Poison does not disable a team, poison increases the mana costs of units up to 50%? Unit priority is always based on proximity, if you do not know how to position, then of course a Singed can waltz right in and never leave or be focused.

The champion consist of really divided player base, some believe he should be bruiser, some assassin, some tank respectively with laning as top mid and jungle. Combining this with the fact that most of the voices you hear being those who don't play Wukong, you have a division on which version of Wukong was better. The only thing you can be sure of is that Wukong players will tell you that the Meddler's Wukong changes were the worst ones. The ones who defended it are the ones who see a change and instantly think it is good because they've never had to struggle with using Wukong against actual matchups.
: meddlers version is overall stronger/better and more interesting. riot lutz version removes 90% of wukongs damage to turn him into some tanky bruiser without fixing any of his issues. he'll still have a kit that wants him to play like an assassin. but without the assassin damage. i do like the ult change but overall i'd rather wukong be a tricksterish/assassin-ish champ. we already have multiple bruisers who'll do his job better if we go with lutz version. i like meddlers version more. if there is anything i'd take from lutz it'd be the passive bush shield and place it on meddlers version.(and lutz ult changes;i don't know why lutz didn't just copy meddlers clone mechanics;if something is good borrow it)

If anything Meddler's version removed MORE damage from Wukong than Lutz's current numbers. If you even played Wukong you would know that Meddler's wasted a lot of his power budget into his Q range passive that you generally won't be able to take advantage of to begin with. The moment you try to get into a slap fight with someone as Wukong, you are at a disadvantage. A range difference of 125-175 is extremely hard to capitalize on and already leaves you hugely open to counters. From what I saw, Lutz's version only removes some damage from Q-less than how much Meddler's edition did-ad changes E to magic damage. That's clearly a 90% removal in damage. Go play some Wukong and get educated on the champion(both reworks too) instead of making a fool of yourself claiming things that are not even remotely accurate.

It'd hurt champions with: - High sustain (since they'd effectively be "capped") - Tanks by limiting their health early on and reducing the amount they can tank overall - Squishy champions by limiting their already low health pool even further It'd also be a direct buff to Ignite which is already one of the most common and strongest spells in the game, and it'd also turn Morello's/Executioner's into must-have purchases every game. Even if the amount of reduced health had a cap, I still think it might be too good to pass up since HP is so important.

I'm not seeing how this would make GW a must-buy every match unless the numbers were something huge like 50% of the damage dealt. Along with the fact that recalling removes it, there isn't anything overbearing. Either there is misunderstanding, or you've taken 100% as the number in consideration, but a reference to how another game handles their own system of injury and wounds should clear it up. Well it was a buff to the afk method of staying on one person only and because most people who play Yuumi are noobs and follow that playstyle, it skews the results. Those who used to take more risks and are able to use Yuumi with skill are few in number thus have less of an impact.
