Riot, please give us a chance to get the exclusive content again. You benefit none from making things this limited.

: After it expire
I meant to buy Janna's golden chroma, and logged in as soon as I woke up this morning, only to realize that it, and the Halloween skins in general were only meant to be here for 10 days. I don't understand what benefits Riot by making it this limited. You are only losing sales.
: 10 LP for a ranked win?
Same happened to me... but what maintenance happened? It says I can still queue for ranked.
: Skarner and Rift Scuttler bug
Some other circle hitboxes (Cho'gath knockup, redemption circle, etc) also often go missing,

: The system punishes people based on consistency x toxicity. So you would never get punished for 1 game unless it was super severe, typically with the use of hate speech. So that 1 game of calling someone a dumbass would certainly be punishable, but it's probably not the only thing that is consistently affecting your behavioral score. The system can read context and does monitor your chat. Positive, encouraging and uplifting behavior does accelerate honor progression, neutral behavior will still progress the honors but at a much slower rate, and being negative will being your progress to a screeching halt. That said, more clarity and education on the system is always appreciated.
I really do want to know more about how the system works, and while I can't say that I'm never toxic in chat, when I am it is almost always in response to someone else who has started a toxic chain, and then reports other people who respond to him. That is the kind of behavior I can't stand.

: I NEVER say bigoted comments, but saying I'm not allowed to be passive-aggressive or sarcastic is asinine. If someone is being toxic to me and I respond with something snarky I can lose honor progress. Even if I'm not toxic? Even if I am still actively trying to win? Why am I being held to a higher standard in a video game than I am around my family? I seriously regret what I did. The ban scared me out of being toxic for good. It shook me to my core. Why am I still being punished for what seems to be the next few months/throughout the rest of the year?
Also, once again, if the way to get past the system is to not use chat at all, then Riot has already failed with their system. It means they they are making every reforming player unable to use chat for fear that what they're saying could be deemed as "sarcastic" (a bot that picks up on sarcasm? yeah that will work right 100% of the time) and won't say anything at all, ask for any help, or respond to teammates because they are scared of the system. It just creates a lack of communication. Riot would be better off giving a chat restriction after your ban and then have your Honor continue as normal instead of having players lost on why they're stuck.

I hate how nontransparent Riot is about honor. They need to be the ones to come out and say if this is the case, because if it is the case this doesn't make me want to not be toxic in my games. It makes me not want to use chat at all. If I'm joking around and insulting my friends in chat, that could be flagged by whatever Riot uses and I could lose progress to my checkpoint. I could use a swear word (Oh no!) and it could get flagged and I could lose progress to my next checkpoint. I should not be barred from using language as bad as the characters in the game use. I don't know what the hell Riot is looking for that makes it so I stay in dishonorable, as I am generally nontoxic and slipped up once very badly to get my ban, so I may as well /muteall at the start of every game and never interact with my teammates outside of emotes. Is that the way Riot wants its "reformed" players to act? > > tl;dr Riot needs to be more transparent about how their system works. Directly to us. Not making us scour the Boards for Red posts. > > Edit: I didn't even mention how your response leads me to believe that the actual post-game honors seem to have no impact on getting out of Dishonorable... like... how does that make any sense. > {{sticker:sg-lux-2}} Swears don't trigger IFS. Riot has said many many times that swearing isn't punishable at all. This leads me to believe that you don't know why your chat is toxic because you believe swears are what is halting your progress. Don't be insulting, don't be negative, don't be condescending, don't be sarcastic, don't be passive aggressive, don't think you can get away with it because the IFS does catch it. Don't use hate speech, anything bigoted, racist, sexist, xenophobic, or otherwise awful to people. If you aren't sure if something is going to set you back, you probably shouldn't use chat because the purpose of the chat is to create cooperative environments and facilitate teamwork.

: Tantram has said that on average, the time to get out of dishonorable was 3 months. You may be longer or you may be shorter. Riot is taking a very hard stance on toxicity because it's one of the top reasons players stop playing a multiplayer game. The reason you may feel like you're never getting out of honor 0 may be your own fault but you don't know it. The way the IFS works with honor while dishonored is that they rate your games on toxicity. - If you have clean games, ie **NO** toxicity at all, you go up and take a step closer to getting out of dishonored. - If you are slightly toxic, you take one step back and you stay in dishonored longer than you would have had you not been slightly toxic. - If you are toxic enough to get a chat restriction and if you've had a 14 day temp ban before this, you get hit with an escalated punishment and get permabanned. You have to have CLEAN games to progress out of dishonored. These red posts are hidden among all of the Q's from various players so it's kind of hard to sift through and link because I don't keep them on hand, but you can look at red posts yourself and confirm I'm paraphrasing the reds here. The slightly toxic games are cumulative. The more you have, the longer you stay in dishonored. People have said that the best way to get out of dishonored is to only say positive things and don't be sarcastic, mean, or passive aggressive with teammates at all as the IFS can detect it.
It isn't fair for Riot to have some sort of automatic system detecting every chat I play to determine my Honor rank. I hate how nontransparent Riot is about honor. : Once you hit honor 0, you never come out, as far as I can tell.
That isn't the case but it says something about the system when it feels that way

http://www.surrenderat20.net/2017/05/59-pbe-update-pulsefire-caitlyn-login.html#more But they recently doubled the timer on his turret lazer charge from 45 to 90. Riot is shifting WAY too much power away from his turrets and making him more or less into a Mage-y Yorick. His turrets barely do anything on their own now. Riot is turning him literally into a hit-or-miss champion.
: "Not Enough RP/IP" (Client Bug)
Update! http://imgur.com/a/SNAt0 It's now saying I have less RP than I did last night, which means the client was either taking away IP from me, or more likely just is saying I have more IP than I actually do in the first place. If this is a matter of clarity, it still needs to be fixed.

: They hve to fix most of those champs before giving them skins.
Only the bottom 3 have upcoming reworks. The rest there isn't much excuse for having so little skins besides just being ignored in favor of others.
