I bet we could sell alot of skins if we make a champion that is just like old nidalee, but also gets to steal summoner spells. I wish people would stop comparing Zoe to Nidalee. Let me tell you about Nidalee. Her Javelin Toss has 1500 range and 1300 speed on a 6 second cooldown. That's nearly double Paddle Star's range, about 10% faster, and a shorter cooldown from Rank 1 than Paddle Star has at Rank 5. And you'll love this: Javelin Toss can reach 200% damage at 1300 range, which is less than its maximum range. Paddle Star can only reach 150% damage at 2550 range, over THREE TIMES its base range. And Nidalee can do this from level 1, while Zoe can't even compete until she gets her ultimate at level 6. (I'll remind you, Zoe's ultimate is used to bring her closer to her opponents, which puts her in danger.) Also, Nidalee isn't restricted to moving toward her target to have the range she does. She throws a Javelin and goes on about her business, while Zoe needs to commit her time and positioning to the cast. Zoe doesn't have it nearly as easy as Nidalee does.
: A lot of the devs stated intentions have been missed its bewildering.

...Has anyone ever said he _doesn't_ know sign language? Besides, he's mute when he drinks the poison that allows him to hear Alune, not necessarily all of the time. During those times, he's probably more preoccupied with killing the people around him than having a conversation.
: Legends of Runeterra: the first expansion!
I'd like to see Targon get added. There are so many themes that can be explored: Sun-themed cards with Leona; Moon-themed cards with Diana and Aphelios; Spartan-style army with Pantheon. And of course Kayle, Morgana, and Taric all have potential, as well, if we group them with the Targonians. All of these demigod, even god-tier beings could make for interesting deck themes. Most of all, a cosmic deck with Zoe and Aurelion Sol would be an instant favorite for me.

Almost as fast as Qiyana? Qiyana was released June 28th, 2019 and got her True Damage skins on November 10th of the same year, a span of 135 days. Yuumi was released May 14th, 2019, which makes her **_older_** than Qiyana, and she's getting her skin sometime _next month_. : Ivern came from Freljord, but became Ionian when he turned into a tree thing and spent the rest of his life there. And why would Xayah and Rakan not be Ionian because they're vastaya? Is a registered american citizen not an american if he's of black or latino ancestry? Or better yet, native american (as from what I gather, the vastaya were on Ionia long before humans were)? Same goes for Kled really. Yeah he's a Yordle. So what? He acts on behalf of Noxus, making him a Noxian.

He acts on behalf of Noxus, making him a Noxian. It's a matter of cultural identity. Do you think Xayah and Rakan share the same cultural heritage as, say, Yasuo or Akali? Grouping people into one identity just because they happen to live on the same landmass is shortsighted. Think about all of the different Native American cultures in the United States. Saying Xayah and Rakan are Ionian just like Yasuo and Akali are would be as ignorant as labeling all of the Native American groups as "Indians" and calling it a day. So in the case of Kled, yes, he is a Noxian. That is his cultural identity. But Xayah and Rakan aren't "Ionian" like Yasuo, Akali, Zed, and Shen are Ionian. They are Vastayan. Their cultural heritage is Vastayan. If you asked _them_ how they identify, they'd likely answer Vastayan. Xayah has many lines that reference her identity as Vastayan. And here's an interesting detail, she has several lines alluding to how she doesn't think very highly of--guess who--_Ionians_: "Ionia's meddling birthed our rebellion." "Ionians never learn." But since they happen to live on the Ionian continent, I guess that settles it, right?

: Dude, all these champions are literally asigned to a region in League of Legends Universe. If you are not familiar with that site, [here, have a link.](https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_GB/) Ivern is listed as Ionian there. Riven is listed Noxian. Vi is Piltovan. Kalista is a Shadow Isles champion. And Mordekaiser is a Noxian. Where a champion was born is not really important. Mostly it comes down to what region the champion will actually influence with their narrative in a major way. Urgot was born in Noxus and was a headsman there. But ever since he got imprisoned in Zaun, he has no ties to Noxus anymore. All his story is settled in Zaun now and he has **major** impact on Zaun, unlike Noxus. Ivern is the same. He was a Freljordian guy, but ever since he went to Ionia and cut down the god willow, his story is settled in Ionia now, since he became the new host of the god willow and protects the forests of Ionia.

: He's a Noxian because he's under the Noxian faction, not Bandle City. Xayah and Rakan are Vastaya native to Ionia, so they are Ionian. Ivern killed an ancient Ionian tree and thus became an Ionian tree, making him Ionian.

Well, which is it? Birthright? Heritage? National identity? Ivern the Cruel was a Freljordian, who chopped down a tree in Ionia, then overtook its duties and became the new God-Willow, which I wouldn't expect to have any national identity. Is Riven a Noxian? Ionian? She was born in and served Noxus, but exiled to Ionia. Is Vi Piltovan or Zaunite? Is Kalista a Noxian or a being of the Shadow Isles? Same question can be asked for Mordekaiser and Karthus.

Ivern is Freljordian. And I excluded Xayah and Rakan because they're Vastayans. Let me ask you this: with the addition of Kled, would you consider him a Yordle Champion, or a Noxian Champion? A person's first instinct is probably what would be most obvious: he's a Yordle.

The last time we got an Ionian Champion was Kayn in July 12th, 2017, over two years ago. Before that, it was Jhin on January 28, 2016, more than a year prior. You make it sound like they're flooding the game with them.

: Zoe and Fiddlesticks connection
Fiddlesticks is not trapped in a cage. It _**wears**_ a cage. Same as the sack that is the scarecrow's "face". The demon can very clearly reach its limbs out of the cage and use them. It's even more apparent if you watch Fiddlesticks use Crowstorm. The demon frees itself from the cage entirely. "Fiddlesticks" is a being from folklore, like our Boogeyman. "The Boogeyman" is no single entity, but a conglomeration of fears and scary things. Now, there is a fear demon that possesses a scarecrow it cobbled together with sharp, rusted metal. The name "Fiddlesticks" became attributed to this demon. This is very much like how "Tahm Kench" was actually the name of a gambler who made a deal with a demon known as "the River King", but the name Tahm Kench became associated with the demon himself. --- As far as Zoe is concerned: long ago, back before she ever became the Aspect of Twilight, she heard the tale of Fiddlesticks stalking through the night. And as a child, this story frightened her. But that was a long time ago. She's witnessed things far more powerful and terrifying than a simple fear demon, and now, face-to-face with the manifestation of primal horror, she finds it more charming than frightening. As if she were seeing it in its "Surprise Party" skin. A demon that goes around sneaking up on people to jump-scare them? As the trickster Aspect and embodiment of mischief, this demon is right in her wheelhouse. The demon, too, finds this girl to be a curiosity. Where it had expected a shriek from her, it instead got a giggle, a reaction it had never received before. Refreshing, in a strange way. If the demon is to be able to frighten this child, it will need to become even more terrifying than it already is. The demon eagerly accepts the challenge, but something should commemorate the occasion. Zoe takes a key from around the scarecrow's neck. Those ancient, rusted keys had long outlived their original purpose, and only served to rattle and clank as the scarecrow hobbles in pursuit of the demon's next target, like a horrible wind-chime. But this key, now in the hands of a girl who laughs in the face of terror, would mark their encounter. Ever since then, Zoe has kept the key close, because this key represents a promise that the two will meet again. And when they do, the demon plans to give her the scare of her life.
