They rounded up to the nearest tenth for all champions. 7.23 - Bug Fix 7.22 - They were changes to off-set the rune removal. All champions got those changes 7.2 - Bug Fix So I fail to see where blitz has had any changes since 6.13 or than a few bug fixes. Compare that to Fiddle changes since 6.13 9.6 Dark Wind - Cooldown reduced to 12 / 11.5 / 11 / 10.5 / 10 seconds from 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11. 8.15 - Dark Wind Mana cost increased to 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 from 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90. Base damage reduced to 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 from 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 / 145. 8.9 Stats Base mana increased to 500 from 400.12. Mana growth reduced to 28 from 56. Base mana regeneration increased to 8 from 6. 8.4 Dark Wind Dark Wind Cooldown reduced to 10 seconds at all rank from 12 / 11.5 / 11 / 10.5 / 10. Bonus damage against monsters increased to 100% from 50%. REMOVED: Dealing 50% bonus damage to minions. Crowstorm Crowstorm Cooldown reduced to 140 / 110 / 80 seconds from 150 / 140 / 130. 8.2 Drain Drain -NEW EFFECT: Now draws nearby minion aggro when targeting an enemy champion. Dark Wind Dark Wind -NEW EFFECT: Now draws nearby minion aggro when targeting an enemy champion. 7.9 - Magic resistance growth increased to 0.5 from 0. 7.6 Terrify Terrify - Range increased to 575 from 525. Drain Drain - NEW EFFECT: If the target dies, reduces cooldown by remaining duration. 6.24 Drain Drain - Base damage increased to 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 from 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180. Dark Wind - Cooldown reduced to 12 / 11.5 / 11 / 10.5 / 10 seconds from 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11.

I don't know what playstyle you're talking about where Blitz isn't actively punching someone, but if it's sitting around and waiting for the bolt to randomly hit the Ashe and not the Nautilus, I think there's a chance you're playing him wrong.

One thing I wanted to solve was not force players to have to weigh casting their spells against their main defensive output. It's possible that I'm wrong, of course, but I found that the overall feeling of getting a smaller shield for missing a hook was kicking someone when they were down almost. The positioning game we ask Blitz players to play in lane is a fairly fun pattern, and since Blitz is so mana gated, I didn't want to take away actions Blitz players could take just to maximize his shield. Happy to talk more about it; I'd recommend playing a game or two on it. I didn't add in any R flash mechanic, but I can put some thought into it. Generally worried about champs that can do this kind of stuff, since it doesn't get communicated really well to opponents. Did not know about that iBlitzcrank bug. I'll take a look and see what comes up.

The communication to the player is that the damage and silence should be applied when they R > F. Either the animation needs to stay where he was or the damage hitbox should follow. Right now its kind of the worst of both, in my opinion.

What experience you have with league: I was a head coach and analyst for several Challenger Teams back in season 3 - 4 I also have been playing since season 2 and run the blitzcrankMains subreddit. I had a long time dealing with isp issues here which had finally been resolved (since march).
