I like it. Unfortunately, the meta right now would make such an effect pretty weak, since it's all about upfront damage, and eating poke to "charge up" would be counter-productive.

(That was when he didn't even have kills) > If Syndra breathes on someone, they instantly die. > We don't need that level of damage in the game. > Also, better matchmaking please. yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh I'm not buying this. Ahri's Q: 280 + 70% ap (both hits of Q) Ahri's W: 224 + 48% ap Assuming you do true damage with everything: that's 504 + 118% ap. At most mages these days can get around 600-700 ap. So that's 504 + 700x1.18 and that's a total of: 1330 damage. Again, assuming you are doing true damage and assuming you got 700ap. But to make it real, i opened the practice tool, leveled my ahri to 18 and gave her items. Items I gave her: {{item:3285}} {{item:3089}} {{item:3135}} {{item:3165}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3907}} (notice the no boots parts). All these gave me a total of: 788ap. So, that's 504 + 788*1.18 = 1433.84 Fuck that, I even charged spell binder to max (100 charges and used it) for a total of 900ap. Netting me a total of: 1566 damage (assuming all of it is true damage. Level 14 Ahri has 1638.3 hp. So, a full build lv 18 Ahri, with 6 items gold advantage. Vs a lv 14 Ahri. You can't one shot with QW. I rest my case. And this is why all of you guys look absurd with your "omg there's so much damage this season" Its not that much different from other seasons, its just you guys refuse to play defensively or build a single defensive item. Yes, this season people die a lot more and faster. Wanna know why? Because the vast majority of enchanter supports were HARD NERFED, and nobody plays tanks. Wanna know why nobody plays tanks?? MAGES?????????????????? NOOOOOOOOOOOO, its because of stuff like: {{champion:420}} {{champion:122}} {{champion:58}} {{champion:240}} Those picks stomp tanks, harder than any range match-up they have. So, no top lane tanks. Supports all wanna be "me mvp, me carry, me pyke 1v9, me yuumi, me good support even tho the best "adc" i can support is garen". So, you end up with 5dps vs 5dps. Ofc you'll die faster. The only place tanks have is the jungle, and even there, if you want an active jungler, tanks are usually a bad choice.
You completely forgot about runes, which are easily worth upwards of 200 bonus damage in the midgame, the fact that few build defensive items, and the possibility someone might not be at full health. I fully believe that Ahri can output over 1000 damage easy even without a full build.

: So why did Jax and Nocturne get buffed again?
Nocturne really needed the buff. Every assassin and/or diver does his job better. J4 was superior in every possible way. Now Nocturne has a healthy enough clear to at least _try_ ganking pre-6 and not get bumfucked by raptors.

He literally have just one dash and his ult is conditional? He have less mobility then zed or yasuo for example, that were released much longer ago?
He also has extremely strong and uninterruptable stealth comparable to Twitch and builds Youmuu's as a core item. He's stupid slippery.

: Can we buff some Summoner spells?
{{summoner:1}} Cleanse is genuinely useless. {{item:3140}} QSS works on _everything_ with a 90 sec CD, while Cleanse doesn't work on suppression, displacements, and unique ults with a 240 sec CD. Either its CD needs to be reduced to 60 sec, or it should just remove _all_ debuffs and crowd control while making you unstoppable for the duration because that's the only way it can be superior to QSS. {{summoner:21}} Barrier is honestly inferior to {{summoner:7}}. Heal may give 25 - 100 less HP with a third longer CD, but it's permanent healing for you and someone else, with an MS boost cherry on top. Not only that, Heal counters Ignite better than Barrier despite Ignite's GW. Barrier should grant resistances for the duration to more uniformly benefit every role and better counter burst damage even when it's too much for the shield to handle.

: I'm really sick of Pyke
All of these changes sound good - I especially think that his bonus gold is unhealthy - but his gray health passive also needs to be addressed. It's a huge cop-out for his kit, which is supposed to be this glass cannon and exacerbates all of his problems. At least with Tahm; he has no mobility and his CC is arguably less effective, making him simple to kite and easy to punish when he overextends. But Pyke has a huge range, brain-dead CC chaining, is slippery as all fuck, and can stealth for his engage, so the usual method of countering all-in kits with poke flat out does not work. Reducing the storage percentage, then removing the AD ratio for the gray health cap altogether, and tweaking it from there should make him infinitely more manageable. Also, remove the Lethality scaling on his stun. It already has a huge base duration, it _does not_ need to scale.

Burst per second (bps) was a meme that came up [back around two years ago,](https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/A6aYG1k5-so-burstdps-dpstank-and-tankburst) when ADCs were getting ridiculous.

No. If they lasted a lot longer or came with a way higher token rate, I wouldn't mind buying them, but as is they are way too expensive for how little they actually guarantee you.

So like this: Gain 15 - 30 (+ 25% bonus armor) bonus armor and 15 - 30 (+ 25% bonus magic resistance) bonus magic resistance for 5 seconds for every champion you immobilize. This can stack up to 3 times, any crowd control will refresh the duration, and when the duration ends each stack will provide 4 - 12 (+ 2% bonus health) true damage in a shockwave to nearby enemy champions. Totals: 45 - 90 (+ 75% bonus armor) | 45 - 90 (+ 75% bonus magic resistance) | 12 - 36 (+ 6% bonus health)
KazKaz (OCE)
: Why are they buffing Leblanc, Kassadin and Jax???
: Upcoming 9.16 changes. Thoughts?
Sejuani needs buffs, not nerfs. Azir getting nerfed cuz of Korea. Sivir isn't even that good, so why nerf? Tahm getting nerfed cuz of Korea. LeBlanc getting buffed cuz of Korea. Kass getting buffed cuz of Korea. Ekko getting buffed cuz of Korea. Lux getting buffed for absolutely no justifiable reason.
: Because Lissandra is almost certainly an intended user for it? Same with Kennen? Maybe Swain? There's plenty of ranged mages that make a lot of sense for using that ability- no sense in punishing them all because Lux uses it too.
The intended users for Aftershock are tanks whose primary job is CC. Resistance values and damage, both scaling with tank stats to give an engaging tank an edge. Practically all of these tanks are melee, the only exception being Thresh who oh so definitely does not need Aftershock to be successful. Unfortunately, they gave it bullshit base values and capped the resistance scaling values, so anyone and their mother who can immobilize a champion gets oodles and noodles and toaster strudels of free tankiness and damage. The ranged mages like Lissandra and Aurelion Sol that benefit from Aftershock already have RoA, Liandry's Torment, Zhonya's, and Banshee's Veil, and should be handled individually if restricting Aftershock to melee affects them at all. Lux support only builds Zhonya's out of any of these, is definitely not in need of buffs, and is dragging down the potential for tanks to benefit from Aftershock.

: Is it me, or Jinx is too much of a carry?
Despite the fact that she's supposed to be more of a hypercarry, she actually has higher win rates in the early game. Nerfing her early game numbers and buffing her late game numbers would be the ideal change to her. Especially for her passive.

I quit in season 5, came back to try out the game again. Find out thing's have gotten even worse. Spent RP to get the Arcade pass. It didn't even last all that long. : How would you skin the unskinnables?
Since I play Nocturne a lot, I'll give that one a try. Freddy Krueger Nocturne: Red striped shirt, claw hands, and can't forget the hat. Bright Nocturne: As much I like the Arclight skin line, the golden color doesn't really do it for me. A "ghostly" and bright white recolor would look really cool.
: A hell of a lot more fair than watching a Brand hit R and do 7k damage in a team fight. While on a support budget....
Considering it's his ult, and it requires multiple clustered targets on top of landing a full combo, and most of his damage potential depends on an enemy's max hp, with all of said damage potential spread between said targets, yeah, that's pretty fair.
: Locking him down works pretty well. Anyone who can stay on his ass will fuck him over.
Ok, but who can do that? Once he has Youmuu's he's slippery as all fuck.
Comentários de Rioters
: Seems like getting rid of the rng passive is pretty popular. Adding healing could be good for Zyra in the Support role though!
It really would be, for any of her roles. She has relatively low MS, HP, and resistance values, but her kit has less upfront damage, reliability, and range than other combo mages like Brand, Vel, or Lux, and she doesn't have the steroids or CDs to make sustained damage worth it like it is for Malz, Karthus, or Azir. She's also a lot more dependant on her ult to actually kill anything but doesn't have the same survival tools or snowball mechanics that Veigar, Liss, or Orianna have to make their lives easier with their ult on CD. To make it even worse, DFT used to be her best Keystone, and there's no replacement in the new system because Conquerer is impossible to maintain without buying Nashor's. A little sustain and reliability would go a long way into making her more unique and consistent.

Funny, I'm finding {{champion:412}} {{champion:53}} {{champion:555}} a lot less enjoyable to play against than poke supports. Hooks make an all-in stupid-easy. Even if you poked them down to 15% health while you're near full, they'll still win the fight because of their absurd CC and damage. It's ridiculous.

: I also strongly believe that Katarina did not need that Grievous Wounds on steroids buff. It should have gone to a champion who is actually underwhelming such as Varus.

: What's your 'it happened in a dream' skin?
Void Zyra. She'd be heavily inspired by the Zerg (Especially Kerrigan) and Tyranids. Forest Spirit Zyra. Would be fairly similar to River Spirit Nami in theme. And of course, Deathblossom Zyra. None of which will ever happen because Riot doesn't care about Zyra. She hasn't got a skin in over 2 years, and 1 of the 5 of her skins only exists because SKT won with her.
usul1202 (NA)
: That's... A combination I've honestly never considered. Giant pink lasers of doom... E is a big ol' heart flying out... I have no idea how you'd do w or ult tho
Star Gaurdian Xerath. Orbital Friendship Cannon Rainbow Blaster.
: Electrocute does _**adaptive**_ though, which means it would have done physical damage in the case of Zed having it.
Whoopsie, thanks for pointing that out. Then the more reasonable explanation would be his passive. At level 10, it would've dealth 8% max health magic damage, then another 2% physical from his ult. That would be nothing to scoff at, and it didn't require any item scaling to do.
: Uhhh wtf is Zed?
Probably the fact that you had Conqueror's and he had Electrocute. Armor didn't do jip to Electrocute, then Zed's Ult basically let him deal a fraction of that damage again. And no, that doesn't make it okay. Zed already exponentially scales off of just AD, he isn't supposed to totally ignore armor thanks to the fact that he can scale magic damage off of it too.
: Tips when being camped
You did pretty much the right thing. Another thing you could do is ward tri-brush and roam to mid.
: Meh, there are plenty of ADC's that do fine into Draven. {{champion:51}} {{champion:15}} {{champion:81}} {{champion:15}} hard push him under tower, make him miserable {{champion:51}} Also a lane bully, annoying as Hell to play against {{champion:81}} Play passive as Hell, Q minions, make Draven bored and go {{item:3025}} {{champion:22}} I also feel is decent with her perma slows and poke. Draven having to constantly eat volleys when going for axes. She is very strong now with the last buffs to her volley.
All of these are actually fairly shit against him. Draven is one of the few adcs who have no problem farming under turret thanks to his Q, and it makes it even more impossible to trade with him because he's under the safety of his turret. Pushing into his tower is just begging to get all-in'ed, or even worse, ganked. Caitlyn doesn't really have anything that punishes him. Her traps might sabotage an axe or two, but she still largely loses trades against him and never wins extended engagements. Poke only works until he gets his vamp scepter, and at that point, there's not enough mana in the world that will allow you to outpace his sustain. If all this isn't enough to convince you, [LeagueOfGraphs ](https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/counters/draven)and [op.gg](https://na.op.gg/champion/draven/statistics/bot) both make it clear there's not a single matchup that has a significant advantage over him in lane.
