After doing the port forward, I failed to restart my router. Having restarted my router, the client works fine! Thanks for linking the port forward video as I would have been hopeless without it. Thanks!

: I am on a wired connection. I have done the port forward, and after doing it I still receive the error. I do not have any antivirus that is blocking the network.
Both me and my brother are experiencing this, and we are both wired. I am convinced it is a networking issue so any solution is welcomed.

: Sorry you've been dealing with this, though I appreciate all the steps you've tried. Cases like this are usually network issues or blocks getting in the way, so adjusting game files won't do too much here. Are you on wireless? Let's start out with a[ port forward](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq8) to help make sure your network is clear of any blocks. To add to that, if you have any antivirus enabled double check to make sure it's not getting in the way.
