: No this is actually referring to mastery points and honor progress for that game only, in addition if you had gotten an S you wouldn't receive your chest.

If you always just give up at 15 if you're behind, of course you're not going to know what to do. However, people with experience can stall games out and come back. Well, not that I didn't expect this argument when I posted, yours is definitely my point of view on the matter. If you give up every time the game starts bad, then you'll never learn to turn the tides. What's the point in playing the game if you only play when you stomp the enemy team? The only time I think it's unwinnable is if you legit have someone trying to lose you the game. Anyway, most people are either on one side or the other when it comes to this matter. As far as I'm concerned, as long as I'm trying my hardest, there's no harm in refusing to surrender. At worst we have to suffer 5 extra minutes, assuming no one on my team thinks we can win. And of course, like I said, there are times under peer pressure I _do_ surrender. If the game's going bad enough and no one else wants to play, I try not to force it, unless I think it's just an over-reaction (which happens in 90% of my games). > [{quoted}](name=Terozu,realm=NA,application-id=yrc23zHg,discussion-id=i7UrZ2i1,comment-id=0002,timestamp=2019-11-17T18:03:58.289+0000) > > No this is actually referring to mastery points and honor progress for that game only, in addition if you had gotten an S you wouldn't receive your chest. Well, if this is the case, thank you very much. This answers my question, and makes me feel a lot better. I wish I had screen-shotted the message, cause I thought about it later and was just thinking "Damn, I hope that wasn't a bigger deal than I thought."

: So, will there be anything else for those of us who wasted 100 Tokens on something that was never stated would have a limited lifespan?
It says right in the description: "Daybreak Icon with _**Event**_ Emote".
: So I wasted 100 tokens on a reward I can't use after the event? I wish it would have stated that, so I could have used them on something useful, like key fragments, an orb.
Not sure what you guys are talking about, maybe it wasn't there before, but for me it very clearly says "Daybreak Icon with _**Event**_ Emote". Maybe you're new around here, but this has always been how these works, so assuming that this one is different is kind of your fault. But again, it says it right in the description.

: [HELP] How to play my game record previous 20 games?
Well, I would like to know as well, but I feel like it's something they already intend to fix before the new client is finalized. There's a lot of things that aren't complete on it yet like Ranked Teams, or the "bonus modes" like One For All, or the login music. But I think (hope) that they'll maybe add it to the "Collection" area where you view your masteries and champions and whatnot.

: It actually seems pretty good to me as well, but don't you think you should be able to play as both of them? Like, maybe being able to switch between them like Night Hunter Rengar can take his head on and off by taunting?
I dunno... I feel like a lamb's bite wouldn't hurt all that much. And why would a wolf need a bow?
: You guys do realize that IP is Free. You don't have to pay money to earn IP. You don't even have to pay for the IP boosts. Yes it takes longer without IP Boosts but still the IP is FREE to get champions. You're not spending any money for it only thing you have to spend it on is skins and icons and stuff which is OPTIONAL. You don't NEED a skin to play a champion. or a game. Also the games does start you with 400 Riot points of course it's not enough to get anything but it still nice to welcome the new player to the game. If you guys want to keep the game free, money is need besides Riot isn;'t forcing people to spend hundreds of dollars on the content. It's the players choice. Not sure why people complaining about it but software isn't cheap, having a good server isn't cheap, having well qualified employees to make the game experience enjoyable isn't cheap. Like all games you have to pay money for something. There isn't a single PC game I can name that gives you EVERYTHING for free. And last time I checked Dota doesn't have everything free for their game. I wish people will stop comparing Dota to League. They are two different games and if you don't like League don't play it. Simple.
Yeah, it really makes no sense at all for people to complain about having to play the game to earn things in it. That's like complaining that you have to unlock characters in Super Smash Bros. or something. The only reason for anyone to complain would be if they're not going to be playing very long, in which case RIOT has no reason to pay any attention to those people's complaints anyway. And besides all else, runes are only for the competitive side of things. If you're just playing casually then there's no reason to worry because you'll never play against anyone you need runes for.
: The total value of the runes on sale was 15465 IP before they announced the sale. Not sure how you managed to spend 25k IP on them unless you are leaving out other purchases.
Also though, he said 35k, so there's actually a 20k difference there.
