: Girl please, Riot should focus on the game itself before toxicity. If someone tells you to kill your self just don't do it. Idc about pigs who flame all day because their parents didn't treat them well when they were childs. Just ignore them and have fun with ur bf.

Why are people so adamant to defend this type of toxicity? Suicide isn’t something to joke about. I don’t care if people flame, either, but I don’t think they should be allowed to abuse like that, online or not. I am glad riot is taking a stance.

: Happened to me too. I just got my first leaver game EVER. I'm not happy. Good news is, two minutes later, after my team had surrendered - I was able to connect. Best of luck my friend.
Finalky managed to reconnect and won the game (wasn’t the only DC), made a huge comeback and got D- rank & penalty for leaving. Big oof.
: Game Crash for MANY just now

: The main reason we don't have your champion locked in when you first click on them comes down to communication. If you were locked into the first champ you clicked, there wouldn't be much room for talk of who's going to do what. With the system set up the way it is now, you can pick your intended champion which will show everyone who you're thinking of playing. You can then strategize around those choices, and someone could potentially end up changing their pick. For now, once you've decided on who you're playing just make sure to click Lock In.
I get not insta-locking, but that doesn't make sense if I have a champion highlighted and the time runs up for me to pick. At that point in time, it shouldn't kick me from the game, it should just let me play that champion. If someone has an intended champion to play, why have an extra step to lock in before selection? It just doesn't make sense. The problem mainly is that the alternative is leaving the game -- which I'm sure most people wouldn't want to do. 30-min ban from games because you selected a champion and it was highlighted on your screen, and you had NO WARNING that you didn't select a champion, but you didn't hit the "lock-in" button. That's extremely frustrating.
: Can we get rid of the Lock-In requirement in ranked?
Seriously... I just did this again on accident and now I have a 30 minute wait timer until I can play in ANY GAME MODE. This is bullshit.

: NA Server Roadmap Update: Chicago, Here We Come
This is awesome. Just did a Speedtest comparison between Portland and Chicago. I'm usually around ~120 ping in-game and apparently I should drop down to around 63 ping. The east coast welcomes this update!
: I'm not saying it wouldn't be useful information, but I assume the worry is that people would automatically downvote anyone in Bronze or Silver. If there was some way to protect them from that, than I would support this. Personally, I think that bronze and silver people have just as much right to opinions on balance as everyone else. They make up most of the community and if the game isn't balanced for them it ruins the experience of way too many people.
Can't they look you up on sites like lolking anyway? For example, you're Plat V, S4 Gold. Besides that, it could be optional to display it or not via user cp.
