her into a role.
But at the end Fiora becomes a cancerous champ that you either have two fight and hope to win through all her hand holding mechanics, or don't interact and just try to stonewall her from split pushing there no middle ground.
She up in my list of champions that have way to much going for them .

Idk if you actually play against players who put hours into the champion (not casually pickin them up).
But it extremely difficult to poke her out of lane thanks to fleet her mobility, and w even without true stealth it still a powerful tool making engagements nearly impossible.

What mage adc bruiser/fighter builds gunblade. There only three champs that build the item.
And fleet is a good rune for champs like akali as it help stay in lane make it hard to harass with the movement spd and healing. Add with the passive well good luck with that.

Haven't bother with doran shield this preseason I just go to triple rejuvi beads and sit on those til I get my items.
Range tops still a nightmare to deal with at top unless you risking play Yasuo or any assassin with alot mobility.

I can be ask to bother playing top this season just playing it I already feel like i'm left to my on device for better or worse. If I'm in a favorable cool I can do something but if not my already hatred for my team rises since i'm simply ignored because god forbid mid and bot lose any power over the game. TP'ing down to bot or jungle for a fight gives my team more power but then I'm falling behind cause my lane opponent easily get two or three plates by the time I go back and painfully walk into lane hoping there a turret.
I tried jungle but I can barely feel any impact what I'm doing when I try getting ganks in but all I get is players who to pussy to do something or incompetent to get ready when I come. Then they start ping my level or type out my kda when I'm behind and I give them good minute to prepare when I'm walkling down for a gank. And then having watch as no one ward dragon or prepare to fight for it I just watch the dragon be taken for 40th billionth time while they have they have their thumbs up their asses acting like not having a dragon isn't gonna impact the game at all.
At this point it lose lose situation may I just practice being a support and actual have a impact in the game.

I'm not liking the whole dragon as a whole now they give to much impact for how easy they can get. You literly can solo a dragon after 1 back at lvl 3 and move on to ganking bot like it nothing.
And even if you get all the drakes losing elder just cost you the game because there no way to fight anyone in this burst meta and survive half the rotation with this buff.
This whole dragon changes just gonna make losing games worse and any turn arounds feel less rewarding.

Panth is slightly overtune and just need his q pegged down one or two notches.
Also who waste gold on SoS on Panth is wasting gold on a useless item that he barely make any use of it passive. Since his ult take a good second to land and by that time someone is already out your reach or you can't use your empowered w but instead e because you gotta survive the burst the enemy team will drop on you when you land.
Rito last nerf was trying to get him out of support but that gonna good while before that happen.

You can dash blink out of and not get stun, when pre rework panth w stun even if you dash, blink away.
It really hurt him alot against some of the popular rop laners atm, make his ganks weak and hurt him in the damage department if you try to use empowered w.

He comparing Panth's new e to Yas Windwall so my point is valid about how Yas' Windwall is more superior to the new e.
It not even good for how much power it take from the rest of the kit. It barely useful in a skrimish let alone a duel or teamfight.
His poke with tap q is ok at best and to reliant on it passive to make any meaningful damage. And conq and bc is not enough he to weak to be played in the top lane to the point he being play as a supp.
Panth needs some hard buffs and changes to his w and ult and actual scaling so he wont be useless after 20 mins into the game.

Windwall is way better than Panth's new e and not even that good since anyone with mobility can just get behind you and smack you around or easily bait it out.
Panth have no scaling and one real damage ability plus he still kept those stupid ap ratios on his w and ult.
Edit: and plus cc still affects you when e is up.

Wow just start maining this champion this season and now he gutted, E heal I never seen much as a problem as it not real noticeable early game, especially in the laning phase. I would be fine seeing that being tone down, but my real gripe is the no charge on E, this is the one ability he needs the most and allow him to hit his q( that is super easy to dodge especially with skirmishers) now I have to be super conservative using it if I need to follow up on the Q2 or Q3, or re-position myself if someone get past my sweet spot.
This is a horrible nerf, I don't why bring a chainaxe when you need a scalpel if you want to nerf him.

It looks nice but all pantheon really need is a change of his Q and E, the rest of his kit is pretty fine imo. His passive support diving and encourages aggressive behavior for a lane bully, but that other passive is just a more busted Yas' passive and a middle finger to adc's.
