: Eternals Feedback Thread: Set 1 Uniques
Deleting them would be a good first step. Or making them free, like any sane game devs would.
: Riot shouldn't be afraid to kill off champions for the sake of lore
The game is centered around the lore that all these people and factions are at war. You can't fight a war if you're permanently dead.

When this happens, then it means that they can just get stories of the past of this champion, but there is no future to look forward to anymore. > > People can get really attached to the stories of their favourite champion, like we saw with the retcon of Varus or how they decided to back off from the retcon for Nautilus with Pyke's release. I imagine that they want to avoid the extreme backlash that would most likely come if they decide to kill one champion in the lore. Yes, but that's often how a story goes. Your favorites die. Game of Thrones is pretty much built on this. How many movies and stories would be ruined if they refused to kill someone off solely because they were popular with the audience or reader? It's unfortunate, but it's usually necessary for the sake of storytelling. If nobody dies, there's no feeling of risk. Not every story needs to have a happy ending, and I think it's somewhat poignant for a few characters to meet unfortunate ends in the pursuit of their goals.
Because people really liked how that show turned out??

: Yeah, i would like that. Usually, if my enemy is really enjoyable to play against, i say "gg" or something to them directly after the match, although, having something else to give to them would be pretty nice.
Right? Plus with Riot removing the aftergame skin gifting system (probably because it was being used to encourage people to throw games) I feel like being nice to the enemy team instead of just turning off all chat has no reward anymore

: its not against the TOS to ask for a report lmao
If you want to ask for a report, do it like a normal human being then. Don't say things like "report ziggs toxic af," actually communicate why he deserves it if you're going to ask at all (which is pointless because one report will do the same job) and most of all don't be toxic in return, because then you aren't a victim, you're just one more toxic player in the argument
: This needs to stop Riot Games
You're right. You didn't say anything OVERTLY toxic. Didn't use slurs, or terms considered derogatory. What you did do, however, is constantly trashed the play of teammates, claimed to be "1v9" in losing games, spammed chat, trash talked the enemy team with "ez" (easily the most infuriating phrase in the game) and told your team over and over and over again to ff as if these games were unwinnable and you were giving up. Honestly, you're lucky you got away with a chat ban instead of a suspension.
: Xin Zhao Gameplay Update - To the Arena!
Wait, so let me get this right. Back when Poppy got reworked you took away her old ulti because you guys felt it just made her an unstoppable juggernaut who could just ulti the weakest player on the enemy team and then have super great survivability for no risk, right? But you just gave Xin the exact same ultimate, but with the added benefit of the true damage and knockback as well as making it impossible to shut him down when he's on your ADC. Okay.
