You remove fractions of a second off by interrupting lock out. Riven can do this multiple ways, but most champions with an AA modifier has the ability to cancel animation lock out of many animations. Why is it done? To get rid of animation lag on her abilitys. That's it. The animations do become more clustered but they still exist, she's starting a dash, the Ki blast blasts out, her Sword enhances and grows larger. The animation lock outs are removed, the ability effects and animations are not invisible. Hit R, Buff applys, interrupt the remaining lock out animation with a command. Q has been used for mobility, interrupt the remaining animation. At no point is the impact of her animation canceling making the animations not show up visibly, if you need her to stand still in lock out to realize what skill she uses, that on you. Kiburst, R1 R2 Q1-3 and Dash all have very clear indications of what's being used if your paying attention. If you don't, that's not the champions fault but yours.

Remember when Tahm Kench was unique and special for having a 25 minute voiceover? "Hey we have the tech/money to do this thing. Lets do it over and over and over and over and over and...." A lot of characters would benefit from a 3 minute maximum VO length. Ezreal's old VO honestly said everything you'd need to know about his character. Sure they could've made some more interactions with like, Zoe ("I've never heard of you. And youre way too old for me."). A Sylas Interaction wouldve been funny too, but the timeline doesnt work out unfortunately.

The shield is to protect you from enemies outside of the bubble, or if they evaded the bubble because of its very long warning period. Not to mention if your Ult travels through the bubble, you still get the shield. There's a number of situations in which you'll be in the bubble but miss the stun. Essentially, makes Parallel Convergence more reliable as a defensive tool without making Ekko invulnerable for 5 seconds

Shes ridiculously strong in the right hands, especially in coordinated teams. A lot of people aren't used to high learning curve supports though, and Yuumi proved release-taliyah levels of bad or worse under 5 games, and Release Xin-Zhao levels of broken once you got 20+ games and figured her nuances out.

Comebacks arent something that happened regularly enough to make it worth it. What the plating was introduced to do, was reward early aggression that doesn't translate into significant tower damage so that a team that gets an advantage has the gold to reflect it. Essentially, a game thats already decided ends faster so players arent sitting there for 20+ minutes with roughly 12% chance of something going in their favor leading to a win, that never happens, and then losing anyway. Quality of games, both viewing and playing, have drastically improved because of Plates. I think this, general player feedback says this, Riot's internal data says this.

Check the actual indicator first before calling something a bug; Also keep in mind range can be deceiving; Auto attack range are Edge to Edge but some spells are center-to-center. Being that Ki burst is an AoE its probably Center-to-center or Edge-to-center; Gromp's large hitbox means your autos can hit it 20-ish units closer than W will, if this is the case. Which means its lacking game knowledge and practice, rather than a bug.

Thats what Chromas were, originally, too; Updates to older champions and variations on base models. Like Garen Noble, or Bioforge Darius, to give players a reason to use the base/older skins. At some point Riot mustve realized they could make 8 Chromas for a $15 skin instead of making 3-4 for a champion or an old $4 skin and then decided "eh, why give anything to older or under-played champs? Just make more Lux recolors and lock two of them behind a $120 loot system. Jarvan literally radiates so much light that it protects his body Lucian wields magic rocks that are totally not guns and shoot pure light Vayne summons bats and turns into a shadow Galio is a giant walking statue (that Riot seems to think Sion is the size of; He's not. Galio is dozens of times taller and maybe a couple thousand times more massive) Quinn talks to birds Poppy is a fairy Sona plays a death instrument and makes no sound herself, ever. Also she FLOATS. Fiora can apparently bend space and time - or rather, reflect the bending of it around her. Most everyone in Demacia is pretty blatantly magical, the whole idea was really stupid from the beginning and forced as part of "DUDE ANTI MAGE" narrative for Galio's VGU (Which he doesnt even fit that identity anymore lmao, mostly builds armor)

: Um not really, yes double long sword would be higher dmg if you went back and didn't have enought money for {{item:1037}} (that's why is a better build path), otherwise {{item:1037}} and {{item:1036}} have the exact same gold efficienty. And in terms of AD, both {{item:1037}} and {{item:3133}} have the same stat of 25 AD, so no, not really a "huge" buff of an item or damage boost.

We really don't need ANOTHER source of CDR in the game. there's already excessive CDR bloat, especially certain items gaining it from absolutely nowhere ({{item:3194}} {{item:3071}} {{item:3001}} ) Archangel functioned just fine back when it had the ideal buildpath of a giant stat stick {{item:3070}} {{item:1058}}

You're right, Mundo can 3 shot you... if again you've been afk for the first 15 minutes of the match, he maxed Q, and built magic pen. You're right, an 0/2 Nunu can one shot juggernauts... if said nunu has been building full damage and the juggernaut has been afk for the first 25 minutes of the game. And he can stun whole teams... if they all stand in the exact same spot and don't try to dodge his snowball. As for malphite, I mean, yeah he can build ap/ magic pen and possible assassinate an adc, but if he does that he's not exactly a tank anymore, he'd be pretty squishy.

Volibear can one shot juggernauts? He IS A juggernaut so youre saying Volibear can one-shot himself? Interesting. Mundo is also a juggernaut, not a tank, by the way. Malphite builds like a Burst Mage, plays like a Burst Mage, and gets kills like a Burst mage (aka by pressing R at max range and then mashing the keyboard). AP Malphite is not a tank anymore than Frozen Heart rush Pyke is an assassin or AP Kennen is a Marksman. (Notable exception; Full tank build Veigar is still a burst/zone mage.
