Getting super overcompensated for having her damage come out at End of her auto attack like most melee auto attacks that arent yasou and riven. The same thing as Jhin getting Over compensated for his auto attack speed being fixed but its fixed to scale as fast as any other adc who builds 2 attack speed items. They have several options Gut his ults base damage and and make him have to scale into it. Gut his ults scaling and make it bad past mid game. In exchange he needs to get his short Q aoe back. His W Scales with bonus ad again but less Base speed. His E can can wave clear again. Let his passive work like it did before damage champions shouldnt be able to cry its hard to kill people with the most damage in the game and numerious saftey functions and get them gutted. They can also remove the True damage Exicute from his ult (the part where it outright kills you below a threshhold and doesnt account for resistances or shields) and make it physical damage. its not bad idea or at least let it have to factor in shields

500 base 100% ap ratio 40 second cooldown before Cdr. and ap is easily 3.5 times ad (for adcs and for fighters its 6 times fighters who have worse damage items and have to buy defense) and magic resist is at best 0.6 to armors 1.

Blitz wasn't not strong (in that he didnt need the hook range increase) they just fucked him by removing his ranged ult passive so he loses out on damage when engaging as a tank/ fighter not just fishing for hooks. Which is already not a popular playstyle for blitzcrank even though its decently relevant if your allies arent brain dead and back you up instead of letting you run ahead alone and when you get close enough to cut your hook range in half making it 30% easier to hit but you dont have the damage to do anything because your allies sat back then they flame you for running in alone as if your job isnt to start the fight and their job isnt to be near enough to react to the start of the fight. the nerfed his ult to require auto attacks and didnt buff the damage or frequency feeding into the bad blitzcrank play of blowing your load as soon as you start fighting.

You seem to have forgotten the entire adc roster. Trundle relies on Running around the enemy for superior positioning while using the pillar to bounce them to help that. If mundo doesnt have any interactive mechanics with his cleaver then either does champions like Xerath or brand.

Like garen,darius and renekton all build 2 or 3 ad item then full tank. Actually most top laners do that. Fiora in some cases does that. Like go and actually play the game.
By op this season you mean in a decent place last season. No Fighter player wants to build defensive items they just have to because they will be instagibbed. They still are for the most part when they build defensive items some times they get to run away and recall to base.

Unless something changed in the last 3 months manaless chapions cant stack tear items. Tear items stack by using spells that cost mana. Which is Why Making Kassidin's W cost 1 mana was a massive buff to Kassidin when before it didnt cost mana because it was a spell that let kassidin regain his mana. Even if Mana Less champions could stack tear items they still wouldnt benifit from it because the item gives Champions stats based on their mana pools (which they have none of ) not how much mana they have built

I cant fathom why id ever go {{item:3285}} on Lux Nothing lives through her damage combo and she only has mana problems because her cooldowns are so dam low. having a massive mana pool and a broken amount of refund on the item while its the Third biggest ap item in the game assuming you have mana pool Is really good for her. By your logic you should delete everything that isnt the literal best items in the game and lock anything that isnt optimal for characters. Choice matters. Both what is strong and what style of game you want or find works or is best to play. riot seems to have forgotten that and only focuses on the Esports or caitering to mage and adc mains because they buy the most skins (because riot both giga buffs those champion their items and works more diligently making their skins better quality.)

The Once every 180 seconds you get one empowered minion and voidlings that steadily attack towers combo certainty was causing TOO many problems. walking up a lane where the entire enemy team can see you clearing them minions to slowy get to their tower.

You either auto attacked them until they died (which would take a while) or you pinged for an auto-attacker or true damage dealer to handle it {{champion:157}} and his wind wall are an example of unhealthy. Big difference between mildly annoying and "oh come on, not again" Mages were known for their waveclear (which marksmen, assassins, auto attackers and specialists have come to match or exceed anyway) and so, it gave you ONE minion to deal with Checks and balances are healthy. You sacrifice mid to late game gold to have a tool to use against magic damage champions and it can provide a minor split push bonus that will just get eaten by a tower in one or two additional shots and then you have what Riot seems to insist on making lately, "overtuned and under-specialized" Compare Blitzcrank and Pyke. Blitzcrank has his hook and only his hook (which they buffed in the most drastic of ways) and pyke is a champion that can turn 375 gold into 975 gold if luck/teamwork allows it, can turn invisible, has a hook, has a close range bonus damage, regens up to 60% of all damage taken at a time (which is not affected by {{summoner:14}} for some reason) here is the work that they did on the item: patch 8.11 changed effect to 70% reduced damage (though the wiki says only from champions) ; changed to show promoted minion as a larger icon on the minimap...why...just why ; #oh, here's a MASSIVE ONE : promoted minion deals 100% bonus damage to turrets patch 8.12 : reduced resistances to 40% patch 8.13 : removed The new balance teams makes a mockery of all the work that the original put into the game #THEY BUFFED THE ITEM TO RIDICULOUS PROPORTIONS AND THEN SAID "WELP, WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, BYE BYE!" in the span of one month...they destroyed and deleted a fun and well-known item funny thing, it was never documented ANYWHERE that minion damage was doubled against turrets, it just suddenly showed up in 8.11, which I suspect is also when the effect came to exist... https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Banner_of_Command
I still dont consider Yasou's Wind wall Unhealthy every other thing in his kit is far more unhealthy than i Counter Ranged champions for short period of time the only thing unhealthy about yasou's windwall is that he can block things that have already visually hit him instantly maybe if it had a short set up delay and the thing visually hit him during the lets say 1.25 seconds it took to set up the wind wall that would be more acceptable but riot doesnt want to tell CT that his champions needs to also be able to be beat and not just by virtue of the players overestimating their own strength.

: I don't think it's about having shit stats but that they're uninteractive on the accoutn of the actives on them result in essentially spawning a new element into the game that was never there to begin with. Blue team builds banner of command: suddenly that BoC'd minion acts as a 6th man split pusher that normally would have been a role delegated to someone with Teleport. But since they didn't need to split push because of BoC, there's not reason to spend Teleport. Zz'Rot Portal does the same thing to a limited extent, adding what is ultimately a 6th CPU player that mindelessly pushes a lane while you and your active team members can congregate somewhere else. Unlike Zhonya's is uninteractive in the manner that it requires immediate threat of damage, death, or an enemy unit. The former 2 items you just need to activate and wait until everything is in place. And unlike Heimerdinger's turrets or Zyra's plants, they don't take as long to time out or require champion presence to remain active. Once the actives are spent the units, Void Spawns or BoC'd minions are completely autonomous.
Banner of command minions are no where near the power of a 6th champion if you cant monitor waves youd lose towers anyway to anyone who knows wave manipulation and Super minions exist already in the game so both parts of Banner of command do already exist. Zzrots is not mindless its a strategically placed portal that spawns minions that help push lanes. with any proper knowledge of how fast minions push or wards and proper rotation for those that put it down and leave you can be there right after zzrots is put down destroy it and dont have to worry about it for a very long time. They both add damage to tower taking which is already done by building ad or ap just that the people who build banner of command or Zzrots cant usually opt into ad or ap and so they only get these windowed opportunities to slightly augment their lane pushing or tower taking and it doesnt help their damage in fights. Or logic is akin to saying Rabadons Death Cap % increases all hp you get nothing else functions like this so it should exist Infinity edge % increases your Crit damage. Crit is already a % increase on your auto attack and nothing else does that they should exist. Gargoyles stone plate requires enemies to be around to even get decent stats it shouldn't exist Obviously different things will function differently. Zyra and Heimer's turrents dont have the down time of ZZrots or banner of command they are siginificantly harder to kill and they do massive burst while constatly out putting that burst. Being able to do damage makes them able to defend themselves and anything around them.

Compared to other items that are also shit like current defensive items yeah. Most current defensive items need buffs efficiency wise not gold cost wise or mana wise those dont help. They are hurting there too but those are the most relevant parts. In older season Ohm Wrecker was better stat wise but it was still a bad item Because you could just have a tank tank the tower. the only reason to buy it is when dps players cant take a hint and need a big visual push to help the realize what needs to be done. Ohm wrecker would be S tier in Solo que just like Damage champions with mobility and CC because you could punish people who play selfishly same with ZZrot's punishing people who dont rotate well which is why people dont like it because it punishes people who aram after first tower goes down assuming the person who builds it knows how to place it (and was intending on going it in the first place running ingenious hunter.)

it needs to not have shit stats. in an already shitty meta where top defensive items are considered shit who can spare a slot for ohm wrecker? I still go it last items when im going my {{item:3512}} ingenious hunter build but no one ever follows up on it because damage carries take forever to follow up on front line engages and position themselves wholly too far to get to doing damage when the engage comes out.
