Completely disagree with most peoples perception on the game state. Burst hasn't changed much at all people just elected to talk about it more.
It just gets boring to wait for 6+ minutes in queue. See the loading screen and have people all want to afk because they dont win instantly or have to do some work for it. After a few times sure surrender and move on is easy if it's a definite stomp but when people just want this to be the norm I say fuck that sometimes you gotta take what you get and work with it. I had a game where 3 people wanted to open before minions even spawned as the pinnacle of early giving up I've experienced in all of my aram years. I sat my ass in lane with one other guy and you know what those 3 tried and we won.

Tbh I'm torn on being the 1 guy who doesn't surrender. On one hand the other 4 are probably not having fun but on the other when a game is definitely winnable you just have to trudge through early game I feel it's worth waiting. Like everyone just wants the early game stomp comp and if they have a late game one they would rather surrender.

That's not marketing that's the balance team. Also it would definitely increase his play rate but that doesn't mean he will suddenly start selling skins. Even people who complain about skarner don't actually play him let alone buy his skins. We need at least one of these to not be consistently true from the people complaining about whatever champion they want skins for to see changes and well we just aren't going to any time soon.

Riot did change how you purchase champions by increasing the cost of new champs from 6300 to 7800 for the first 2 weeks and like most of these oh my god the world is burning freak outs the community has people completely stopped caring once it stopped being popular to complain about it. It's not going to be useful feedback if every vocal person yells wolf at every change while the silent majority keep giving them money because it doesn't actually matter to anyone.

A couple of things. I love the champions for how different they all are and the ones I love to play keep me here because no other game has them. I love the high impact moments of the game where it becomes kill or be killed. There are many flaws but they don't outweigh how much fun I have playing it.

Qiyana falls into the category of too much effort for a subpar reward. It's the same reason why AD assassins have fallen to mages. Why would you go through all of these hoops to do what other champions do at the press of a button especially when it's more effective too? Even compared to other AD assassins she requires a lot of things to align where you could play someone like rengar and pop someone. Now if qiyana straight up dumpstered you if the stars aligned sure but for most of us that's not happening and her time to kill is way too long for her role.
