It seems like the client may have bugged, preventing you from sending/receiving messages. Do you have Low-Spec Mode enabled? Try disabling this setting and check if you load back into the client correctly by running a Practice Mode game and exiting the game.

Increasing Internet speeds does not necessarily mean that you will have lower ping. On occasions, higher bandwidth connections will have no effect on your ping. ---- Latency (Ping) is the time it takes to send data to another computer and receive a response. Latency can be affected by your computer's physical location from your router (primarily with Wi-Fi), or from the server you are communicating with. Additionally, sharing an Internet connection with multiple devices can increase latency as each device is sending data which could cause buffering, resulting in higher ping. ---- Because your increase in ping is minor, only by ~10ms, I would not worry about it being a glaring issue. I'd suggest trying to disconnect any devices on your Internet connection that may be streaming video/downloading files. These tasks can greatly increase latency on a router that may be unable to handle these processes without buffering. You can also refresh your router/modem through a restart and check for a change in your ping.

The champions that are marked for a discount will only reduce the RP price of the champion. The champion price in Blue Essence is unchanged during the champion discount.

As said above, Account Transfers are currently disabled as Riot are distributing Ranked Rewards. Unfortunately, there is no ETA on when transfers will be available to players. Hopefully, they will be available before the upcoming season, but Riot does not necessarily have a good track record on reenabling Account Transfers on time.

Since you said that you have not played on your account in years, it is most likely that your username was recycled and used by another player. You should be prompted to choose a new username when you open up the League client. However, if your username is not the only thing that has been changed, your account may, indeed, have been hacked. Contact Riot Support was the right thing to do; they will be able to assist in recovering your account.

Minions receive this "purple glow" because of Baron Buff. Baron spawns at 20 minutes in the top side river and gives the team that defeats it a buff that strengthens minions, giving them additional damage and health when someone with the buff is near a minion wave.

If you buy the chroma, you will be able to use it once you purchase the skin. Additionally, Prestige Edition skins are **NOT** chromas. They are standalone skins like the original True Damage Qiyana.

Have you asked your friend whether he received a skin or not? Check in the receiver's Purchase History/notifications to see if the skin shows up there. A client restart may also help in revealing the skin if you are unable to find it.

Extreme language/offensive remarks are usually the main reasons players skip chat restrictions. Keep in mind that you do not need to be reported for IFS to act on your account. Understand that you are more carefully watched after each ban, so there is no reason for you to continue being toxic if you want to keep your account. Whether its people you know or not, saying things in chat that is offensive may result in additional action taken on your account. ---- I'd suggest posting your full chat logs in a reply here or in the Player Behavior sub-board, and the community can judge whether you deserved the punishment or not. To start off, you should check if your Graphics Driver is up-to-date. Checking to see if your Graphics Card Driver is up-to-date can solve many issues occurring with your game.
