: Game chugging/FPS drops/Freezes
Small indie company..... It's a graphical overlay issue and/or memory allocation of the video card. This is why your game stutters. Most games create a full screen window think of it like a box that covers the whole screen that's cleared and reioened each game. RIOTS client doesn't clear the memory from each game so it builds up until it bombs out. Having multiple web windows also increases this. It's just bad programming all round.
: Can you extend pre season and just fix your game. It is Bathesda level at this point.

Seems like people have very short memories.... Conquer came about because Bruisers did 0 damage for like 1/2 years, especially to tanks. I think Conquer needed tweaks because of abusers like Jax and trynd but this will make them hard-useless. Once again the forum showing its ability to contradict itself. Clap clap.

: Better jungler wins is still in effect. The balance team decided the best way to make junglers have less influence was just to make sure one of them gets facerolled per match. That worked.

: I wouldn't call it a privilege really, it's more up to the jungler's determining on an optimal time in which to do so. Usually when the enemy has overextended and pushed their minion wave too close to the allied tower of any of the lanes, and they know that the fight would be a definite win. Of course, in Bronze it's more hit or miss as jg's in that elo tend to uhh... not really have a firm grasp of gank timing for the most part.

Yet we never/rarely see lanes abused and pushed hard in high elo. Why? Because a high elo jungler will gank a pushed lane. That's why annoys me most of all about low/mid elo the jungler literally makes the difference. It shouldn't be this way there shouldn't be a random factor about a junglers skill at and above a certain elo.

What's most depressing about top is when you have a hyper carry top enemy (Jax/Fiora/Riven/Darius/Trynd) and the enemy jungler ganks top but yours considers it an irrelevant lane the entire.....fucking.....game ..... .... And you just know how it ends. After 20 minutes and 2/3 top towers down your team is screaming at you calling you a noob because.....you know...your bot lane that actually received ganks by your team jungler somehow still fed their asses off and couldn't then handle the hypercarry top laner 1 shotting them. Guess under those circumstances I lost top because I suck. Clearly I need my MMR dropped.

You're absolutely correct. But it's a placebo nerf so don't worry. Its simply a paper 'nerf' so that people don't go crazy calling Garen all kinds of broken/busted. It makes 0 difference to lane phase. Garens core problems still remain. If he can't all in the enemy then the enemy can all in him. Like you say his Q animation still sucks. His q silence is still nerfed. His movement speed is still nerfed. His ultimate still has a slow cast time. He can be aggroed still from behind minion waves. He has no gap closer. The only good thing about this buff is he can now ult anytime which will be useful for ganks and with his passive he can maybe survive a little longer under his tower farming. Otherwise....meh......

Same here. It used to be if you were countered there was a 60% chance of a loss 40% chance you could outplay. Now it's 95% chance loss. 5% outplay. And then there's the random X factor. When you're the counter the enemy jungler runs to lane cheese ganks you for 80% health so you have to give up all lane priority or feed. It does feel like there's very little player skill involved anymore. People just faceroll with OP champs and feast or famine to victory. Its soul-destroying...............

: Garen rework misconceptions
I have 2.4 million Garen points. I know the champ pretty well. Garen's core was always a lane bully who fell off late, even MarineRevenge who was one of the biggest Garen names back in S5 quit lol for a time because of the BS juggernaught rework. His tankiness and E was his straenght but RIOT seem hell bent on switching his power to his Q and not understanding Garen's identity. The W nerf is a placebo nerf to stop lowbies crying. Has no relevance lane phase, too long to stack. The E buff could be a game change...I'm undecided I think late game it won't make a difference because Garen's telegraphed attacked will be countered before he gets a chance to make use of the buff especially with slightly lower W stats. The R buff I like. For me and my playstyle that thing will be beautiful. Can't wait. Should notch my lane win rate up 10% or so. can't wait.
