If a bruiser does 2000 damage to a tank with 300 armor, they are only going to heal for 225. And god forbid they bought a thornmail, because now you’re only healing for 135. Every class in the game has access to a healing debuff as well. My philosophy, if you’ve never played a bruiser for yourself, you have no legitimate grounds to speak.

: You're pulling the math out of your ass, but the overall point (all damage is too high) is still valid. Also you forgot to factor in Rens armor shred, and nearly every bruiser has anti-tank measures. That said no one is complaining about full build tanks vs bruisers, (late game the main offender is ADC meltage) they are complaining about lane phase. Early game when they haven't built TONS of armor yet but the bruisers still have cleaver. Tank base stats are ASS. And yes this is all referring to top lane, because thats where the Conq vs Tank issue comes up. TBH with the state of the jungle I'm surprised you don't see more tanks in there. Not like it's worth farming anyway. But tanks tend to struggle soloing drake... and support is all bout carrying lane.
First of all if you did the math, you’d get the same numbers i guarantee it. Secondly, my point is that on its own, conqueror doesn’t do much of anything. It seems to me that people are completely ignorant of the meta last year where tanks would ignore bruisers because they nerfed black cleaver, leaving no good anti-tank bruiser items. And with mountain now giving armor and magic resistance and conqueor losing its true damage, we’re heading right back to everyone ignores bruisers meta.

: they should totally remove conqueror its bullshit no matter how much armor i have a yasuo with that bullshit rune can easily kill me, no matter which champ i play, i stacked 800 hp with sion i got to at least 6k hp and over 250 armor just to be melted in a few seconds.. and with cho i got 8k hp and over 300 armor and i got melted by a yi with 50% hp even tho my R takes 70% he healed before it even touched him, how the fuck is that not broken? how is it fair?? please remove conqueror or remove the true damage, or bring back the old Rune System, this conqueror is totally unacceptable every tank in the game agree it totally breaks the game making you melt no matter how tanky you are. i went FULL armor to beat AD champs cause even most AP use AD as basic attacks, yet i get melted by the ones i'm trying to make damage-less vs me, and what is even less fair? their AP CHAMPS KILL ME TOO DAMN FAST TOO, wtf riot? please fix you're game..
So because you’re losing to champions who were designed as anti tanks, your suggesting that every ad bruiser should be fucked over because yasuo is killing you late? Yeah, very productive.

You do realize that percent health damage is mitigated by armor right? Even if we ignored that, conqueror only gives 8 percent true damage. If renekton does 2000 damage in a combo with conqueror proced, 160 will go through as true damage. The whole “CoNqUeRoR iS bRoKeN” argument is completely unjustified and stupid.

: That's not the only thing the rune has done. For example, it used to be pretty good on Garen in tough matchups like vs Darius to be able to get away after being pulled in.

The only bruisers with legit hard cc are camille, jax, and renekton. That’s it. One of which is an empowered auto attack which can’t be used against phase rush mages, one is easily telegraphed and avoidable when you have 800 movement speed, and the other can be interrupted by cc. This is such a stupid argument.

Name one bruiser other than jax that scales as well as vlad, ryze, cass. Even then, the removal of spear is gonna hit jax hard. They beat you early, and its not like you can outteamfight them.
: All conqueror has ever done is allow champion like Renekton, Riven and Olaf to ignore all armor and become unkillable. Its being abused on the entire bruiser class that end up making almost every single tank unplayable. Being able to just deal free true damage when they stack armour AND healing themself up every trade is ridiculous. All the while im being forced under tower because they all have infinite CDR and cc so I cant even go up to last hit in just depressing. They really should just rework the rune at this point, because it's uninteractive and unfun. All PTA has ever done is allow champions like Xayah and Vayne to get free damage for doing nothing. It;s being abused by most marksmen that end up making all other marksmen usplayable. Being able to just attack 3 times for an extra 300 damage when I try to take a minion while being too far for me to fight back AND always having access it it every minion wave is ridiculous. All the while I'm being projectile spammed from behind my minions because every time I try to engage you just back off and activate PTA on me for stupid damage. They really should just remove the rune at this point, because its dominant and unfun do you see what I did there... any rune could be portrayed like this
Did you watch worlds? Tanks are STILL outperforming bruisers. 8 percent true damage does fuck all against a guy with 300 armor.

: Kled needs a small nerf
I feel like a broken record, but i’ve always said since Kled’s buff that what they should have done was just buff Kled’s health and health per level while nerfing Skaarl’s health and health per level. Kled’s Health should be higher than Skaarls courage, especially when 100% of all bonus health goes to Skaarl. This would nerf his early game by making him easier to trade into since he’d be easier to dismount. It would also help him late game when everyone has 20 bajillion damage and he cant take 2 steps into a fight before dying almost instantly.

I don’t understand why this change went live in the first place. These “soft counter” changes will only hurt the game going forward. The problem is that healing debuffs have become so easy to get, healing needs to be overpowered to be viable at all. In my ideal world, executioner’s calling and bramblevest would be removed from the game along with ignite losing GW completely. In return, all champions with a heal should receive nerfs to their sustain to make up for healing debuffs being more difficult to obtain. This includes support heals as well.

: Adding healing debuffs on champions is a good way to go about it. But we need to remove healing debuffs on items for it to mean anything. Currently it's just unneeded added power, but if healing debuffs on items didn't exist, it would be a necessary niche. Healing debuffs on items is also why heals are so out of line, because they compete with each other. TL;DR: Keep healing debuffs on champs, remove healing debuffs from items and nerf out of line healing.
I don’t like the idea of giving champions these kinds of Anti-Mechanic mechanics if that makes sense. If healing is overpowered, nerf healing across the board. If shields are overpowered, nerf shields.

And why give the shield break to Renekton of all people. Give it to someone like Trundle who has nothing else going for him.

: This is so hilariously wrong. Kled wins matchups he used to win harder and it does nothing to matchups he struggled against. Kled almost always just all ins level 3. Sustain never was the way to beat him when he literally engages full health and kills you...
The buff Kled actually needs: Remove the -20% damage against champions when dismounted. Remove the -20% damage against champions when dismounted. Remove the -20% damage against champions when dismounted

For Kled, here’s what i’d do: Remove the healing debuff from his q because it’s a cheesy mechanic that ruins the game in the long run. I’d then remove the -20% damage to champions when dismounted and make adjustments from there.

: I just build crit on him and kill the enemy yasuo in 4 auto attacks...kled is literally jhin where you can stack infinity edges. You don't beat fiora by building bruiser on kled you just go full ad and kill her once you get enough damage, I fell behind early game and after passively farming in lane for awhile and finishing an infinity edge I started just walking up and bursting her.
But in the current state of the game with mages being able to kill you with one skillshot from across the map, building items like infinity edge means you die in 2 hits. And any fiora who just allowed you to free farm like that is just bad at the game.

Agreed. It takes him too long to actually get into a fight, and by that time the teamfight is already over and he is at the mercy of their mages. The fact that mages are so overpowered and played right now combined with the fact that most have morelonomicon second or third item makes Darius so much worse.

Yes, that’s how league works genius. The better player will outperform the worse player, regardless of both the champ they are playing and the champ they are playing against. I have lost lane to plenty of irelias as kled, even though irelia is one of his best matchups. I just need to accept that he got the upper hand and that i should have played it better.

Wow amazing, except anyone with a brain will take ignite into him, so what does it matter? If not that, they can build executioner’s calling or thornmail or morelonomicon. This is made better by the fact that the person complaining mains yorick, One of if not Darius’ worst melee matchups.

There are plenty of melee champs that beat Darius: Olaf, Morde, Yorick, Garen, Jax, etc. Kled can also beat him if he’s the better player.

: Bugfixes yes, but the "Balance Changes" are just horrible. > 30% goes to kled. This one for example, good Kled players make good use of their little HP when dismounted so they can get Skaarl back, but this suggestion would remove the only thing that requires a certain knowledge and skill. Also it would make him super strong, because now you can't easily burst him down when he is weak, instead he will almost always remount, getting back a huge chunk of HP.
The change was designed to help him mostly in the late game. While laning yes hes tankier when hes dismounted but hes squishier when mounted. Now hes easier to burst when he has access to his abilities but it also allows him to get some longer trades in when dismounted so getting stunned once doesn’t mean he auto loses the trade. Lowering his health on Skaarl and his health growth leaves room to trim out the frustrating aspects in his kit, especially later on into the game.

: The 20% less damage does feel bad when unmounted but to me it seems balanced, when unmounted with W ready you can remount SUPER fast due to the attack speed it give and deal decent damage as I'm pretty sure the 4th auto damage isn't decreased as it's max hp damage. I would like if the damage debuff probably lessened with more nearby enemy champs as kled is very much a lóco good hard or get dead champion and suits his ~~mushroom trips~~ insanity. Did they fix the dismount bug where it sometimes doesn't give the correct invulnerability time-frame if while dismounting you where thrown towards the wall. I'm not a big fan of his ult either it sucks when you try aim for the backline but their alister walks infront and you hit him instead. It kinda feels like they did put a lot of power in his base abilities though to compensate.
I was saying more that it sucks late game, especially given how squishy you are without skaarl. Hes extremely easy to poke down late game and if you drop, you now not only move as slow as a disabled snail, but now a significant amount of your damage is gone. For no reason.
