There is a window of time and X number of games which refreshes your punishments. It doesn't always have to escalate.

Also here is some advice: So next time you feel the odds are stacked against your, and YOU don't have the skill necessary to turn it around, just be calm and move on. Being keyboard warrior and raging at your teammates wont win you the game, and started over from honor 0 or level 1 is not fun.

Okay genius, how would you like to fight an early game mage with 60~80 AP at level 1? You realize that literally any AP Mid lane would one shot you with that much ap? Ekko's Q at level 1 would do 60 + (.3 * 80) + 40 (.6 * 80) = 192 damage. Which is 1/3 of someones health. At level 2 he would straight one shot any squishy. You are advocating for power creep. Who cares about keystones when they can get 36 AD or 60 AP for free? Runes require setup, and they scale with stats overtime to avoid this. We already saw the failure of free stats with conqueror. The reason it repeatedly gutted is because of how much it provides in the form of adaptive force and life steal.

Omnistone is supposed to influence the playstyle of the player, what you're proposing is in the complete opposite direction of what riot intended for this rune. Fixed stats are dull and unimaginative, and they don't add anything new to the mix. You will be overpowered early because you'll have way more stats then other laners, and fall off later because your rune doesn't scale. Its poor design. Maybe if the was something like: Omnistone provides a stack on fixed intervals (reduced by takedowns/assists) towards a random stat. If a stack would cause you to exceed a stat limit the stack will be moved towards the stat with the least amount of stacks. Additionally stats that are beneficial to your immediate situation will have a higher probability of being boosted. If you are consistently taking heavy magic damage: MR + If you are consistently taking heavy physical damage: AMR + If you are nuked too quickly: HP + If you are a tank: HP, MR, AMR + If you are winning lane: AdpF + If you are an ADC: AdpF, AS + If you are a mage: AdpF, CDR + If you are a jungler: AS + So on so forth. Gain a Stack: Every 90 seconds Takedowns: Reduce remaining timer by 10 seconds. Assists & Epic Monsters: Reduce remaining timer by 5 seconds. Large Monsters: Reduce remaining timer by 2 seconds. Base: Health: (Stacks) x 15 Adaptive Force: (Stacks) x 5 Attack Speed: (Stacks) x 10% Armor: (Stacks) x 10 Magic Resist: (Stacks) x 10 CDR: (Stacks) x 5% In a 20 minute game you'd have a 20~30 stacks if you played relatively well. Unless it wasn't until Rito started giving dmg, survivability, CC and mobility to every single champ. I think your argument is a bad one. First off, I didn't say "flaw" and instead explicitly used the term "weakness". Since his lack of mobility is a identifiable weakness. This paired with his low health pool makes it easy to burst him. Secondly, your comparing two completely separate categories of champions. The current roaster doesn't have tanks with long range cc because it hasn't been explored. Tanks thrive in the middle of the battle close to the enemy, they have the health pool to survive long enough to ensure that their CC is relevant. The marks are being global hasn't made much of difference for solo queue. Most people aren't waiting till someone teleport away or gets out of attack range to re-active a mark and use gravitums root. In practice most people want immediate results and dps. In pro play I think the global range will make a difference. Also if your going to complain about the "CC" you should at least point out the right combos. Infernum + Gravitum is the combo which actually creates problems for players in solo queue. Its an aoe mark, and a on click root. Rather then a slow skill shot which you need to reactive to apply cc to one person. Additionally, this isn't the first time riot has given CC to a ranged champion. Annie, Ashe, Jhin, Neeko, Swain, Senna, and Vayne have methods to lock down champions. Technically Senna's root is also global range cause it attaches onto the target similar to Aphelios, and the only added benefit Aphelios has is that he needs to manually active the root.

Think about it from a junglers perspective in solo queue. The chances that your mid and bot will react to dragon drastically varies. Also most junglers who solo dragon early will fall below half health making it risk enough to get killed and getting dragon stolen.

Akali could use just cooldowns. She could store 3 charges of her Q with a fair cooldown which is reduced when she hits someone with her empowered autos. The rest of her kit is fairly self explanatory as they could just increase the cooldown her abilities slightly to compensate for the loss of resources.

Honestly they made jungle more difficult and indirectly buffed anyone who has clear speed. The following champions were good before, but now they are mandatory for solo queue: {{champion:19}} {{champion:20}} {{champion:2}} {{champion:11}} {{champion:64}} {{champion:77}} These champions clear the jungle fast enough and healthy enough to gank and continue to farm. Their is lack of diversity as many of these champions are just hit fast and sustain. In this current jungle meta, you get punished for trying to take the advantage in the early game through ganks because of nerfed exp, and furthermore you get punished in the late game for letting scaling junglers out farm you.

Its difficult to prove trolls from bad players. I think Ranked Lock-Out periods would be a nice implementation to the game where players on losing streaks are blocked from playing ranked for a short period of time before being allowed to return. It will prevent both tilted players, and trolls which are 2 of the most common offenders in the ranked ladder for normal competitive players.

IF your playing a legit melee support you more then likely have CC. Just run the rune that heals your adc for % of your max health when you CC them. Then run second wind for self healing. Buy {{item:1006}} and you should be set. This is what I moved towards when they removed healing off relic items.

Hey OP, I've ran into this before, but they are very strict about ban removals. You have to prove that you weren't actually banned for proper reasons, and have everything line up. Otherwise they will simply tell you that you should make a new account and best of luck on the fields of justice. I'm speaking from experience. My OG account was banned for 3rd party software, and I have no idea why, and I attempted to get it removed, but they said unless their is definitive information to prove that it wasn't me, its near impossible to get that ban removed.

Honestly this season I feel like I'm being punished for ganking because I'm losing out on farming and laners are out leveling me. I had a game where I was 5 kills up and somehow I was still level 5 when laners were level 6~7. I dont understand how this is beneficial if I fall behind if I decided to come to lane. Honestly if junglers were rewarded with a bit of bonus exp for kills on champions it would be nice.
: I hope you understands how Yi works. He is a tank buster because: *If you build HP he shreds it with Bloodrazor+Guinsoo *If you build armor he does true damage with E. *So either way, he is meant to beat tanks really hard as are Vayne and Fiora. All 3 can shred tanks even when behind if they have their powerspikes: Guinsoo or Ravenous for Fiora. Do I think they have toxic designs that need nerfs? Sure. But as of now(and probably since forever) you don't really complain about them. It's how they work.
Considering how squishy YI is, it comes down to locking him down for a few seconds and nuking him to oblivion. Also building anti heal helps cause you can just out damage him when he trys to meditate.

The powercreep has become a bit ridiculous over time. Like I understand that they want games to close out quicker, but they are completely going overboard with double rift heralds, dragon execute, dragon souls, and dragon passives. Like Cloud Drake gives ultimate cooldown ontop of the existing cooldown cap which is at 70% with the ultimate hunter rune. If having 3 Cloud Drakes brought this cooldown any lower, ultimates will literally by spammable. Think about Katarina, Lux, and Veigar. Now cry.

Honestly it would have been a decent rune if it gave EMPOWERED Keystone runes of the existing runes. That way this rune can actually be used effectively. If its so inconsistent the least they could do is compensate with some better stats or some bonuses to offset the randomess. I also agree that dark harvest shouldn't be in the pool.

The 4 to 30 score seems much more frequent than Comebacks, or balanced scores (10 to 10)... Thing is, this occurs because 1 ally feeds and then brings the rest of the team down or 1 enemy gets SUPER fed and carries the rest of his/her team. The gold reward system they introduced (Kills = shutdown gold) helps a little bit but then sometimes it actually just fucks up your game cause' of the early game gold income. If you have an early game ADC who gets a few kills, but is behind in farm compared to the other ADC who is late game, then the late game ADC kills that Early game ADC, now not only does she/he have 10-20 more farm but also more gold from kills not actually putting her at an even level with that other early adc but actually far above. It doesn't consider early game champs in my opinion, it considers late game champs. A Vayne does bad all game, but then kills the enemy garen who is 7/0, she then becomes relevant again from shut down gold. At this rate, if both teams wanted to just avoid dying, 5 would go bot and 5 would go top to just race to the enemy Nexus to avoid the snowballing meta.
I feel like items and power scaling over the course of the game only does so much. If you are paired against strong players while your team is not on the same level, then no item will change the course of the game drastically. Overcoming larger gaps of skill is harder then closing gold gaps. Since time will equalize one of these things, while the other requires a multitude of games and a attitude of learning.

Since his damage is primarily centered around his stars, this is a major buff to his overall kit. Many players have requested that the toggle version of the W be returned to Sol's kit, however one of the biggest issue with that version of the ability is that Sol couldn't do much early. This version will allow a player to have periodic windows of burst while keeping the stars expanded like before. Additionally with the new portion of the passive sol can hit multiple stuns in a single fight if used properly. 10 Seconds CD on Q is reduced by 1 second for every star hit. If you increase the star speed and maintain proper range you should be able to cast Q rapidly. Q -> W -> Stars (3~6) -> Q -> W -> Repeat. Since one of Sol's biggest issues ATM is his inability to stick to a target with his stars, since they cant stay out for long periods of time.

I understand that learning how matches and teams are formulated can inevitable allow certain people to exploit the system. My concern is that it "FEELS" like certain matches are forced losses. The skill gap between the teams is beyond reasonable. Those matches where the enemy team or your team sweeps the match 4 to 30 or something ridiculous. It doesn't make sense why this would occur if their system is truly balanced. Saying its just pure coincidence seems a bit absurd to me.

Please hear me out on this. I personally like the change to Aurelion Sols W. In my opinion, landing a stun and immediately being able to hit an opponent with stars rapidly is nice. I think there is a good medium which can satisfy everyone. Players like myself who prefer Sols new early game potential, and players who want Sol's late game presence. The change I propose: Have Sol's W cooldown become lower with each point invested in the skill. At max skill level allow the player to recast the ability before the stars retract to extend the duration they are out and re-accelerating them. If it is not re-cast the stars will retract and provide the movement speed bonus. This may not be a toggle, but it will be a good middle ground for players like myself, and the OG Sol players.

I agree. I think they could balance it by reducing the number of spaces it hits when you have 2 hextechs. It should hit 1 hex with 2 hextech units, and then when you have 4 hextech units it should do what it is doing now with 2 hextech units.
