If you are not having fun and are feeling frustrated/drained after playing; go uninstall, take a break, come back in a few months. Not much will have changed and if something did, it doesn't really matter... you won't be missing out. 7. If somebody is inting in your game and "ruining" the game for you, just go afk. You dont need this shit in your life, and a potential 14 day ban is probably worth the energy saved by getting through that shit game anyway. Use that energy for something else.

A smart team will back off when he ults someone. And by doing this, they can prevent enemy engage and punish them for doing so. Besides, if he kills someone, he steals part of their core stats, meaning that he will not be easy to kill. Just look to an example of strong Juggernaut, Aatrox. He can 1v5 and still survive if played right.

If Vayne buys PD, it is only a 12% bonus MS. For Rapidfire and Statick she gets 5% MS for each one of them. Even if she built all 3 (which doesn't really happen), it would only be 22% MS. So it would give in the best case scenario a 1.54% + Flat 6.3 (Vayne Ult) Bonus MS. Do you know how much the old Celerity gave? 1.5% bonus MS, from the start of the game, with no restrictions (and we don't have to mention the bonus adaptive stats). Old Celerity was a top tier rune, picked by both Casters and ADCs. The current one... is only good for already really fast people (and they don't really need it).

: I personally think that Conqueror does not need the healing on top of also giving stacking adaptive damage and true damage once stacked. This iteration is similar to Fervor (except it's now adaptive and gives more damage). Fervor didn't need healing for its users to deal sustained damage.
It also used to give more AD and that was before runes reforged. All the other keystones got more power draw to them, it's only natural that Conqueror/Fevor is also stronger.

About Yasuo: a good way to nerf him is to take away his last buffs (Q damage and Base AD). That would put him back where he was before the previous crit item changes I believe. About Conqueror: It seems that you guys nailed it. This ramping/stacks mechanic is way better than the current one and shoud have been in its place since the beginning. Now some caster bruisers (like Rhaast) will be able to use it better.

It's been 5 years by now, it's time to move on and deal with it. I don't like playing against Malz or Pike, but I respect the fact that these champions have their weaknesses and I am the one who should change and adapt.

Nasus is not a late game champion tho, unless with late game you mean +100 minutes. He spikes at mid game and proceeds to fall afterwards due to ADCs and some mages scaling harder than him. Yasuo's case is more about runes and early game buffs breaking his early, allowing him to be actually strong there.

I've talked about this last post, but I don't think that the new Phantom Dancer coming next patch should have just 30% attack speed. Zeal items usually have AS as their main stat and Crit Chance as the second, and I don't find healthy for a item to have less than 30% of its cost weighed on its main stat just so it can have a strong active/passive effect, specially on a item that was meant to be rushed. What if the Lifeline shield was reduced to 200~500 based on level (instead of 240~600) and the AS was increased to **at least** 35%?

About the crit items changes on PBE, more specifically the one on **Phantom Dancer's attack speed** {{item:3046}} : I believe that changing its value from 45% to 30% might be a bit too much. That's a 1/3 decrease and it would give less attack speed than Berserker's Greaves ({{item:3006}}). Not only it alienates this item from its current users, but it also makes it unattractive for other champions, since the Lifeline shield might be not enough to compensate its low stats. I know that these changes are still on PBE and further ones might come throghout the cycle, but my suggestion is to either increase Phantom Dancer's price and attack speed, as it was suggested before, or reduce the Lifeline's shield power in order to increase the attack speed. There might better solutions, but I really think that it should give more attack speed than 30%. In any case, thanks for the attention.

: 90 second cooldown that isn't affected by active item CDR and the shield only lasts 2 seconds. It protects the ADC against burst damage on a similar cooldown as an ult, meaning it won't be up in every encounter.
I am more annoyed about the low attack speed. 30% is less than {{item:3006}}'s.

I think we need AP items that focus on sustained or/and ramping damage and sustain, items that are good for champs who like to stick but garbage on bursty ones like Kat and Ekko.
