It's already bad with {{champion:12}} and {{champion:201}} win-rate. I truly fear for tanks supports next season.
(Maybe you need to be ranged to win in the first place) This is absolutely true IMO. Unfortunately thats just the way it is until tank supports decide to go top lane instead. When your lane opponent is ALWAYS going to be ranged, you are going to get kited.

: keyword **teams.** a team is more than 3 people. a team is 5 people. having 4 people, a majority of the team, have to agree to it. that is perfectly acceptable. if you can't get 3 others to agree with you then you are not a team. thus the team cannot surrender. and if you want to leave a losing game the exit button is always there. otherwise when 2 people say no just accept it. ff spamming will not help.
Your comment consists of two different philosophies that DIRECTLY contradict each-other. you have two conflicting ideals 1.) A team is 5 people, not 3, and decisions affecting the team should be made BY the team 2.) The majority of the team can make decisions for the team, against the minorities wishes. Pick one of the above ideals for me will you? You can't have it both ways. if 1.) then why is it fair to let 4 people decide instead of requiring five surrender votes? if 2.) Why isn't ok to let 3 people surrender, since 3 is STILL the majority of 5?

: Genuinely the only times I've ever flamed someone out of the blue was because they surrendered perfectly winnable games. It is absolutely THE WORST feeling being like 5/0/7 on azir with 190 cs at 20 minutes and having the game surrendered from under you because your 0/1 top jg and ad cant stand not being the one carrying.
If they genuinely surrendered that then they are idiots who probably could have never helped you end

Whenever Thresh is opposing Senna in a match and both parties reach a certain level (i think 16) a quest will trigger. That means that his first clear, if he lands a killing siphoning strike on every large monster will give him.... 72 stacks....84 if he takes a scuttle. Three jungle clears lets him teeter into the danger danger big doggo zone

: Yeah but how many assassins get to fuck up, go, heal back completely and then to reengage the same teamfight? None. Because none get to escape literally scott free if they screw up. If they fuck up and manage to escape alive, 9 times out of 10 they have lost a huge amount of health and can't re enter the fight or they risk dying. Not pyke. Pyke gets to fuck it up, escape, wait for CDs, and in the meantime he'll just regenerate all his health, nbd. Its bullshit and more frustrating than other assassins and it needs to be grossly cut back on. I accept arguments for its existence in laning phase but it should *not* scale as well as it does.
{{champion:238}} - can tp back to shadow instantly {{champion:91}} - infinite flash through walls
: He can, but it doesn't completely remove the ult. It just stays where the wall is.
If this is actually the cause, then it is BS. Yasous wall specifically states that it destroys projectiles that impact it. This is the case with pretty much EVERY other projectile....hmmm... I guess this means that Fizz's ult is coded as a projectile that fires out, and if it hits a champion is marks them with a slow debuff and spawns the ult underneath them...but if the projectile reaches max range (and gets "destroyed") then it just create the marker at the point it was destroyed at...

: >She is tailor made to be pretty much as braindead of a champ as you can make Silver 4 poppy player https://i.imgur.com/3mIfjZY.png [Here in case you want some real data from Riot that straight up disproves what you're trying to say](https://twitter.com/RiotBlaustoise/status/1074749440206954496). This champion takes hundreds of games to become even competent on her. If you think she's braindead then that's just a testament to how little you actually know about her and the game in general.
You want to know why Riven has that skill curve? It's not because she is hard. It is actually the opposite. She is so easy players have to learn how to play her. That may seem like an idiot answer but let me explain it like this. Because Riven's kit is so overloaded players have to learn how to use each of her abilities correctly. Jax, not so much. (Now don't get me wrong, Jax is ALSO a brain dead champion. And with him in mind I have to take back my comment about how brain dead Riven is, becase Jax is even MORE brain dead). However, Riven gets access to a lot of things that Jax doesn't, like an knockup, a stun+shield, an ranged execute. Jax is a single wrench. He is a single wrench that fits ONE bolt and he is REALLY good at fitting that ONE bolt and tightening bolts of that size down. Riven is an entire toolbox. Now, can you say that it takes more skill to learn how to use an entire toolbox than it does to use one tool? Why yes you can. But if you have a competition to fix the most things, and you give one guy just ONE tool, and the other guy an entire toolbox, wouldn't that be unfair? As far as trying to call me out as a "silver 4 poppy player" 1.) I don't even play Poppy that much 2.) When I play Poppy, I play her support, where I'm always going against a ranged lane 3.) Poppy actually does require a bit of skill now that she has a wall stun, has to time her W to stop dashes, and also learn to effectively use her ult. nice try though.

No resource bar. Low cooldowns CC Execute ultimate All of her abilities scale with AD. You don't have to manage mana You BARELY have to manage cooldowns Your CC lets you safely engage or peel and all of your abilities scaling with AD means your builds are simple AF too. She is tailor made to be pretty much as braindead of a champ as you can make. That is not to say that there isn't any skill to play her well, but she is just too easy to play "good". If there was a whole class of beginner friendly champions it wouldn't be that bad but there isn't and Riven is too effective for how easy she is to play. Riot will never do anything though because its at low ranks and they only care about pro play and twitch streamers

: 170 base ad................. Personally, I wouldn't give his passive a cd, as it marks who he is. His ult is also a bit awkward... How about changing it to knock back to the direction the hook is swinging? I mean, getting stunned by a hook is, embarrassing.
I'm not sure if you understand what I mean by "hook". I'm not talking about a hook like a thresh hook, or a hook used for fishing. I mean a hook as in a right hook, as in a punch. Getting stunned by a hook is not at all embarrassing, as the main target is the temple of the skull. The temple of the skull is the second furthermost point from the brain (the first is the jaw), because of its distance from the brain, it can act as a lever. When you push that lever very quickly using your fist you can rotate the skull at a very high speed, until it reaches the maximum distance the skull can rotate. When that distance is reached, the skull will stop rotating, but the brain will continue to rotate and travel until it smashes into the skull...causing a concussion. As far as how the ult works...idk I wanted something that makes him feel like a brawler while also giving him something for skill expression. as far as his base AD, IDK I'll adjust it. Also Gruk needs a cd for his passive because if it didn't have one then it was constantly proc in a teamfight giving him a TON of maneuverability. Trading with him would be difficult too since he would always be able to chase you down as you retreated.

To say that his ult is 9 second cooldown is a little misleading, since each champion has a cooldown for him to copy their ult. This "copy" cooldown is twice as long as their ultimate cooldown, minus his CDR. So if Malphite ult has a cooldown of 100 seconds, and Sylas has 30% CDR, and he copies and uses Malphite's ultimate, then he can't copy Malphite's ult for another 170 seconds. Idea for nerf: 1.) Lets bring his real cooldown to an actual cooldown (hell as least 45-60 seconds). 2.) If he copies someone's ult, he can't copy that ult again until he copies everyone elses ult

: Lux was naive to believe that a prisoner 15 years into a life sentence wouldn't try to use her to change his situation, especially once he convinced her to start bringing books in for him and to smuggle a forbidden tome that contained information on the mechanisms of his shackles. I'm not saying it's bad to be naive, but that it would be very small-minded and self-centered of her to feel personally betrayed by someone whose alternatives to that betrayal were life in chains and then death by hanging. Sylas betrayed her out of self-preservation, not out of malice or any intent to hurt her. I certainly think there would be pain, but less of a "You betrayed me," and more of an "I'm sorry it all came to this, but it has to stop." If someone betrayed you for money or something small, then sure, hold them in contempt for that betrayal; but if someone betrayed you for their own freedom and life, is that really something to take personally? I believe Lux would still try to help him (not aid his cause, but de-escalate what he's become).
But there is one problem with your story here. Sylas is not evil. His is not mean. He's not even insane. He was just a boy that saw how Demacia treated their rich differently than they treated their poor. Him coming from a poor family, this fact hurt his ideals in his country. He simply stood between a mage and the mage hunters to protect her when he touched her skin, accidentally frying the 3 mage hunters, his mentor being one of him. From that moment on he was a fugitive in the eyes of Demacia. He has been hunted without mercy because of his magic abilities. Lux is a mage, just like him, just like that one mage he tried to protect that lead to all of this. Unlike others, who chained him in a cell and forgot about him, Lux visited him often and even learned from him. In a way, Lux is his apprentice (note that Lux has also got a taste of Demacia's strangling grasp on mages, not as bad as Sylas, but she has seen it). That part about him "using" her to escape prision? That's also him escaping HIS DEATH. I think that Lux would be able to forgive a man borrowing some magic for the sake of saving his life. I think Sylas would appreciate her, pity her, and try to recruit her to his force. If she refused...well then I'm not so sure what would happen. Is Sylas so thirsty to topple Demacia that he is willing to spill the blood of a friend in order to get there?
: You know people get jacked in prison cause they got nothing else to do right?
accept people in prision aren't chained to walls for the entirety of their existence. And those chains aren't loose either, they are very taut (as hinted during his back animation, where the chains pull on him) so it is not likely he has been lifting the chains as weights. Sylas has been chained to a way with just enough slack to eat whatever slop they give him
: You know what he also is in the current canon? Free. He's already escaped from prison. In his lore, he's gone so far as to make it to the outer reaches of Demacia, where he has gathered a following of mages to back him in his rebellion. He's no longer in prison, so he no longer has to look like a hobo. That would explain why he doesn't look completely ragged and messy, especially since he's got to have some degree of civility to work his charisma on a crowd. He specifically kept the cuffs because he's weaponized the petricite in them, but I would also imagine he decided to keep the other shackles to wear as kind of a political statement not only to Demacia, but as a message to his followers.
You know what he also is in the current canon? A fugitive. A VERY IMPORTANT ONE. So that means he is not just walking down the streets where-ever he goes. He is hiding in the back of carriages. Calling anyone who will board him home. The news of his escape will/has spread across demacia quickly and in addition to guards and local policing forces keeping an eye out there will also be bounties, and thus bounty hunters searching for him as well. Demacian's are a loyal people (even Sylas's parents were) and it is unlikely that just anyone will hide him and/or NOT rat him out. He is a fugitive.

: What the fuck are those neeko buffs
As she was before me and my duo banned her 100% of the time mostly because of how she seems to have both high base damage and high scales too. For the most part she is just a counter-engage champion, but unlike other counter-engage champion, where they simply stop the engage, Neeko score kills off of it with her OP as hell ult, which is such a high range that you can't. even. flash out of it.
: What comparison is there? Sylas is currently at large, gathering followers in the outskirts of Demacia. Just because he WAS in prison for 15 years doesn't mean he's got to continue to look like a hobo once he escapes. He's got to look charismatic to spark his rebellion and gain followers. He's allowed to shave, get a haircut, and get some new pants in his travels. It makes sense that he kept all of his shackles too, to use them as a costume of sorts to show people what they do to mages in Demacia, and how they can break free of the tyranny. I can understand and back his current appearance, because it makes sense once you remember he's no longer stuck in prison. Kai'Sa, conversely, was a 10 year old when she was thrown to the hellscape caverns below Shurima, that are infested with Void creatures. Even if she's currently not in those caves, there are still lifelong effects from her 10+ years surviving that would be present even if she cleaned up. First and foremost, she should have short hair or dreadlocks from not having the luxury of time and personal hygiene. Second, she should be deranged and mentally unstable from being alone with a symbiotic suit for a decade, and on the verge of multiple personality disorder. She should also be heavily scarred and ragged looking, because that kind of constant stress on the body, of always being hunted, would have taken it's toll on her looks long ago. She should also be slightly malnourished looking, and her skin should be sickeningly pale from not ever having seen the sun. So even cleaned up, she should have scars, pasty skin, mental instability, short hair/dreads, and bags under her eyes. There is no explaining away why she looks like a supermodel after the hellish life she's led underground.
Except for that logic you have to assume that Sylas HAS been out of prison for any significant amount of time but his biography merely states the events that caused his escape, not when they occurred. He is talking with Lux, who was a volunteer with the illuminators and also had enough influence not only to arrange meetings with him but also to smuggle him books...including a Tome. This means that Lux has enough influence to get access to a tome in the very anti mage country of Demacia (granted it's about magic dampening petricite but still) and also to arrange all of these meetings. My point is that Lux cannot have been of a child's age when she and Sylas met. There is not real definitive number on her age but most would say that she is between 16 and 20 years old. Considering that it also takes time to manipulate her to bring him the tome, he can't have been on the outside for long. Yes it says that he has traveled Demacia amassing exiled mages...but that can't be hard to do considering Demacia's treatment of mages AND how Sylas can sense magic within people. I'd say that Sylas has been out of prison for about a year...and the point is that a body like that CAN'T be made from skin and bones inside of a year, even if you dedicate every minute of it to working out. As far as your description of what Kai'sa "should" look like. Children's minds are far more resilient than most people credit them for. This is most notable amongst victims of child abuse who, while still can have after effects can often lead "normal" lives. On top of this, Kai'sa is not just a creature in the void. She is labeled the "fearless hunter of the void" and her symbiotic suit becomes attached to her after her FIRST encounter with a void creature who she kills with a knife. So yeah, maybe not a lot of scars, considering the suit which is "hard as steel to the touch" protects her. Her biography states that after the collapse she saw a light which she followed INTO the void. Since we have no idea what the void looks like, there COULD be a star or some sort of light source that can darken her skin just a bit (this is evidenced by the fact that every void creature has eyes, which would be pointless in a environment that literally lacks ANY light source). As for her hair being a tangled mess due to lack of hygiene, their should be water sources in the void that Kai'sa can use to wash herself hair included. Don't believe me? How is a 10 year old girl supposed to last as long as she has WITHOUT a source of water? Vel'koz's appearance is very reminiscent of a squid or octopus, water based creatures. In addition to this Kog'mow uses spit and bile as projectile weapons, meaning that water is present in his body. In conclusion, judging from the fact that Kai'sa is not a vitcim of the void, but a "hunter of " it, that she was only attacked once in her life without her protective suit, and that there is evidence to suggest that there is not only a light source in the void but water sources as well it is not technically impossible for Kai'sa to look like she does. Do I believe she should? Hell no. But if you want to use BS excuses to justify a literal hunk of man meat while telling us that Kai'sa is sexualized just cause (which she isn't even the worse cause of sexualization btw) then I sure as fuck can too

Sir, there is something you seem to forget, the majority isn't 4, there are 10 players in a game of league of legends....yeah doesn't feel good to get you're own logic thrown back at you does it? By THIS logic we need at LEAST SIX players to forfeit, meaning all members of one team PLUS one from the other team! That sounds like a marvelous idea!! DoN'T EnTer A GaME IF yoU Do NOt WanT tO PlaY iT Listen dude. I'm not saying that I don't want to play the game, BUT if I play 15 minutes of a game and I KNOW that we are going to lose, and THREE of my teammates know that we are going to lose, then we should have the right to concede that game. Similarly at 20 minutes if 3 out of 5 players want to give in they should be allowed to. I just had a game where one of our teammates didn't load in. His buddy was all like "Oh don't worry he is reloading in rn" and voted no on the remake...5 to 10 minutes later our akali finally loads in underfed as hell. Guess what? We lost that game. It took 40 minutes for us to lose a game that we knew we were going to lose five minutes in. Thats not fun. Thats not "teamwork" thats not engaging. It's a steamroller slowly closing in on your position and you want to run away but you can't cause some dipwad has strapped your legs together. Sure you can hobble and hop all you want but it is NOT going to work and you are going to die and all you are doing is prolonging the inevitable. Just...holy crap... the level of I.Q. in that comment. It hurts. This is a GAME. NOT A SPORT. Sure it can be played as a sport, but WE are playing it as a GAME. And the game is not like Call of Duty, or Battlefield, where you can be losing the entire game and still be having fun killing people left and right. No, in league the enemy gets fed as hell, leveled as hell, and aces your team losing only one guy in the process. Now I'm not saying that everyone should give up at first blood. As matter of fact, I am saying NOTHING about the decision process that goes into the idea of surrendering or not, all I am saying is that once a majority of players want to leave, they should be allowed to.

This is a tower *defense* game, not a towers *defend* one. They are supposed to deter enemies from engaging on you unless they are confident they won’t misplay, and to be a roadblock to minions so that they don’t instantly march down the lane to your base. If you make the final towers the strongest in the game, the game never ends. You already have the advantage of less space to cover to defend and closer fountain to heal and buy, you don’t need the structures to be the strongest on the field.
Except that no tower is actually a deterrent because they all do physical damage and so if someone slightly tanky decides to step in a take agro you are screwed.

: Why is it that football, chess, baseball, basketball and so forth have been around for so long and they don't need to change? They all still have players. They all still have fans. Give us more skins. Give us better graphics at a slow pace. Give us a new item or two occasionally. We don't need total champion reworks just tweaks. We don't need 400 new champions. We don't need ever changing runes and masteries. In fact why not just delete the runes? Counter play can be done entirely in the shop by counter building. Give us some more diverse starting options perhaps. We don't need constant summoner spell tweaks. We don't need counters to counter building. How does it make any damn sense to have items that completely negate counter building. If I build Armor and you build a pen item then I just have less armor, you have pen, and you have damage. How the fuck do I ever come out on top of that race?
Your analogy is flawed. "[Football, chess, baseball, and basketball] still have new players" "We don't need 400 new champions" -In this example a new player IS a new champion "We don't need total champion reworks just tweaks." -Except we still have a lot of old champions that are just that... old. They need to be updated more than just aesthetically. "Counter play can be done entirely in the shop" - What about level 1 though? When you don't have enough gold to counter build? "We don't need counters to counter building" -Except that we do. If Armor Pen and Magic Pen were taken out of the game then tanks would be flat out overpowered because they would be able to do damage without really taking any. Example: Lets say I am playing Malphite top, laning against a Trynd In order to counter build Trynd, I buy Ninja Tabi and Randuins Omen. *80 Armor = 45% damage reduction against physical damage *400 health *Negate an additional 12% of basic attack damage *Take 20% less damage from critical strikes *Slow his attack speed by 15% every time he attacks me Going against these stats anything Tryndamere builds is going to be inefficient gold wise The only way that making this idea of "no counter counter building" would work is with a rework on pretty much every item in the game
: This is Season 8...
*Plants - Not that random. There are set areas and times that they will spawn *Scuttle - Also not random *Loot boxes - It is random, but it doesn't affect the gameplay at all, and is earnable in game *0-10 banning system - You are wrong. No matter what, at least 5 bans will occur. At best, 10 bans will occur, on average about 7 or 8 bans happen. This is WAYYYY better than the "3 bans per team" system. Now everyone can participate in the banning phase and we get more bans for more champion. *in-game quests - Like what? As far as I know the only in-game quest is transforming gold income items into warding ones, and those aren't RNG.
