9/10 New Set of Skills [P] Knowledge- Julius gathers the mana consumed nearby to unleash the power of your Grimoire. Once fully charged, the Grimoire opens, allowing you to read the spells within for some seconds. This empowers all your basic abilities for a duration. [Resource] Julius is a Manaless Champion, sort of. His mana is capped at (x), and starts at 0; [Max Mana] growing with levels. His [Mana Regen] and [Mana] Spent from champion around him fill the Bar until Max. Applying [P]. [Q]: Acerbic Voice: Julius lets out a assertive shout at a target. Dealing [Adaptive] Damage to the target and those around it, [silencing] everyone hit. (This ability is not a projectile and is unblockable.) **The Cool Down on this ability jumps up to 2 seconds after using [W,E] even if it was off cooldown.** [W]: Words of Assurance: Julius affirms words of protection in front of him in waves for 3 seconds. Before decending at the Fountain (No matter where he is on the map)

And after it hits the cap Grimore opens up and the passive can be used for a duration. Until it gets to 0... also draining slowly for windows of opportunity. Like Gnar mixed with Shyv. Even If the mana drains slowly, the the Ult should still be able to activate during this phase. Maybe there should be a glowing mana bar to indicate your in "The Mode", so to speak.

I think the Ult is fine. Trydemere is a character based off of the CEO of right games or something so it makes sense. Just like Ryze is, and he got 6 ranks on his Q and 2 points in his Ult...

I got to admit, I like where you went with pretty much the whole hit. though I think you should've did something like this to the (Q) Morde can activate (Q) up to 2 extra times after the 1st cast, ramping up damage per hit. anytime after the 1 (Q) Morde can hold (Q) to charge up a knockback, automatically placing the skill on cooldown. Also, the knock-back... or held (Q) attack still deals the ramped up damage it had before ending
: I'm very confused with the ramping up and preparing a spell aspect. Could you expand upon it more? Are you just emphasizing her 3-Spell Passive? Other than that I think this would be a good starting point for a Sona Rework. A suggestion from me would be what if her Abilities (only Q-W-E) did different things depending on the pattern you play to the 3rd ability (the 'high note' you mentioned.) Defining the specific ability/buff with sequential abilities "adding" or "ramping up the note" based off of the starting spell you use. (Examples down below) **Example Passive:** Sona prepares to play her 1st tune when casting a fresh ability, each ability within **x seconds** will buff her final 3rd tune in its own unique way. Each buff has its own unique sequential order. **Examples:** Q+Q+Q Q+W+Q Q+W+W Q+W+E and so on In total, and if I did my math right, Sona would be capable of doing 45+ Unique 3rd Spell Abilities/Buffs, though we don't need to have that many spells fixed into 1 kit. Plus it would take an insane amount of time to learn all of them by heart, and incredible game knowledge to know when to use each Unique Spell. Plus I don't think Riot wants to make 45 or so new spells JUST for 1 champ xD. --- With this passive and the passive from your example, this would make Sona an "interesting champion." Yes, it would be difficult for someone who's new to the game or plays league very casually to actually get the correct combo down with my example passive. However, I do think that it would leave room for cool "creative ideas" in Sona's kit. Plus you wanted Riot to really emphasize her as an Enchanter, here's room for more supportive spells, unlike the ones that can be pressed once and either heal everyone for 100K hp or damages enemies for 20K. If looking through my example passive, Riot could design her abilities to be the "pseudo-ultimate" abilities instead of other supports such as Janna, Brand Support (kms), Raka, and Rakan. Also, I would recommend just dumbing down my passive to a manageable amount of abilities/buffs. And when I mean pseudo-ultimate I mean abilities that could affect a team fight in a way that won't be so one-sided, and not make it too broken. You passive example is actually a great idea in my opinion. All Riot would have to do is make it so that the 1st each skill gets stronger in scaling after cast, with the 3rd being empowered. Simple, effective. Afterwards i feel as if all skills should go in a medium to low cooldown though.

: Well, before you clarified that it was to be a minimum threshold, and not an increase as it was worded, it made no sense to give soraka even more value on her heal. As a minimum though, it just doesn't make sense. At worst it rewards her for not leveling up her W, or being underleveled/behind in general. At best it's useless because she's already healing far more than 10% max health per W. Then you have to worry about heal/shield multipliers, health stacking allies, spirit visage, etc. IMO the best way to buff Soraka in terms of her sitting-duck-itude would be to increase the speed she gains from her Q.

Ok cool. That was explained very well and makes sense for the most part. I just thought it would be cool to see a Yasuo version of a Heal/Shielding support... like a Hyper support if you will. As for the movement speed, where does Riot draw the line on mobility and start making slow, but tanky/sticky champs? Offensively, I'd like to see more Champs like Darius and Illaoi; where mobility is sacrificed for being able to do damage and be durable in fights. For supports, well, I love all the supports so idc what they release. But personally, one with alot of Utility and Defense with low attack/mobility and average CC would be cool to see. Riot gets very creative in the Champions IMO so we'll see what the future holds!

Im surprised nobody commented on this concept before I did. I up-voted it a few days ago but with my work schedule, I never got into a review. I just want to say this is an Awesome Concept in my opinion. I like the fact that a Warden/Fighter has the ability to make impassible terrain and interact with it. It reminds me of Trundle meets Jarvan/Azir. I got a small visual on how I personally would play the champ. Using W->Q combos for engages and W->E combos for zoning during laning phase. I really don't like to critique much on the boards, but rather suggest. The only thing I think would be a cool (and fairly new) idea would be that the bonus damage on (Q) with his shield up should do high burst depending on the shields strength, but looses the shield upon landing against champions. So it would be like a give-and-take move that has a bit of draw back. If this were the case It would mean enemy players can lessen the blow of the (Q) by harassing, but if they don't completely destroy the shield, they'd take a bit of bonus damage on top of the normal damage it does. : Finished up with the Celes changes a little bit ago, but forgot to mention it. In essence, it's the changes I highlighted in the last post, and now Celes players have to gauge whether the extra killing power is worth sacrificing some defensive and chasing utility. As for stuff that wasn't mentioned in the previous post, I've changed Celes' Q so it cannot crit. Sorry, but if it's capable of dealing true damage, it can't crit or that becomes broken.
What's up Yousosmart. I know this is a bit late but sometimes I just like to browse old concepts that I think were pretty cool. I just want to give my 2 cents on a change I noticed... I think you should've kept the old Malefic Strike. I liked the way it gained range only went Ebonmere was active and I think that opened up alot of Ebomere combos which were pretty cool. The concept was so detailed I could imagine a (E), and when hit confirmed, pressing (W),(R),(Q) for a dashing attack dealing massive damage. Just wanna know, what made you switch it up?. : That would be called third party software, and is against Riot's ToS, and will get you permabanned. Also be careful about changing any files as well, as that can also result in a ban. A little bit of self control goes a long way. Unless you're planning on going pro, and you're trying to get to challenger so people will give you a chance, just try to enjoy the game. Losing sucks, but it's just a game. Requeue and enjoy the next one. No need to get mad. And yes, if anyone is toxic to you, mute them and be sure to report them after game so nobody else has to deal with them

Hey, what's up man. I've read a few of your concepts and just thought I'd give you my thoughts and a few ideas that may help. I love where you were going with the (Q) and Passive abilities. Rite of Transference seems like a move that has **A LOT** of potential so I want to give my 2 cents. * 1st, I think upon initial cast (like when the circle 1st comes up) it should create a barrier for the 1st 2 or 3 seconds that enemies can escape by any means. The barrier could be represented by power springing from it like this https://sociorocketnewsen.files.wordpress.com/2016/02/me-3.png?w=580&h=325 * Afterwards, the barrier fades and Rite of Transference remains on the map, maybe with small flames coming from it (but deals no damage). This should count as the Flaming AOE towards your passive. >This could reward you for landing a (Q) on a target by setting up combo's during the inescapable wall. Then, further set up mana regen by simply walking over you're (Q). _If you're feeling defensive, simple set a (Q) near yourselve and farm safley while regaining mana. For offense, try to land a (Q) on an enemy champion._ * Lastly, I think that in the later ranks of the ability cool down of the ability and the duration of which it lasts should overlap. Allowing you to cast another (Q) while the 1st one is still on the map. Casting (Q) while it's already available will simple take away the 1st circle and make a new one at a different location, reseting the inescapable wall for 2-3 seconds. So you'd be able to (Q)->(W)->Basic Attack and get the full bonus if pressed swiftly enough. In my personal opinion, the (E) is a little out of place since I dont really like swords on mages unless they're spell blade type characters. I think you should try to work around your (Q) more, even though my opinion is a little 1-sided. My suggestion: >Makenna summons a demonic entity (which would look like a shadowy or spectre version of Khurtz) at her (Q)'s location that springs up and searches for a nearby **Champion**. All targets that are in the (Q) upon the summon, are knocked up and take (x) magic damage. After finding a Champion target, the entity rushes to them and explodes, dealing AOE magic damage and fearing them for (x) seconds. The summon waits in the circle until (Q) is over or another (Q) is cast. Like I said, this is just an idea to bring Khurtz more into the gameplay, I hope some of my Idea's help.
