The problem im having is one thats gone on for months. That being, nearly every game i play my game crashes or freezes at 1;30. I have to sign out and come back in. I buy items, i go to lane, but as soon as my game freezes it remakes. Not only is this a gameplay problem but its gamebreaking. That being i dont get to play if it happens. Even though this happened last year as well before my game starting this freezing issue. This one being that i am permanently stuck at honor 3 checkpoint ONE. I honor regularly after games and get honored regularly as well. The reason why this ties in is that I am assuming that me being the remakee is making me go to the system as a "leaver" which i am not. This could be the issue im having with gaining other honor. I also know that last year people were reporting the same thing with honor not going up no matter what. This sucks very much for me since i get to be skipped due to a system error. Please make let me know how to "honor UP" I havent had to restart because of chat restrictions or anything either. Full year of playing. Honor 3 checkpoint 1 for nearly the whole season. I have played this game since launch and am quite surprised that she caught a ban hammer when she has never installed 3rd party software. She doesn't even know what 3rd party software is. I am having her run a malwarebytes scan to be safe but I can guarantee it won't find anything as the only thing she does on the Darn thing is play league and coupon. Update: scan completed 0 threats detected. I'm unsure if riot had an issue this morning but there was no warning and once again no 3rd party software installed. Help us please Riot!

Are you the local administrator on your account? Command Prompt lines should work if you are admin, and the code hasn't changed to generate a tracert via Command Prompt. To ask the very obvious question, did the file not get generated on your desktop after the copy/paste of the exact code off of our website? WinMTR's website seems to do be offline or down atm, which does throw a wrench in getting an accurate trace route from a 3rd party product.

I briefly chatted with someone more in the know than I am around billing and refunds. The timing of when it's been 90 days seems to go back to when we introduced refunds in 2012 (September 19th, 2012) and last updated (in this specific billing flow) in 2015. So I think it's always been 90 days... The short version is, refunds are philosophically designed around situations where you may have bought the wrong thing accidentally, or the product you bought isn't as advertised, or if you just aren't happy with what you got (as three examples). They're not really supposed to be for a 3 month enjoyment and now I'm bored and want something else type refund (as one example of a no-no mentality around refunds). I don't know anything about any Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger changes and when they came through, so I can't say I know anything about your specific request and the whole timeline of how that looks, my apologies.

Our Mac developers are currently working on Catalina and Catalina based problems, and while that bug has existed for a long time, higher priority more recent issues also cause the backlog to shift around appropriately when there are problems with upcoming patches that prevent games from being played at all on Mac, as a case example. This bug hasn't been forgotten. It's just being moved up and down a priority list whenever something more critical comes in ahead of it. Wish I could say it would be fixed with the next patch, but I can't even say that. I can say I do keep the associated JIRA ticket (and dependables) on my bookmarks to check it every few days.

First I uninstalled league updated any drivers I could find for anything that might impact league, then reinstalled which reset my setting I left it that way because I didn't want to change anything myself. I switched to another account and then I started with an ARAM (I got Shyvana WOOT!) After that I went to TFT and during the game I noticed a small amount of drops, but nothing like before, perhaps I never noticed it happened on the first TFT before since TFT requires a lot less attention. Afterwards though it was the same story, I played another ARAM and it was not as bad as normal (I also got Shvyana AGAIN!), but it was clearly still there. After 2 games the frames were actually very tolerable very rare drops. I reduced all my setting to the bare min, jumped into a practice tool and it still was about the same so the amount of action was not causing it I stood still till the leaver busters came on and I dropped frames maybe 4 times. I attempted the "test" on my laptop which is newer, but weaker than my main PC. IT had no issues doing the same at the highest settings across the board. I have no idea why I can play SR all day with no issues and when I play 1 TFT everything dies until I restart makes no sense. I restarted my PC and played 4 SR games 0 issues. I have no idea what causes it.

I have no idea what causes it. A support ticket with logs might be best. Since you compared between computers and your desktop has it, but your laptop doesn't, there's most likely something running on the desktop or possibly problematic with your hardware and League.
: ok so if i let my pc time out or put in sleep mode while the client is open. the next time i open /start my pc i can not get the client to open. i have to restart the pc. this has happen for about a month now. i have windows 10 and a newer pc. also when i do exit the client and close it i get a bug splat error.

Most likely one of the client .exe processes freezes and can't be killed. Have you verified all Riot related processes are gone through Windows Task Manager when you boot out of sleep?

That's odd, because TFT runs on the exact same engine that LoL does...what GPU do you have? Have you tried resetting everything to defaults to see if there's a setting buried in the config that's an issue? Have you tried playing TFT/LoL on a smurf account to see if it's something account specific as well?

I can play as much SR/HB as I want and as much TFT as I want, I can go from SR to TFT with no issues, but when I go from TFT to SR I experience heavy frame loss. I restarted mid game and the issue went away. I looked though my PC to see if my memory or some device was not performing up to spec, nothing was immediately noticeable. Before TFT I had just upgraded my PC with a new SSD and extra memory, my computer was functioning 100% better. Now that I play TFT a bit more then before, and they have gotten much worse, I've noticed these spikes more and have only pinned it down to TFT any other symptoms I have not been able to deduce. I was considering a fresh install to see how that goes. Thoughts?

Thoughts? A fresh install would be good to check. I'll ask a friend on QA, see if there's any issues between TFT to SR causing FPS drops. I'm guessing your GPU drivers are up to date as well?

Sometimes it could be a process on a router that takes a few minutes to run, or we see a brief spike on a node somewhere on a backbone ISP (something like Level3, completely out of our hands, but it's essential to all data going through it for any internet request). Could be a single Riot Direct node that decides to freeze momentarily. Usually, if it's a very short term issue (only lasts a few minutes), the assumption is it's not a critical problem that will require analysis and an eventual fix. But if it's a problem that starts and stays around, there's usually something we can do or is a problem we should be able to address.

It's highly likely that a random node along their path is having problems, and it needs to be rebooted. It's also likely that their ISP made some routing changes, which could cause the increased ping. Could also be the Riot Direct backend, but I haven't seen any recent change management tickets around routing.

Has this always ever happened when you play LoL, or just recently? Have you reached out to player support to run trace routes to see if you're losing packets?

The NOC stands for "Network Operations Center" They're the guys and gals who monitor all things League/Riot related in regards to servers (game and other), monitoring of performance (connected players, disconnections, servers up and down, etc), internal dbs, server deploys, patches, hotfixes, bugfixes, etc. Basically, if it's a thing that needs to have a measurement and can be watched or checked to ensure nothing's going wrong, the NOC are people who usually have access to look at that thing, see if there's a problem, then contact the powers that be in order to start triage on said problem. They also check if someone reports in that there is a problem and will see if there's actually something wrong that we're unable to catch with normal monitoring. In short, they're the eyes and ears of the monitoring systems and notification systems for Riot. The NOC is manned 24/7, so there's always at least one person keeping vigil over League and Riot platforms.

Few things: 1. Things are stabilizing 2. Our fix seems to be working and is in progress 3. It's going to take awhile to finish updating all of our game servers 4. Once that's complete it's going to take awhile to drop our game mode queue throttle back down (about - 1 minute every 5 minutes). 5. Our queue throttle is currently set around 90 minutes. 6. Things shouldn't get worse from here (knock on wood) 7. We should be able to fully remove the queue throttle tomorrow. 8. Ya'll are patient as hell That was sent during some of the worst queue times during TFT launch, evening on the 26th and through the 27th.

Have you recently tried a fresh install to see if the last update borked it for you? Do you have any antivirus software that was recently updated?
