Scruffy, Why put more strong early game champions into the jungle? There are plenty of late game junglers suffering from the XP nerfs and now you are going to exterminate them. The jungle XP seems more important than letting people play talon, zed, and darius jungle. If we let these champs jungle we might as well retire certain junglers from the game like evelynn.

Hey Medler, 2 questions going into season 10.... 1. Is there going to be any alterations for jungle experience? In this post it looked like the dev team was looking into it, but nothing came of it. 2. Is there going to be any buff/rework to teemo? I know the one in 2019 got scrapped and personally I hated it due to the damage nerfs. Teemo feels very weak in terms of damage and in terms of kit complexity. Every top laner has such an overloaded kit with easy sustain, and many have more mobility than teemo. Thank you for your time.

Hello Meddler, The teemo buffs look like a good start. Is there any chance we can get a buff to W either through CD, mana cost or speed up %. Top lane has so many mobile champs that can spam mobility spells either due to lack of mana, really low CD or both. Thanks for the buffs btw

Can we at least get a reduced W cool down its so long at 17 seconds. {{champion:85}} E has a 10 seconds CD at rank one and goes down with rank. {{champion:92}} E starts at 14 second CD and also goes down with rank. {{champion:58}} E has a 18 second CD at rank but still goes down with rank. {{champion:86}}'s Q has an 8 second CD. {{champion:23}} E has a 12 second CD rank one which goes down with rank, plus the CD refund on crits. So why do all of these manaless champs have such low CD mobility spells. You can't call teemo a mobile champion if most other top laners have these spammable mobility spells they can use more often the game goes on.
: Crit Item Explorations
Honestly the 40% crit chance infinity edge would fix all the problems. It gives you good early game damage, lets you get 100% crit chance with 3 items, and would leave 2 items open for defensive options like bloodthrister, GA, or mercurial scimitar.

: This is utter trash. Now to get 100% crit chance for an ADC you need four items. BUT YASUO NEEDS ONLY 2. So we have an overloaded champ scaling harder with crit than ADCs. If crit adcs needed defense they could go for 3 crit items (100%) with GA and mercurial scimitar or blood thirstier. If the whole niche of an ADC was DPS and they are made to suck at everything else then why nerf their only strength? Now everyone might as well play yasuo in bot lane because he can get 100% faster plus build defensive oriented items and he has enough mobility to dodge enemy abilities. I am actually praying that you keep crit ADCs at their current abysmal level of strength.
Wasn't there an idea floating arround for a super powered infinity edge with 40% crit. That would fix all the problems if the zeal items are left untouched, so you can get 3 item 100% crit builds.
