I see your point, and I recognize there would be a fine line to balancing a power like this, but really, that could be said for most aspects of this game. Everything stands to be over or under powered/utilized if not precisely calibrated which is an ongoing biweekly process, lol. That being said, I'm merely presenting an idea that, if a good balance could be achieved (that would be up to the devs to figure out), it would make for a very cool ability, one that I would want to fight for, unlike more MS, Shojin ability, or nimbus cloak. Lastly, it would still be useful to a mobile/wall jumping champ. I main Shaco and there's plenty of times I wish I had my Q off cooldown or that I had taken flash to make another move in rapid succession.
