I'd like to additionally chime in on the fact that I can positively tell you playing the game for more than about 6-8 years of confidence that the "Report / Merit (you know 1 report adds up to a manual review overtime accumulation) system" is and has been extremely flawed for pretty much a literal decade of neglect, much like Twisted Treeline to show you a prime example of how much certain things about the game are not cared for, aside from that. The "detection" or "algorithm" in detecting keywords has been long outdated, predictable in words, and hasn't been touched since it was implemented or Riot Lyte's days were around. Super embarrassing. Anyways. Might wanna keep in mind, system is so out of date it can't detect the improvisation of numbers for certain word letters. It's worth noting that taking advantage of abusing a system that is left to neglect and not cared for the last decade sure warrants it being abused. Very simple. I don't think it'd be a very good idea to leave all the blacklisted words and alternatives for my better judgment as that could be easily used against myself, or by others to use it by adding it to the detection word list. I've been complaining about the system for about 5-6'ish years. Nothings been done, no one cares. I've given up on giving feedback, advice, tips, fixing it. If riot doesn't give a shit for the last 5 years, 0 improvements, 0 updates. I don't give a shit, let the shitty system decay lmao.
: Any tips on how to record the replay of the game? If a real Riot employee reviews the tape of that game there is absolutely zero question that he was intentionally feeding. It is clear as day.

To download the replay of the match, it'll be within the 20 most recent games match history, and from there you can manually review the game, and it'll have in the options menu / list, a big red circle with a record icon on the left side of the games timeline of events, for like less than 20-30 seconds ideally would be too long to upload so gotta take quick snippets of the game. : If he was "literally running it down" he'd have more than 14 deaths. Someone did a study in a custom game as to how fast you can die running it down. Sure, he may have left lane and played in other lanes. That doesn't make it intentionally feeding. You seem frustrated here and trying to blame others for your lack of climbing. If you feel it needs further looked at, submit a ticket to Riot. They will look at that player's account history and their behavior in games and use that to determine if it merits punishment or not.

If a person intentionally feeds they aren't going to be straight up the most basic textbook run it down the lane as you would imagine. In this case, it's pretty close if you ask me. 45 seconds per each death seems quite remarkable. Also the whole study can be pretty plausible but can have flaws such as all champions have differences in their base movement speed when they start the game. Expecting an intentional feeder to have a perfect flawless k/d/a such as a death a minute, seems too detectable, too obvious. You gotta keep in mind many people know how to easily work around this. This isn't even going into specifics of how respawn timers are calculated by level, or time in the game. Unsure/uncertain of. I do not know.
: How much does it take for someone to get banned for INTing?
Going 1/14/2 @ 20 minutes implying that they're bad and that justifies it.... I'll have to rethink about that one for a long hard while... Like let it sink in that, creep waves/minion waves start at like 1 minute and 30 seconds in. By this the guy would have to die almost every 45 seconds to maintain such an insanely hard k/d to achieve this. There's effort being put into a timely death of perfectly managing to get back to lane just to die within like a 5 second span, from walking to base to the middle of top lane. I'm pretty confident that he'll get away with it because I'm more than confident throughout the years that reports are based on merits such as how many times a person is reported it adds up to a total to then later trigger a punishment to the said player. (This being said, it doesn't get manually reviewed or inspected, which wouldn't be too surprising or alarming to many). If you have concrete evidence as you say, you should probably go to the "Support Tab, Submit a Ticket" so it gets manually inspected, you can A) Provide your own evidence such as the ability during replays to record and highlight clips of this individual doing what they were doing, in this case intentional feeding. Provide it, open and close case. Player will most definitely be punished in this way. If it is how you say it is, and you have the overwhelming evidence as described.
: What is the punishment for afk tft'ing for worlds tokens and previous tokens?
Not really an effective exploit if one at all. I've learned if you go to the https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/esports/esports-event/learn-more-worlds-2019-event it lists this: "Get 1st or 2nd in TFT to earn 10 Tokens Get 3rd or 4th in TFT to earn 8 Tokens Get 5th or 6th in TFT to earn 6 Tokens Get 7th or 8th in TFT to earn 4 Tokens Note: In TFT, you must be in a match for at least 15 minutes to earn token rewards." I've tried this myself, it's highly ineffective, often not worth it as in the outcome you earn less and waste more time. Even if you dc from one and always get 8th place, you can stack 4, but is it truly worth 16 tokens, in like 4 different games that could take up to 30-40 minutes each on average/often? tl;dr there isn't any punishment as it is your own individual performance in the game, and only effects yourself.

: Dear Riot, please consider recategorizing your older skins (aka, old Legendaries).
Got "The Magnificent Twisted Fate" , everything default besides the model, extremely disappointing. I didn't even get the chance to disenchant or to reroll it. The worst part is I never even play TF so it's even worse.

: Yea but in terms of context, that of being toxic to me. It sure as hell sounded like a threat in context. But I can see what you mean. Thanks for feedback!
In the context it was used in, I'd have to say yes. Doesn't take much brain effort to put together, if someone is flaming you and asking for you're address. It's not to send you a pizza or give you flowers on your doorstep.
: > mass reports of 5 will be attended to immediately Mass reports can get your case reviewed, but if you didn't do anything wrong then you can't be punished whether it was a 9-man report or a single report that triggered it. This is why you just don't respond to people that are trying to cause problems, at least not in a negative manner. > my report means nothing and won't contribute to later What you did or whether you got punished doesn't actually affect the weight of your reports. Your reports will only lose weight if you consistently make false reports. > you get baited by one and then they all come in after they know you're the one person who made the first stupid comment...Makes no difference because in the view of the staffer or person doing the report all they will see if you make the first move that starts it and say "yeah, this person deserves what they start"... Each player is judged on their behavior alone. It doesn't matter who starts it or how the other players acted. Passive-aggressive comments/baiting may be punished, but you're fine as long as you don't respond to it in kind. > this 14 day suspension is a permanent mark and that if I do something as stupid to be baited, it'll be permanent...Does this have some sort of cool-down Yes, the next punishment after a 14 day ban is a permanent ban, regardless of the offenses that trigger the review. The more games you play without being negative the less likely you are to trigger a review and possible punishment, and continued positive behavior will eventually result in dropping one punishment tier at a time. That means once it drops one step, if you get punished it'll be a 14 day ban again, and so on. My suggestion would be to immediately mute anyone that exhibits negative behavior. They are only going to be a distraction at best, and you can rely on pings for communication.
I'm just not clear, but this is just last question regarding the ban. **So after triggering the 3rd step. It's a permanent mark and that is non-lift-able? Also, is it not possible to appeal this ever? It's simply not like 1 and 2 where they go away and can go back down where as, 3 and 4 are different and are the heavier consequences. So, would it be clear to say that anytime in the future "IF" I did anything stupid, It would immediate permanently ban or would I have to go through 1 then 2, again. I just care to know rather than learn and go. I'm just not clear or its just my perspective on this and how it would go over. P.S after the 14 day suspension immediately does it reset the whole:** _-10 game chat restriction -25 game chat restriction -14 day account ban -Permanent account ban_ **Or does it go down one by one or stay at that 3rd step and basically be as cautious as possible.** This is rather a huge concern of mine than mostly a random question if I need to be more clear as I don't need this sort of problem after my suspension is gone. I'm not going to repeat my actions as I've clearly learned, binge boats and band wagons are a huge problem as already mentioned. The reason this ever occurred is teammates and particularly the bot issue that never has been attempted to remove or find the source of this problem.
: It's possible that reports for botting would be manually investigated and banned. You will never receive a notification of that. You only receive a notification when your report triggers the Instant Feedback System to punish a player. As for your own behavior, that is not connected to what they are doing at all, it is only on you. Punishments for chat offenses usually start with a chat restriction on the 4-tier system here; * 10 game chat restriction * 25 game chat restriction * 14 day account ban * Permanent account ban It's very difficult to get to a ban for most people, because minor offenses go through each step one at a time first. Only extreme behavior such as using hate speech or making threats of physical violence result in skipping straight to a ban; simply "cursing" is not a big issue unless you are directing it at other players in an offensive manner. Also, bots do not report you; this would've been from you causing problems for other *real* players. Even if you are targeting a troll or a bot, you may be causing problems for other people, and even if your intended target deserves punishment for their behavior, it's Riot that will do the punishing, not you. Please mute and report them and let the system take care of them. Even if your report alone does not trigger a punishment, if you are making valid reports then it will contribute to it later. If you are unsure how you are expected to behave or need help being a positive player, I suggest reading the following articles; [The Summoner's Code](http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/) [Behavior Worth of a Champion](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751874)
It's obviously I won't lie about the 25 game chat ban restriction, but it's because of primarily binge jumping and band wagoning with there friends or "group/clan" members, it's so simple and in mass reports of 5 will be attended to immediately is why I get it. Sure I'll only show my dialogue throughout the whole game instead of me responding to them and there sentences like a normal chat log, but it separates mine which is why, and my report means nothing and won't contribute to later. Most times when a game is extremely long or so, my game will randomly not even bother loading the end game or post game screen and usually disconnect randomly rendering me impossible to report them which I find completely painful to deal with. Simple and Effective strategy, you get baited by one and then they all come in after they know you're the one person who made the first stupid comment or so to agitate and get away with it. Makes no difference because in the view of the staffer or person doing the report all they will see if you make the first move that starts it and say "yeah, this person deserves what they start" etc. Loop holing the simple system implacement that is easy. I'll make it abundantly clear, "Oh boy, excuses, excuses." Seems very unoriginal but I'm being serious. If I could show you replays of those games that had occurred a week around there before this and had the game and permissions somehow to go back and see the logs I would gladly show how it happened and went down. So let me guess, this 14 day suspension is a permanent mark and that if I do something as stupid to be baited, it'll be permanent is what I simply am getting and seeing what you're implying? Does this have some sort of cool-down. This is completely bogus of how it was setup and of course, while enraged like anyone you don't think but let it get to you primarily and need a way to release the stress.
