If you're not climbing its defintely not because of smurfs. yeah i wish dude. Idk what games ur looking at but I win most of the games im not vs a smurf and lose most of the ones I am.
: For Season 10 - Riot needs to be honest with themselves about the state of matchmaking.
I shouldn't have to win games vs smurfs to rank up. Nor should I lose lp if i lose. It doesn't make any sense. Even flex will give you reduced lp losses if the enemy team is severely overranked compared to your team.
: What exactly is Jax's weakness?
If the top laner doesn't show up to lane, jax cant get free kills off of him. Or just ban him. Meaningful counterplay doesn't exist here, its pretty much just bring 3 people to deal with him or just pray that he makes too many dumb mistakes before he hits late game (about 19 minutes)
: How exactly do you beat Ahri?
well for the first 6 levels you are melee vs ranged, which is never a good thing for the melee, especially vs someone like ahri. I mean it just sounds like you picked a bad champion into ahri. Kayle literally does not have the damage to trade vs ahri. Kayle doesn't have the waveclear either so you cant really stop the wave from crashing into your tower, which is when im guessing you got towerdived. Yeah idk sounds like a bad deal tbh. If you play kayle vs ahri again Id say you should take fleet footwork and start dorans shield or something like that. You cant really roam with or against her so you gotta stay in lane and farm which isn't really ideal. Its kind of like nocturne vs talon where noc can spellshield talon's abilities and prevent him from getting all 3 stacks on his passive. Its a good counter that you cant really do much about.

riot assigned forced demotion streaks. nothing you can do to avoid them, it just happens. Ive been demoted from d3 about 13 times this season and every time its just 15+ games in a row with trolls. No point in trying. Just spam games without caring and then eventually the streak will end and u will win 15+ in a row back to ur real rank. Just a thing we have to deal with in this bad game

you can hold shift like usual, but thats kind of annoying cuz you aren't playing tft to use both hands so :P might have to unclick the thingy in the options
: How to counter Talon mid
Nocturne mid. Spellshield his q when he jumps in and he wont get his passive proc on you, you can kill him very easily since he cant outrun ur q e. free lane until lvl 6 pretty much.

Excelent teamfight, pretty much the only reason I got onto my uni's league team. {{champion:103}} <- my first champion, obligatory recommend. {{champion:34}} <- sleeper op rn, difficult at first but you will do giga damage, her early is pretty good too, lots of pressure with q {{champion:245}} <- extremely strong, not TOO difficult {{champion:3}} <- S L E E P E R O P (ap version of course {{champion:38}} <- if you feel like afking untill lvl 16 every game. {{champion:56}} Not AP, but he has a lot of the things you were talking about. Honestly, I find champions like nocturne and sejuanni easier to play than nunu, but thats partially because I've only played nunu like 2 times so I find him really hard. I think he is a lot more difficult than many tanks in the game tbh.

: Nocturne combo advice please
That second combo sounds like the bortk build combo. Literally no point in using that combo unless ur not gonna kill ur target in the first 2 seconds, and if you are using ult on a target you cant kill in the first 2 seconds then ur making a mistake right out of the gate. Run Lethal Tempo, presence of mind, alacrity, the execution rune Then run domination and take the ult cd reduction and any other rune in the domination tree. warrior into duskblade into situational items. Ur ult combo should just be r q e while ur in ult, time ur spellshield so that you block either the most damaging ability or a cc ability (which can be hard, VERY hard against champions that cast their entire kit at once like malph). Maybe against champions like kai or vayne or anything that can move perpendicular to you really fast you MIGHT want to save q, and instead open with an E chilling smite so that you 100% hit ur q, but you would probably die since champions that you would do that to are cheesy 1 shot bots with every mechanic in their kit.

: I don't think this is proper math
I think it might be stacking multiplicatively which I think is how it works on summoners rift. .2*.5 = .1 .1+.5 base attack speed = .6 if it stacked additive it would = .7 I'm not sure which its supposed to stack with but I'm just laying out a possibility.
: Triforce is better for Ezreal Right now
Ezreal is the only adc that can utilize an armor item effectively considering the mana gauntlet gives scales with his manamune bonus ad, and offers the cd while being about 1000 gold cheaper than triforce. Its safe, gives ezreal cc, A R M O R which is crazy helpful when surviving assassin burst. Tri is really only reasonable if you are very far ahead and can poke safely. Honestly, they are different items that have different uses and comparing them is kind of hard considering that you build the items for different reasons against different comps. What I will say is that overall, iceborne is usually the more consistent option to go and I would highly recommend doing that. Oh, and I know GA is a thing but there is a reason you dont rush it vs even heavy ad teams. Even against full assassins its only ever really considered as a 3rd item, whereas iceborne is a viable rush item on ezreal (after flat tear) charm saphire is kind of a rough start, cant really think of a lane that wont pressure an ezreal hard early on but it is a really fast tear with tp. Still rough laning without the hp that dorans

I don't think first timing actually matters. Back in season early 5 when I started, I took viktor to ranked without playing him in normals and went 34-15ish wins/losses. Hell, this season with shyvana im like 6-3 already and I've never played her in norms. I mean honestly, most of the game is determined by ur teammates anyway so I think its a little wierd to be blaming the entire game on viktor alone. He was vs sylas after all, and sylas is very strong. Not to mention jarvan was paired with sylas, which is pretty much an instant one shot the second they go in. Our word of repayment will value less and less as it goes on. Ok, well idk where tf you live but I'm not sure you have ever had to pick between a public utility and a private corporation. All I have to do is point to municipal broadband vs private corporation. Private health insurance vs public options offered by both the government and my state government. Yeah, public non-profits are definitely different that private corporations, that's why I think they are better at providing certain services that private corporations fail to deliver on (internet, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, water and electricity). Ur talk about taxes is kind of cringe, I feel like you just looked up corporate tax rates without understanding why they are such a big deal. The big problem with them is that many corporations pay 0$ because they move certain assets of their company into countries with a 0% tax rate. This means they are basing their companies in the US, but they aren't paying anything in taxes. Usually they set up parts of their company in the Caribbean, Ireland, or the Netherlands, and put their manufacturing plants in Singapore, Vietnam or other eastern countries. This results in cheaper manufacturing, and thus cheaper prices usually but that is a completely different conversation and I don't think that cheaper prices is a justification to let them get away with paying 0$ in taxes. I don't care that they pay into charity, I think that taxes are more important, and through government more effective social programs can fill the role of charity. Ur wrong about lowering the corporate tax rate, the government took in even less in revenue (thus increasing this debt thing you care so much about) and most of the profits went directly to stock buybacks. Not R and D, not raising wages, not innovation, just to paying back investors. Hell, that's the reason those Boeing planes are so fked right now, the ceo didn't want to invest in creating a new plane to hold a new engine that airbus made cuz he wanted to pay his shareholders back. the rich earned their money? bro this isn't the hill you want to die on. the walton family hasn't done a single thing in their life, they just inherited their money from their father and are now the richest family in the world. Bezos created thousands of jobs... have you seen the working conditions of these companies? Jeff Bezos hasn't done jack shit other than employ people and pay them a fraction of the wealth they generate for his company. Don't use this meritocracy argument because its really dumb considering all of the confounding factors in the world that people have no control over. Like, if i get lucky in the stock market and cash in a million dollars, do I deserve the money more than someone who works 70 hours a week? absolutely not. I'm not saying that the person who works 70 hours a week deserves a million dollars but we should live in a country where he/she can be financially stable working the standard 40 hours a week. Again, you don't understand national debt so I'm not gonna bother engaging with you on that. And overall, raising the minimum wage doesn't usually raise prices. Small increases to the minimum wage keep prices where they are, meaning that there is some wage inefficiency within the market, meaning that employers aren't paying their employees a proper wage. Now in sates like Wisconsin where the minimum wage is 7.25, maybe 15 is too high to jump to initially, a better plan would be to raise it to 15 over a number of years but I don't think you are ready to have that kind of conversation. The rich will leave is such a dead argument. Did they leave during the Regan era where we had a marginal tax rate of 90%? no they didn't, they stayed in america. Debate over, stop necroing the same old talking points we have been hearing for years now. oh and your premise is wrong with that statement, they don't pay taxes anyway.

: You missed my point completely. Investing is fine. Thats not what I meant. In fact, subsidies and such are one of the reasons why we are in so much debt, but it is necessary sometimes. The Green New Deal calls for the ban of fossil fuels. 100% clean energy sources over 10 years. Sounds fine on paper, but this also calls for the government installing energy equipment in every home in the country, including training. Complete government control over energy. Yes, that is communism. My main point though, is that in order for all of this to happen, it must be paid for. Who pays for it all? Taxpayers. Taxes will go up, and thats not good. Some people will be fine with it, but not most of America. I certainly won't. Not because I'm greedy, but because I can't afford higher taxes. It sucks. I know. If I was making 70grand a year, I would gladly hand over money to help out. Its the same fight over tuition for all. You just can't pay for it.

I live in a place where the government provides water and electricity, and we pay SIGNIFICANTLY less for both of those things than if we were to go through a private corporation. Whats so bad about the government installing solar panels on houses lol? the increase in taxes necessary is cheaper than installing them yourself. Also, the government has complete control over law enforcement in our country, does that mean the police is communist? or how about fire stations, is the fire department communist? or how about any government agency without a private equivalent, is that communist? idk communism they way you are describing it seems pretty decent. Government agencies are usually non-profit so all of their income is dedicated to purely service, and wages, without the profit motive they tend to provide better service at a lower cost, just like how municipal isps are always better than comcast, charter, time warner, verizon etc. Oh, a lot of these changes can be done if we tax the rich more. corporations in America don't pay taxes in America a lot of the time. Perhaps we go back to the regan era where we had a 90% marginal tax rate, that should be able to pay for a big part of it. Not to mention that the government can issue out bonds for extra money, then pay it back with interest at a later date. LIke i said, japans debt is 3x more than their gdp, and they have had no repercussions whatsoever. You keep saying debt as if its a bad thing, for individuals it may be but debt for a country isn't the same thing as debt for an individual, its a completely different dynamic.
: How can you guys still play ranked and not go insane ?
Your premise is incorrect, you are assuming that we aren't insane

: You're certainly not wrong, AOC jr. But heres the issue. You can't just throw the government into everyone's lives like that. That's called communism. It has to happen naturally. Companies must innovate to move "green" and eventually, for example, everyone will be driving electric cars. Doing this by force through the government, will make life miserable. Then you rely on the government. You will have less freedom. We have already started phasing out gasoline, thanks to Tesla (and others). The government cannot do this forcefully like "The Green New Deal". I'm sorry, but noone can just dive into it like that. The US is already in too much debt, and the only way to do this is to massively increase taxes. Most of the countey cannot afford increased taxes.

Most of the countey cannot afford increased taxes. ... japans national debt is 3x their gdp but they are fine. This Austrian model of monetary theory has been proven false time and time again so this debt fear thing is overblown. Dude, I don't know if you understand this or not, but almost every big innovation in recent history was invested in by the government. Silicon valley is a good example of this. The green new deal wasn't even a policy, it was a resolution that congress would start investigating different ways they could pass legislation to reduce carbon emissions and invest in green energies. IDK what you mean by "throw the government into peoples lives" but pretty much every single safety regulation is the result of government interfering in peoples lives. Lead wallpaper? government fixed that. FDA preventing companies from putting harmful contents into food and other products, government did that. Police, fire departments, roads, highways, infrastructure, housing projects, fuel efficiency standards, government did all that too. Government is an important part of life and instead of trying to kick it out of our lives we should be utilizing it to make positive change. I'll just disregard your whole communism spiel because its woefully uninformed and presents a 1 dimensional view of government. I don't know what you mean by happen naturally either, we are on a ticking clock right now and waiting for elon musk to don his superman costume and snap his fingers to solve worldwide problems aint gonna happen. Also tesla receives a lot of government subsidies, not to mention electric car owners receive a rebate from the federal government in order to encourage the swap to electric cars. Is that communism too or?...
: I'm curious. As a Science believer how many Genders are there? How many Sex's are there?

As a Science believer how many Genders are there? How many Sex's are there? you have no sense of irony do you?, you def watch ben shapiro xd. sex is biologically determined by a combination of different factors, gender is how we perceive ourselves through sex. Gender is often put into a context of societal expectations of male and female so it can mean very different things depending on which culture or society is in context. From what I understand gender is bimodal with most people identifying as male and female, but there are people who exhibit a preference for characteristics of the opposite gender of their sex resulting in them occupying somewhere in between male and female. Regardless of ones gender identity its important to teat people equally so this whole conversation doesn't even matter, I love the pivot though, you have nothing to say about ANYTHING when it comes to climate change so you change topics to something you remember all the talking points to xd. This is such a pointless conversation to be having you are out of your depth friend. I'm ending this conversation now, you have nothing important to contribute
: The first thing you need to under stand is that the climate CHANGES. It has in the past and it will in the future, with or without humans. > the right wing Brazilian government has allowed farmers to burn the thing to the ground, thereby exacerbating climate change OH? and what do those farmers plant? Rocks? No they plant PLANTS lol. Also the Right are not the Science Deniers, we just like facts. And ALOT of the "science" that is claimed behind "global warming" is made by biased scientists.

No they plant PLANTS lol. > > Also the Right are not the Science Deniers, we just like facts. And ALOT of the "science" that is claimed behind "global warming" is made by biased scientists. sure, the climate changes, that's not the debate we are having right now. The debate is on how long we have until carbon in the atmosphere traps enough heat to make crops unable to grow, wildlife unable to live, and areas previously housing billions of people uninhabitable due to droughts or sea level rise. ..................... they burn down the forest so their cattle have more room to graze........... not plant plants. Uhh, no, if you think there are facts that oppose climate change then ur not on the team. Please don't use this "liberal bias" argument against science, it makes you look REALLY bad. Maybe if the most educated of us say something is wrong, our first response shouldn't be to run to sean hanity and look for whatever "scientist" ( all of the ones who deny climate change have financial ties to oil companies, are not climate scientists ((usually engineers)), or have previously supported tobacco companies by claiming that smoking doesn't cause lung cancer) will misinterpret studies as a pr stunt to make their companies look better. It is utterly UNDENIABLE that climate change is happening. The only times scientists have been uncertain about something with climate change is when it ends up being much worse than they previously thought. IDK how you can possibly think in 2019 that scientists are banded together in this broad conspiracy to increase their funding for... research? Scientists don't just pocket research grants dude. No, no, don't ever say the right uses facts again please. Cut the ben shapiro, unsubscribe from steven crowder. ditch jordan peterson. god forbid that you fall down the rabbit hole into the ethno-nationalist community. You should do actual research on the issue of climate change before you use talking points like that https://climate.nasa.gov/ here this will help^

: Does anyone actually get enough orange essence to redeem skins?
I feel like the amount of orange you get for disenchanting has been reduced over the months, idk if thats actually the case but I remember being able to redeem more skins from buying boxes than buying them outright.

Not once has any crisis been solved by making small immeasurable changes that only serve to inconvenience yourself as an individual. Only through large systematic change will we fix the problems of today.
