: Garen is not a tank. He's a juggernaut. Like Darius, Urgot, Mordekaiser, Illaoi. All which are defined by their tankiness and ability to wreck you in melee range. All whom are countered by the exact same thing. Kiting and CC. Tho they really probably should shift some of his E damage onto his Q. Which would allow him to still trade well in lane, but tone down his damage in team fights.
Honestly they just need to put the reduce for multiple target on his e again since the attack speed growth was so disgusting on it and either remove the tenacity on his w or the armor shred on his q personally i want the armor shred gone because the tenacity while feeling bad to play against is fair.

This just means vayne is gonna get a buff to her ult.

: Twitch buffs
Twitch has a lot going for him he's just outclassed right now and riot is hesitant to buff him since he defined adc for like 3 seasons due to his safety and damage late game. If he is gonna get a buff they will have to nerf his camo to be like the other 3 camos in the game aka 700 range instead of his 350 and give a visual and audio indicator that he has gone stealth and is nearby. If that happens twitch is a lot weaker in stealth so he can get some damage buffs to his early since it will nerf his late game safety.

When people are continuously banning an objectively weak champion, that's a sign to them that they should learn that sometimes, things aren't going to be the most fun to play against. There's dozens of champions in the game like that (and no, they aren't the likes of Yasuo or Riven). Instead of actually harming your chances by banning out something weak, instead focus on what's strong, and just improve your own play so that annoying things aren't that annoying for you to play against anymore.

You do realize that zed is rocking a 53% win rate in masters with a 9% pick rate and 27% ban rate. He's a counter pick to all mages due to their low base health and armor but he is weak to what most other mid laners have an advantage against. Simply put if you counter him he's shit but anything else that is standard he wins.

Yasuo punishes players who don't know the basics of macro play, like wave management, cooldown tracking, and effective rotations. He's a melee champion that telegraphs everything he's got and must push the wave to charge his abilities. He's got one of the easiest skillshots to dodge, and if you dodge it, he has no ult. Complaning about Yasuo's tornado is like complaining about getting domed by Jhin's 4th shot. You can clearly see they have it, they spent a long time charging it and there's an unmistakable sound effect, yet you still stood in range and got punished.

"long time charging" you mean the 2 seconds it took for him to get it? The shear number of time he gets it while remaining slippery with his e is not the same as Jhin has 1 way to get to you and sure yas can't hold it for 7 seconds but that matters little when he gets it again in 3 seconds and its a "skill shot" that gets longer with attack speed.

: Some reasonable buffs to make Lux a viable mid laner again without breaking her (Level 7 Lux)
The only thing i can see them actually doing for Lux is decreasing either the projectile speed or radius of her E but increase the slow and damage scaling and giving her move speed buff while her W is in flight.

If you are forgetting history of Jungle metas when Kayle was super oppressive in the jungle they did the same nerf and it completely gutted her from ever being able to jungle again.

: His E already starts off at a 10 second per-target cooldown, only going down to 6. Also, if you want his Q to draw agro, that means you have to be ok with all skillshots drawing agro. His Q is not a point and click ability.
You do know that his Q is considered an auto attack by the game due to it being able to crit and apply on hit effects. So in all purposes it should draw minion agro.
: Hail of Blades Jhin was a glitch???
The problem was every other champ's 2nd auto attack came out faster which was the increase in damage not the extra attack speed increasing the damage of their 1st auto. This allowed Jhin to auto once then back off while reaping benefits from HoB while every champ had to get a second off to get any benefit. But do note if Jhin stays in for a long time it buffs his 4th auto which now has HoB damage added to it.

They don't want to admit that Jhin is the exception of HoB and Stormrazor a decent item and rune at best. Not the fact that his passive gives both of these items too much synergy with him with out any downsides. On a champ where crits mean move speed and attack speed means ad these items are both broken.

My problem with udyr is that he is generally in a bad position to balance. If he is strong he is completely oppressive due to how little counter there is to his kit if you don't have a dash to go over a wall or don't have hard cc too give you time to escape usually giving up an entire side of you're jungle. If he is weak he's really bad but still annoying to deal with like yasuo not always strong but always annoying. Since they started to promote the junglers fighting and dealing and half of them don't have kits for it he's in a really bad place in terms of able to be balanced.

: Looks like shit. It was a good rune nobody was complaining about. Lets nerf it. Domination is powerful and effective. Sorcery is lackluster with lame keystones. Lets take one if the only really good runes from sorcery and give it to domination. You dont need to screw up good runes to introduce nimbus cloak. Just throw it in the same tier and let people have thier choice. Nimbus is pretty niche.
There are a few reasons why its changing one is to make it compete with Ravenous Hunter and Relentless Hunter to make assassins and junglers pick either ult cd reduction, movement speed, or ability healing and give mid lane mages the ability to take manaflow band and get the ult cd if they need it. Also sorcery has some of the best runes IMO just not usually useful if you play top lane or the select junglers that use it. Other than those two you will constantly see it being taken mid, support, and as a secondary for adc due to the fact that mana flow band, celerity, transcendence, and gathering storm are very strong while the rest are situational which can be said about most keystones.

: Master Yi needs a change or a nerf
My biggest problem with Yi is his W he gets free stacks of his double strike, up to 70% damage reduction, pauses the time on his ult and his e, does healing based on missing health and allows his cds to refresh. The biggest problem with it is it halts the time remaining on his e and ult meaning he can pop them and if he goes directly into his W he doesn't lose anything for it.
