Totally agree with you, Qiyana seems to be someone who's honestly an excellent fighter, but shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a position of power.

I would like it if they persevered in some way the dynamic of choosing between healing and damaging. Because I always liked that about Aatrox, even if the 3rd atuo on hit version was inherently unhealthy. Maybe if swapping had a cooldown? I dont know.

I agree that Aatrox was unhealthy and needed a full VGU, but this new champion Notaatrox persevered absolutely nothing from him! Legit Aatrox has more in common with {{champion:5}} and {{champion:2}} than Notaatrox.

: I'd take it if you put it on a mage, cause they don't have the ability to quickly take the turret after. I don't believe it wise to give it to an AD champion...imagine splitpushing Tryndamere or Nasus just running it down top, turning off your towers before breaking them into tiny pieces and keeping their huge wave alive to grow even larger. Also, with the 8 second rule, remember that the suggestion you're proposing works like Zhonya's and stopwatch: theoretically, I can carry both Ohmwrecker and Saboteur's on my Nasus, breaking my Ohmwrecker to finish a turret if my Saboteur's is on cooldown. "But Reyn, who'd ever have more than one at once?! That's a waste of money!" Until you realize that if Ohmwrecker cost 600g and sells for 240g (same as stopwatch) and you're basically taking a free tower with it, the strategy pays for itself. Plus, in the mid game (where this will most likely see its use) it would be *very* easy to pull it off, and you'll have the item slots for it. I think Intervention and a renaming of our current tanky one is plenty.
But that's my point. Tanks don't really care about a tower diving item cause their normal items let them do that anyway. But AD champs would actually be able to make use of it. Keep in mind that Ohmwrecker has been the least picked item in the game for _years_ now.

: I think one of the things people don't quite value as much is how much this design makes Kayle look *human*, when that's not the point of her character (or rather of her character's visuals). Kayle has always been The Judicator, a pure embodiment of a concept that strikes Justice on the wicked and is above petty human struggles. She's not someone you *relate* to, she's someone you *look up* to. Of course, that is not to say she doesn't have struggles of her own, but those should always be well concealed under her armor, not expose to the whole world to see. But now not only is she clearly a woman, but she's clearly... physical. You can see a body of flesh and bones, so you can expect to just beat her. You can take a weapon and hit it where it hurts. This level of vulnerability was completely unthinkable in old Kayle, and that's what breaks the design to me.

Whenever mentioning damage, you should probably specify the damage it is (physical or magical) rather than just "health". Her kit overall is very balanced and makes sense with her lore. Her ult, however, is a bit awkward. When a target is low enough, it doesn't really make sense to "waste" an ult. 6500 is also super long, you can probably travel from one buff to another. For her ult, I actually suggest making her only able to "kidnap" enemies that have their movement impaired by anyone but her. Lore wise kidnapping a weak (cc'ed) person is kinda similar to kidnapping a dying (low-hp) person. It also isn't as frustrating, since currently she can literally go for extended trade, get the enemy low, and teleport them into the turret...

The super long range is fully intended with how I want the ult to work. Have you ever seen one of those kidnapper Tahm Kench video compilations? Her ult is a more trolly alternative to a straight up execute. Ulting enemies under her towers, or into a 1v5, would be one of the most common ways that her ult would be used. However one thing to note is that it completely removes her from the fight along with her target. This can be a good thing as it allows for some truly extreme escapes, but it can also leave her teammates high and dry if she jumps away without thinking. The instances in which she uses her ult to actually roam instead of just escape would require higher skill and/or team coordination.

Eh... I don't like that karthus 2.0 ult. But i do like the idea of hunting people he cant see. Here is an idea, what if he has an ability that blinds himself but increases the damage of his skill shots if he lands them?

I really like the idea of the passive though it needs some serious clean up. For one thing have every random quest have its own specific reward so that harder quests can have better rewards. As for the quests themselves some of them are good others are bad. (Complete one entire dance within 600 units of an enemy champion.) This one is good, because you as a player have all the agency in the world to do it or not. (Click an enemy champion and give them 100g. May put you in debt.) This one could be okay if you were given a choice. Like say if you were given an item that could be used to give an enemy gold. (Obtain(steal) red/blue buff) Ones like this are not very interesting because often times you'll want to do them anyway. They could probably stick around but would need to have very low rewards compared to the act like a noob ones. (Sell all items and buy as many Doran's Items as you can.) What even is this? Quests need strong clear inputs and outputs if your going to make this concept work at all. You cant use vague language like "as many as you can." (Waste both summoners in base.) Cant be done if you have smite. (Let Dragon get stolen.(if dragon is up) Not a good one because you have no control over what your team mates do with a team objective. (Dive enemy fountain.) Nothing to critique here I just love this one. XD

All of the ability enhancements are on the mild side, is that intentional? Also I don't see the point in the attack speed bonus on the passive portion of the W. I would much rather have a stronger movement speed boost to react and reposition instead. I don't like that his W gives him so much true sight. Some would be fine, like a quick burst in a cone, or a small little ring around him, but 5 whole seconds of his entire vision range? That is too much man. His ult is strong, like really strong. This isn't a bad thing, just keep it in mind when looking at the rest of his kit. Though the ability enhancement on his R is actually much too strong, especially considering how weak the rest of them are.

That is a long silence for an unavoidable global with an execute. I would suggest cutting one or the other. Either one would be fine but having both is too much. I mean you could balance it by toning the numbers down but that would make it feel less impactful on both ends while still being quite strong.

I love spell beaker as an alternative to a silence, except for the "deals twice its mana cost in True Damage to the caster." part. That just does not work with the extremely none standard mana costs that the game has. Case and point one shotting kassadin vs doing nothing to the every manaless champ ever. Also Magic Dampening Strike should have a healthy minimum shield strength for the same reason. Would make her far less frustrating to play against a manaless champion.

: New Champion
This is about a new champion. I love the game and thought maybe u could make use of my idea. I was thinking of a late game mage type of champion (midlaner of course) the region he comes from would be the shadow islands because i loved the walking animation of lissandra. It's awsome and I wanted to have like a sort of mountain of souls, no blood just souls reaping from underneath the champion. Pretty much like lissandra and every time he kills someone a soul is added to his walking animation. Starting with only parts of souls and bodies and after every kill he gets something like a corpse without blood and after a couple of kills he starts building a mountain of corpses under him, but not making him bigger or wider in any way to not change his hitbox. His abilities would be first his Q is a soul chain that travels toward enemy chapions but if it hits a minion it stops and does its damage there. His W should be similar to morganas W, a circle on the ground that does damage where souls come out of the ground and tear them down. No cc but if he combines Q with W the target hit by Q would get CCd and would have his soul taken downwards as extra damage for hitting this combo since only one champ can get CCd. The W should be his wave clear and bigger than morganas W. His E would be a point and click dott type of soul that does very little damage but can prock aery twice. His R would be like swains W where he can cast it and it channels for 0.5 sec and then nuke the enemy dealing more damage the lower the enemy is. This can also be combined with his W Q cc, but make zohnyas work in his that state so it is counterable. His ult should be smaller than his W making it not as strong in teamfights. His ultimate could look like an abyss where all the souls are. Must be precisely animated but doable I think. I have yet to think of his passive since he already has alot in his kit. So maybe something like % damage per soul in his walking (hovering) animation or bonus movement speed per soul in his walking (hovering) animation capped at 5 like with rengars teeth. I surely hope that this will be read since i love the game and really like late game mages >>>>>Sorry just found it hard to read<<<<<
